Abstract

Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini dirasakan beragam sektor, salah satunya terjadi pada sektor ekonomi kreatif di Provinsi Lampung, salah satu dampaknya dirasakan oleh usaha dan pengerajin kain tapis House Tapis Citra di Bandar Lampung. Keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh House Tapis Citra yaitu memiliki bahan-bahan yang berkualitas baik, desain yang bisa menyesuaikan keinginan konsumen, dan olahan produk kain tapis yang beraneka macam. Hasil akhir penelitian ini ialah mengkaji strategi pemasaran guna menambah kapasitas hasil perdagangan terhadap House Tapis Citra. Untuk penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif, selain itu strategi yang akurat untuk diterapkan adalah analisis pada rumusan campuran strategi matriks SWOT Strategi SO (Strength-Opportunity) (5,08) ialah strategi untuk dapat digunakan dengan menggunakan Kekuatan (Strenght) agar memaksimalkan Kesempatan (Opportunity) yang jelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan apakah variable budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung serta mengetahui variable manakah yang berpengaruh dominan antara budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung.Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 153 pegawai dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 responden pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui pembagian kuesione.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif yang menggunakan ujivaliditas, reliabelitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t-test, uji F serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0 for windows.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Koefisien variable Budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai bernilai positif menandakan hubungan yang searah, dengan kata lain semakin bertambah tingkat Budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai maka kinerja akan semakin tinggi pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Pengaruh Budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai dengan kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung adalah sebesar (0,727) dan Koefisien Determinasi sebesar R2 (square) adalah sebesar (0,529) yang berarti bahwa variable Budaya kerja dan kompetensi pegawai mampu menjelaskan variable terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung, sebesar 52,9 persen, sisanya di jelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove atau yang biasa disebut dengan hutan bakau merupakan salah satu subjek utama dalam pengembangan lingkungan di Indonesia. Mangrove mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting, baik bagi ekosistem lingkungan maupun sebagai wisata. Secara geografis, Pantai Ketapang terletak di Kabupaten Pesawaran Lampung. Tepatnya terletak di Jalan Mahitam di Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Padang Cermin, Kabupaten Pesawaram, Provinsi Lampung, sekitar 30 kilometer dari pusat Kota Bandar Lampung, sekitar 40-60 menit dari Kota Bandar Lampung. Pantai ketapang merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di ujung perkampungan. Penanaman mangrove di Pantai Ketapang diharapkan dapat melindungi ekosistem yang ada di sekitar pantai. Penanaman mangrove juga bukan hanya untuk lingkungan tetapi dapat bermanfaat untuk perekonomian masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Mangrove, Pantai Ketapang

Abstract

UMKM merupakan usaha yang dapat dijalankan seluruh anggota masyarakat, baik individu maupun badan usaha. Dalam mengembangkan UMKM, pelaku usaha membutuhkan adanya suatu jaringan ekosistem bisnis. Ekosistem bisnis bertujuan untuk memperluas dan mengembangkan usaha UMKM. Ekosistem bisnis merupakan sekumpulan perusahaan dengan hubungan saling melengkapi dan bekerjasama dalam membangun kemitraan yang strategis dengan tujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada konsumen. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of halal business legality as well as product packaging on purchasing decisions at MSMEs in the field of chips, with a focus on BUMN House Partners in Bandar Lampung. In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, aspects of product halalness and packaging design play an important role in shaping consumer perceptions and influencing purchasing decisions. Quantitative research methods are used by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to consumers of BUMN Home Partners who buy chips. The data collected was then analyzed using regression techniques to test the effect of halal business legality variables and product packaging on purchasing decisions. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence between halal business legality and product packaging for purchasing decisions. The implications of the results of this study are expected to help SOE House Partners and similar MSMEs in optimizing their marketing strategies, improving brand image, and accessing markets more effectively. Abstract

The goal of this study isbyo evaluate the advertisement and brand ambassadors impact to the purchasing decision on Tokopedia e-commerce. The method used is quantitative using non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The population studied in this study were followers of the @7bts.update2 Instagram fanbase account. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected implementing the formula slovin technique from the number of followers of the fanbase. The data were analyzed using SPSS 29 software, with descriptive techniques and multiple linear analysis to test hyphotesis. Results proves that 1) Brand ambassadors or commonly known through brand ambassadors provide a signficant and positive impact to the aspects of purchasing decision in Tokopedia e-commerce; 2) Advertising also provide a signficant and good impact to theaspects of purchasing decisions in Tokopedia e-commerce; 3) Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and the advertisement provide a signficant and good impact to the aspects of purchasing decisions in Tokopedia e-commerce. Both have an influence of 58.8%, when the 41.2% is impacted from some other factors not examined here.

Abstract

One component of regional autonomy related to transportation is transportation services. The purpose of this study is to determine how the level of job satisfaction of workers is influenced by professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation to work at the Transportation Agency of Central Lampung Regency. A total of 56 people working at the Transportation Agency of Central Lampung Regency were surveyed using this quantitative methodology. A Likert scale questionnaire was used as part of the data collection approach with the help of SPPS version 29. Multiple linear analysis produced the findings. Workers of the Transportation Department of Central Lampung Regency became the research sample. The research findings show that professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation in the workplace affect the level of job satisfaction of workers. Workplace satisfaction is influenced by professional growth opportunities and intrinsic motivation, according to the findings of this study.

Abstract

The risk that Mr. Taufik Hidayat's broiler farm in Mataram Baru Kec. East Lampung Regency faces is the issue with this thesis. This conversation aims to examine the production and operational hazards that Mr. Taufik Hidayat's broiler farm faces, as well as strategies for mitigating them. The author conducts field research with a descriptive qualitative methodology. methods for analyzing data that include data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion drafting. Data presentation utilizing ISO 31000: 2018, specifically risk treatment (risk control), risk assessment (risk identification, analysis, and evaluation), and context framing. The results of this research indicate that after carrying out the risk management process there were risk events on Mr Taufik Hidayat's broiler chicken farm, Kec. New Mataram District. East Lampung, namely 1 operational risk such as employee negligence, the drinking place is full of husks with a low risk level (low), then 4 production risks such as weather changes with a high-level risk (high), cage density with a medium risk level (medium), chickens experiencing croaking. with a medium level of risk, there is noise with a low level of risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how customer satisfaction with the PLN Mobil application is affected by perceived usefulness and ease of use. The clients of PT PLN PERSERO ULP Teluk Betung make up the study's target audience. In this quantitative study, the non-probability sampling methodology used is purposeful sampling in conjunction with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 29 program. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires by 100 clients of PT PLN PERSERO ULP Teluk Betung. The study's conclusions show that perceived usefulness and ease of use have a major influence on users' happiness with the PLN Mobile application at PT PLN PERSERO ULP TelukBetung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to outline the approach used by PT PLN (Persero) Karang Customer Service Unit to enhance services by promoting and enforcing work discipline among employees. This kind of research is qualitative, descriptive, and involves three informants in total: managers, supervisors, and workers. Three approaches are utilized to acquire data: documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of this research show that work discipline can help maintain order and consistency in the implementation of daily tasks. creating operational efficiency. Meanwhile, promotions can make employees continue to improve their skills and abilities. The combination of work discipline and promotions creates a positive cycle where employees continually strive to develop. creating a dynamic and progressive work environment.
