Abstract

Fenomena akan perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, dan Seni (IPTEKS), khususnya Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang melaju begitu pesat direspons oleh masyarakat luas dengan gegap gempita. Begitu banyaknya kemajuan-kemajuan di berbagai sektor kehidupan di dunia ini yang tidak terlepas dari IPTEKS dan TIK. Tanpa terkecuali di dalam dunia bisnis. Dalam kegiatan bisnis tidask terlepas dari pentingnya peran Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan untuk mengetahui strategi operasional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di PLN ULP Natar. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Operasional customer relationship management (CRM) berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hubungan antara customer relationship management dengan kualitas pelayanan yaitu bahwa meningkatnya pelayanan di tentukn oleh bagaimana sistem customer relationship management yang di terapkan oleh PT PLN ULP Natar. Dengan adanya sistem CRM yang diterapkan akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam hal menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasaan pelanggan tentusaja berasal dari kualitas pelayanan yang perusahaan berikan kepada setiap pelanggan. Selain itu, CRM juga membatu perusahaan dalam mengembangkan produk baru berdasarkan informasi yang lengkap tentang keinginan pelanggan. Adanya penerapan sisteminformasi customer relationship pada PT PLN ULP Natar dengan sistem kerja yang terstruktur guna mempertahankan pelanggan denggan cara melakukan pengidentifikasian karakteristik setiap pelanggan, membuat model penilaian bagi pelanggan, menciptakan strategi yang proaktif dan menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan, serta mendesain ulang proses kerja, teknologi dan sistem penghargaan yang diberikan kepada pelanggandalam rangka mengimplementasikn strategi peningkatan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Abstract

Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung umumnya masih rendah hal ini dapat dilihat dari terdapat beberapa pegawai yang berdisiplin kerja rendah, datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan aturan kantor yang berlaku, terdapat pegawai dalam penyelesaian tugas tidak sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan, kurangnya inovasi pegawai dalam bekerja dan loyalitas terhadap pekerjaan masih rendah hal tersebut mengakibat masih ada sebagian program kegiatan instansi yang tidak tercapai sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Rendahnya kinerja pegawai diindikasikan karena budaya organisasi yang ada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung seperti budaya kejujuran, budaya ketekunan terhadap pekerjaan, serta budaya kedisiplinan belum membudaya dan seolah hanya dijadikan selogan, budaya atasan memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai mengambil inisiatif dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas sehari-hari belum membudaya, bawahan jarang dilibatkan dalam mengambil keputusan, budaya disiplin, mentaati aturan kantor yang berlaku kurang membudaya. Selain itu Motivasi kerja pegawai umumnya masih rendah, hal ini terindikasikan seperti penyelesaian pekerjaan yang sering terlambat, selalu menunggu perintah untuk menyelesaikan setiap pekerjaan rutin, kurang berinisiatif dan kreatif dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, dengan populasi adalah 41 orang. Data berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden dan diisi sendiri oleh responden berdasarkan persepsi responden. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukan menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. secara dominan responden menilai bahwa budaya organisasi pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencaatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik, motivasi kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik. Abstract

Abstract Employee performance at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province, which is based on quarterly performance reports. The cause of the decline in performance at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province is caused by several things, one of which is the Mutation and Promotion that applies at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province. The research was conducted to find out in an analysis related to the Effect of Mutation and Promotion of Employee Positions on the Performance of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are declared valid and reliable, then through hypothesis testing all hypotheses are accepted and significant. The conclusion of this study is that mutase and promotion both partially and simultaneously affect the performance of the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) produk olahan kelapa di Desa Bunut, Lampung, merupakan fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai tambah dari komoditas unggulan ini. Dengan potensi besar dalam produksi kelapa, desa ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pengolahan dan pemasaran yang efektif. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat yang terstruktur, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pelaku UMKM, penyusunan program pelatihan, serta pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Program pelatihan ini berfokus pada teknik pengolahan kelapa yang inovatif, pemasaran digital, dan pembangunan jejaring dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil dari program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan, strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, dan penguatan jaringan kerja, serta kontribusi terhadap pelestarian budaya lokal. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan dukungan yang memadai, UMKM di Desa Bunut berhasil meningkatkan penjualan produk hingga 30% dan memperluas akses pasar. Keberhasilan program ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan kolaboratif dalam pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia, serta menjadikannya sebagai model bagi daerah lain dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV: Naufal Jaya Putra, a company engaged in sugarcane harvesting and transportation services. The research addresses the organisation's challenges, including insufficient supervision and lack of work discipline, which affect employee productivity and efficiency. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected from 65 respondents selected through random sampling from a population of 163 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression revealed that Supervision and Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Performance. These two variables explain 73.8% of the variation in Employee Performance, as indicated by an Adjusted R-squared value of 0.738. In contrast, the remaining 26.2% is influenced by unexamined factors such as motivation and work environment. The findings underscore the critical role of adequate supervision and disciplined work behaviour in enhancing employee performance and operational success. This research provides valuable insights for improving management strategies to achieve organisational outcomes.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze the impact of Work Stress and Work Conflict on Employee Performance at the Regional Mental Hospital of Lampung Province. Existing research on work-related stress and conflict in healthcare settings has highlighted their potential adverse effects on performance, but limited studies focus on mental health institutions in this region. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 76 respondents using convenience sampling and the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression, revealing that Work Stress and Work Conflict explain 51.5% of the variation in Employee Performance, as indicated by an R-squared value of 0.515. The remaining 48.5% of Employee Performance is influenced by other unexamined factors such as workload, commitment, and compensation. The findings demonstrate that Work Stress and Work Conflict significantly affect Employee Performance, contributing novel insights into the factors influencing employee outcomes in mental health hospitals and offering a better understanding of how these elements can be managed to enhance performance.

