Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien rawat inap BPJS Mandiri pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes perlu memperbaiki variabel Reability (kehandalan), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Asurance (jaminan), Empathy (empati), Tangibles (nyata) secara keseluruhan. Unuk memenuhi harapan pasien sebaiknya pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes harus memperbaiki atribut pelayanan yang berada pada kuadran A, yaitu pengetahuan dan kemampuan para dokter dalam menetapkan diagnosis penyakit keterampilan para dokter dan perawat dalam bekerja, pelayanan yang sopan dan ramah, penataan Exterior dan interior ruangan harus menarik, perlengkapan untuk perawatan pasien dan perlengkapan selalu bersih dan siap pakai, peralatan medis dan teknologi digunakan sudah memadai.Selain itu juga harus mempertahankan atribut pelayanan yang berada pada kuadran B yaitu prosedur penerimaan pasien yang dilakukan secara tepat dan cepat, pelayanan pengobatan dan perawatan yang cepat dan teat, jadwal pelayanan rumah sakit dijalankan dengan tepat, kemampuan dokter dan perawat untuk cepat tanggap dalam mengatasikeluhan pasien, petugas memberikan informasi yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti, tindakan cepat pada saat pasien membutuhkan, pelayanan kepada semua pasien, ruangan rumah sakit harus terjaga kebersihan, kerapian dan kenyamanan, petugas rumah sakit selalu berpenampilan rapi dan bersih.Kata kunci: Meningkatan Variabel Reability.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes di Kabupaten Brebes  sudah mulai tertata dengan baik,sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam peraturan pemerintah dan juga terdapat hambatan-hambatan dalam pengelolaan aset daerah pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes di Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ilmiah ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tertatanya pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) yang ada di RSUD Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel bebas yaitu Inventarisasi Audit dan Penilaian,serta variabel terikat yaitu Optimal. Analisis regresi linier sederhana nilai Adj. R. Square (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,273 (27,3%). Dengan  demikian berarti bahwa model regresi yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Inventarisasi,Audit dan Penilaian (X) terhadap Optimalisasi (y) sebesar 27,3%. Dari kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh pengurus barang sering juga mengalami kegagalan dikarenakan  banyaknya barang yang di mutasi tanpa melaporkan ke pengurus barang,barang yang belum di stikerisasi,kondisi barang yang masa manfaatnya sudah lewat sehingga mempersulit untuk pendataan di Kartu Inventarisasi Barang (KIB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and activity ratios on changes in earnings in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Of the two types of rations the researchers conducted tests for (1) find out the Current Ratio on changes in profits of mining companies Stock Exchange (IDX) (2) Knowing the effect of the Quick Ratio on changes in profit of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (3) knowing the effect of Total Asset Turnover on changes in profits of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (4) Knowing the effect of Inventory Turnover on changes profits on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (5) Knowing the effect of the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover on changes in mining profits listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchanges (IDX). While the selection of samples in taken using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 14 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2012-2016 period. The data obtained is secondary data with using the classical assumption testing documentation data used in this study is to use the Multicollinearity test, normality test, Autocorrelation test, Heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. Data analysis used for hypothesis Testing is to use multiple regression analysis techniques.

Abstract

There is an increase and decrease in the share price of the LQ-45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The share price of the LQ-45 company is experiencing instability. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) information, profit, and company size on stock returns in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. The variables used in this study are debt to equity ratio (DER), profit and company size as independent variables, stock returns as dependent variables. This study used 25 samples of LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements and shares of LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely DER, profit, company size and stock returns. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data type used is secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the variable profit and company size did not have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi secara parsial serta simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan propotional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Luang Waktu Coffe dengan cara membagikan kuisioner melalui online menggunakan google form. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa; 1) secara parsial, variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai thitung ttabel dimana 4,024 1,977 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05 bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen; 2) secara parsial, variabel harga memiliki nilai thitung ttabel dimana 0,148 1,977 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,883 0,05 bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen; 3) secara parsial, variabel promosi memiliki nilai thitung ttabel dimana 4,786 1,977 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05 bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen; 4) secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai Fhitung Ftabel yakni 33,201 3,97), dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,05, maka variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sebaiknya menekan harga agar tidak terlalu jauh dibanding dengan pesaing lainnya, guna mengurangi beban pengeluaran konsumen dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Promosi, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThis study aims to determine: the influence of service quality, price and promotion partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study stated that; 1) partially, the service quality variable has a calculated value of ttabel where 4.024 1.977 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 that the quality of service affects consumer satisfaction; 2) partially, the price variable has a calculated value of ttabel where 0.148 1.977 with a significance level of 0.883 0.05 that the price does not have a positively significant effect on consumer satisfaction; 3) partially, the promotion variable has a calculated value of ttabel where 4,786 1,977 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 that promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction; 4) simultaneously the variables of service quality, price and promotion to consumer satisfaction show the result that the Fhitung value of the Ftabel is 33.201 3.97), with a significant level of 0.000 0.05, then the variables of service quality, price, and promotion together (simultaneously) positive influence on consumer satisfaction. It is better to reduce prices so that they are not too far compared to other competitors, in order to reduce the burden of consumer spending and increase consumer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The abstracts of human resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization’s life, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent human resources they have. Efforts to improve several factors namely leadearship style, and organizatonal bidya on employee performance. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on PO Dedy Jaya Brebes.The purpose of this study is to explain or explain the final project with the title influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance on the PO Dedy Jaya Brebes, This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of PO Dedy Jaya Brebes. The determination of the sampel in this study was using the simple random simple random sampling method. Data collection tools in this study are primary data, secondary data, questionnaires, and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, of linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS.

Abstract

Human Resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent its human resources are. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to several factors, namely the work environment, work motivation and work discipline. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 40 employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. Determination of the sample in this study, using a simple random sampling method (random sampling). Data collection tools in this study were primary data, secondary data, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have an effect simultaneously on employee performance such as which is shown by the significance level of F <α (0.000 <0.05) and Adjusted R-Square of 0.467. This means that the contribution of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3%. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.083, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.001, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.968.

Abstract

The development of the capital market that is as tight as possible has resulted in many companies seeking business capital by conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the capital market. This turned out to be well captured by the Indonesian banking industry and even some Indonesian banks had good stock performance so that they were included in the Location Quotient 45 (LQ) stocks. There are many things that can affect stock prices so research is needed on factors that affect stock prices, especially banking. The data obtained using secondary data, with the number of samples used were 5 public companies that were included in banking stocks in LQ45 and the analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis reveal that simultaneous Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) do not affect the stock price and both can explain changes in stock prices weakly. Partially ROA has no effect on stock price nor does ROE affect stock price

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the level of influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in manufacturing companies that were flattened on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The population contained in this study is the financial statements of manufacturing companies that are flattened on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The selection of samples used in the study was purposive sampling with predetermined criteria in accordance with the purpose of the study, so that there were 17 samples using the IBM SPSS program. The results of this study explain that: CR has a significant influence on stock prices, DER partially does not have a significant influence on stock prices, EPS partially has a significant influence on stock prices, ROE partially has a significant influence on stock prices partially, CR, DER, EPS and ROE simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices
