Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of raw material quality and production process on product quality in the Rigis brand coffee powder business in Kampung Kopi, West Lampung Regency. Raw material quality, primarily referring to the quality of coffee beans used in production, is considered a key factor in shaping the distinctive characteristics of coffee powder. Additionally, the production process involving various stages, such as roasting and grinding, is also believed to play a significant role in determining the final product quality. This case study is conducted to provide a deeper understanding of the interaction between raw material quality, production process, and product quality in the local coffee industry. The research method involves surveys with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with business owners and relevant stakeholders. Data analysis is conducted using regression techniques to test the influence of raw material quality and production process on the product quality of Rigis brand coffee powder. The results of this study indicate an influence of both raw material quality and production process on product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Free Shipping Promotion Strategy (Ongkir), the Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Method, and flash sales on Shopee sales in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method. Purposive sampling is used, with a sample size of around 97 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple-line regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that the Free Shipping variable did not significantly affect the process of determining the purchase intention of Shopee users in Bandar Lampung city. Conversely, the Cash-on-delivery and flash-sale variables significantly affect Shopee users' modification of their purchase order in Bandar Lampung. Conversely, the cash-on-delivery and flash sale variables significantly affect Shopee users' purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung city. Based on the coefficient of determination test, which results in an R Square value of 0.628, the free shipping, Cash on delivery, and flash sale variables affect the purchasing decision variable by 62.8%, with the remaining 37.2% being influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Customer service quality plays a crucial role in the success of an organization, especially in the energy supply sector such as PT PLN (Persero). This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HR) in improving the quality of customer service at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Tanjung Karang. The research method used is a survey with questionnaires distributed to employees and customers of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang. The results showed that HR management has a significant impact on customer service quality. Factors such as recruitment, training, and employee development have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction. In addition, internal communication, employee motivation, and reward systems also have an important role in improving employee performance and directly contribute to the quality of service provided to customers. This research contributes to the understanding of the close relationship between HR management and customer service quality in the context of the energy industry. The practical implications of this research can help PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang in optimizing HR management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in a competitive energy market. The conclusion of this research provides a foundation for similar companies to better understand the importance of the role of HR management in achieving strategic goals related to customer service quality.

Abstract

This article aims to find out whether the use of paylaters and lifestyle influence consumer behavior in the city of Bandar Lampung. The problem focuses on changes in the behavior of paylater users who are becoming more consumptive and prioritizing lifestyle. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents. In collecting data through questionnaires. The method for analyzing data uses multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 29. The results of the research show that the use of paylater has a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior as well as lifestyle giving a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior. Simultaneously the use of paylaters and lifestyle provide a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of liquidity ratios on the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. from 2020 to 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on financial statement data to determine the association between current ratio (CR), quick ratio (QR), and cash ratio (Cash) with return on asset (ROA). The findings revealed that CR and QR have a considerable favorable influence on ROA, however the Cashratio had no significant impact. The implication is that firm management should consider CR and QR when optimizing financial performance.This research does not use sample methodologies because it is a case study of a single organization. This analysis utilizes financial statement data from PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. from 2020 to 2022, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website. SPSS version 29 was used to do multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings revealed that CR and QR have a substantial impact on financial success, however the Cash ratio does not.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation as well as the work environment on employee performance at PDAM Way Rilau in Bandar Lampung City. Work motivation is measured through internal and external factors that influence employees' desire to achieve organizational goals. Meanwhile, work environment is understood as the physical and psychological conditions of the workplace that can affect employee behavior and productivity. The research method used a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of PDAM Way Rilau. Data collection was conducted using a cross-sectional approach, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study hope to provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of work motivation as well as the work environment on employee performance in the clean water service sector. The result of this study is the influence between work motivation and work environment for employee performance.

Abstract

In the competitive landscape of the snack industry, every business player is required to possess a strong entrepreneurial orientation to achieve the desired goals. Entrepreneurial orientation in the context of snack sales involves the ability to create new and different things. This includes creative thinking and innovative action to generate new opportunities. Thus, this effort encourages individuals to have enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, adaptive behavior, and the necessary skills to manage a business or activity focused on the exploration, creation, and implementation of new ways of working, technologies, and products. Data collection was carried out directly using questionnaires and interviews with employees at UD Sanjaya. The analysis used to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables is quantitative statistical analysis. The results of the study are as follows: Entrepreneurial orientation (X1) partially influences business performance, Competitiveness (X2) partially influences business performance (Y), and Entrepreneurial orientation (X1) and competitiveness (X2) simultaneously influence business performance (Y). Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang selanjutnya disebut BUMDes merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan ekonomi di pedesaan. Dengan disahkannya undang-undang yang memberdayakan pemerintah desa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa, khususnya kesejahteraan masyarakat di pedesaan. Pemerintah desa harus mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang ada untuk membentuk kelembagaan Badan Usaha Desa (BUMDes) sebagai sarana dalam upaya peningkatan perekonomian desa dan menuju desa yang mandiri. Sampai saat ini masih banyak pemerintah desa yang belum mampu mengelola BUMDes secara optimal, hal ini disebabkan karena masih kurangnya sumber daya dan kemampuan manajerial untuk mengelola BUMDes. Pemerintah desa membutuhkan bantuan untuk dapat secara optimal melakukan pengelolaan BUMDes, terutama dalam hal ini BUMDes Artha Bina Makmur, Kampung Tri Makmur Jaya Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, dalam upaya optimalisasi Badan Usaha Desa (BUMDes) untuk menuju desa yang mandiri.

Abstract

In a competitive business world, every company needs to develop an effective competitive strategy. This is due to the increasingly tight competition in the market. The main goal of today's business is to create and add value to customers, so that they can win the hearts of consumers and gain a competitive advantage. By implementing the right strategy, businesses can control a larger market share and increase their competitiveness. This strategy includes a deep understanding of customer needs and wants, as well as the ability to adapt to market changes and offer unique and valuable products or services. The strategy has great potential to occur and requires top management decisions and significant resource allocation from the company. The laundry business is one form of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the service sector that is currently experiencing rapid development. This business offers laundry services that include the process from washing to drying, as well as completion by returning clothes to consumers according to expectations. The method used in this study is quantitative. The results of the study show that Yanara Laundry can achieve competitive advantage through the implementation of differentiation strategies, cost leadership, and the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Iwn today's ersa, work life prioritizes workers who think far ahead, are smart, innovative, and contemporary. Even in this situation, the position of human resoaurces plsays a vital role in an organization. Institutional, also prioritizes sufficient management aspects when managing the organization. Likewise with BPJS Kesehatan Pringsewu Regency wshich is the object of the author's research. This stsudy used quantitative methods with a sample of 40 respondents. The analytical techniques ssed for this research will test the validity, reliability, and multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Competence on Employee Performance 41.69%, then the influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 70.22%, and the variable requirements for Competence and Work DisipIin on Employee Performance is 0.833%. The results of this study are the variable X1 (Competence) and variable X2 (Work Discipline) have a signis.ficant effect on Employee Perfmormance (Y), by % it means that these two variables affect each other and affect each other.