Abstract

The increasing demand for timber due to population growth and technological advancements presents both opportunities and challenges for timber processing businesses. This study examines the development strategies of Sumil Kayu PK. Putra Bakung, a timber processing company in Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan, through SWOT analysis. The research aims to identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats to formulate strategic recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the study explores ways to enhance product quality, expand market reach, and adopt sustainable practices. The findings highlight key strategies to optimize business operations and improve competitive positioning (Afridhal, 2017).

Abstract

The business sector in Indonesia has developed from the use of complex strategies, competition, change and uncertainty. The goal is to find out the implementation that must be carried out in order to compete in the global market. Especially in Natar District, South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province at UD Sanjaya Dry Noodle SMEs. The advantages possessed by UD Sanjaya are having quality ingredients, modern production equipment and having a variety of snack products. Marketing mix is ​​a marketing strategy that has seven elements (7P) in the form of products, prices, promotions, distribution, processes, officers and physical support that aim to achieve organizational goals. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative research is a type of research that aims to understand and analyze a phenomenon, problem. This method focuses on collecting data such as interviews, observations, field notes, and document analysis to provide a clear and comprehensive picture of the situation or context at the time of the study. It can be concluded from the (7P) studied that promotions on social media can also increase UD Sanjaya's marketing targets.

Abstract

One of the snack manufacturers in South Lampung, particularly in the Natar region, where the snack sector is highly competitive, is UD Sanjaya. The purpose of this study is to examine how the competitiveness of the UD Sanjaya food factory in South Lampung, Natar, is impacted by product innovation, product quality, and basreng design. The author bases the question, "Is there an effect of Competitiveness on Product Innovation in Basreng?" on this. This study aims to evaluate UD Sanjaya's competitiveness in the snack market and ascertain how basreng product innovation affects the company's competitiveness. Competitiveness (Y) is the dependent variable, whereas product innovation (X1), product quality (X2), and packaging design (X3) are the independent factors under investigation. This study's methodology is quantitative analysis, and consumer surveys were employed to gather data. The study's findings suggest that product innovation significantly and favorably affects competitiveness since it can boost customer loyalty and attention. Additionally, because consumers are choosing higher-quality products more and more, product quality has a big influence on the present. Due to its ability to affect how consumers view a product, attractive and useful packaging design is also crucial for boosting competitiveness. Overall, this study concludes that the three variables interact with each other and contribute to increasing the competitiveness of UD Sanjaya. Therefore, the company is advised to continue to innovate and improve the quality and design of product packaging to maintain and improve its market position.

Abstract

As an effort to strengthen the organizational culture of the Minister of BUMN, the Ministry of BUMN has set the core values of AKHLAK, which stands for Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative, to be applied throughout the scope of BUMN companies. This study aims to see the effect of the application of moral core values on employee work productivity at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Lampung. This study uses a quantitative method obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study is 426 employees of PTPN 1 regional 7 in Lampung, the determination of the sample in this study uses the slovin formula so that the number of samples taken is 81 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests. From the results of data processing with SPSS version 26, it shows that the application of moral core values has an influence on employee work productivity at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Lampung.
