Abstract

Abstract: Guidance and counseling aims to develop students' potential and life competencies effectively and can facilitate them systematically, programmatically, and collaboratively. Based on the need aseesmet conducted in the city of Bengkulu, a guidebook is needed for fun guidance services so students feel interested. One alternative to the joyful guidance service is to use game media. Based on the results of the need assessment, a guide for dragon snake games containing the cultural values of Bengkulu was developed for Guidance and Counseling teachers in junior high schools who had the feasibility of formatting, content, and content of Bengkulu cultural values.Abstrak: Bimbingan dan konseling mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi dan kompetensi hidup siswa yang efektif serta dapat memfasilitasi mereka secara sistematik, terprogram, dan kolaboratif. Berdasarkan need assessment yang dilakukan di kota Bengkulu dibutuhkan sebuah buku panduan untuk layanan bimbingan yang menyenangkan agar siswa merasa tertarik. Salah satu alternatif layanan bimbingan yang menggembirakan adalah pengembangan sebuah panduan permainan ular naga bermuatan nilai budaya Bengkulu untuk guru BK di SMP yang memiliki kelayakan format, isi, dan muatan nilai budaya Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to knowing the personal characteristics of the ideal candidate counselors absorbed from text values Education Minister Regulation number 27 of 2008. The research method used is qualitative research type Hermeneutics Gadamerian. Values that can be absorbed by the prospective counselors as forming the ideal personality is faith and piety of God Almighty, respect and uphold the values of humanity, individuality, and freedom of choice, show integrity and stability of a strong personality and displays a high quality performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pribadi ideal calon konselor yang diserap dari nilai-nilai teks Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional nomor 27 tahun 2008. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Hermeneutika Gadamerian. Nilai-nilai yang dapat diserap oleh calon konselor sebagai pembentuk kepribadian yang ideal adalah beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, menghargai dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, individualitas, dan kebebasan memilih, menunjukkan integritas dan stabilitas kepribadian yang kuat, dan menampilkan kinerja berkualitas tinggi.

Abstract

 AbstrakKarakter adalah gambaran diri manusia secara bulat dan utuh yang membuat unik dari manusia lain. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk pemaknaan teks kepribadian Founding Fathers Indonesia (FFI) sebagai karakter ideal konseli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan hidup produktif menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 2) mendeskripsikan perilaku kerjasama menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 3) mendeskripsikan sikap menghargai menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 4) mendeskripsikan nilai kepribadian lain menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe hermeneutik Gadamerian. Hermeneutik merupakan metode menafsirkan makna teks dengan pola part dan whole. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari lima buku primer Sukarno dan Suharto. Teknik mengumpulkan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi pemaknaan teks. Analisis data menggunakan teknik part-whole. Keabsahan data penelitian ini, dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber data, teori, dan metodologi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter ideal konseli menurut FFI terdiri dari hidup produktif, perilaku kerjasama, menghargai, nilai karakter lain yang mencakup religius dan nasionalis. Setiap karakter terbagi dalam beberapa aspek 1) hidup produktif: pola hidup sederhana, kontrol diri, dinamis, tidak bergantung pada bangsa lain, cinta produk dalam negeri, normatif, inovatif, rela berkorban, dan kebebasan; 2) perilaku kerjasama: rasa setiakawan, kesesuaian pedoman, dan nasionalisme-internasionalisme; 3) menghargai: musyawarah dan mufakat, bijaksana, dan toleransi; 4) nilai kepribadian lain meliputi 4.1) religius: keyakinan, pancasila sebagai pedoman dan rasional; 4.2) nasionalis: humanis, persatuan, dan cinta-damai. Sedangkan implikasi dalam bimbingan dan konseling sesuai dengan Standar Kompentensi Kemandirian Peserta Didik (SKKPD).Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor seyogyanya dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan identifikasi karakter ideal konseli. Peneliti yang berminat mengadaptasi hasil temuan ini hendaknya menggunakan subjek yang lebih luas, menggunakan varian metode hermeneutik, menggunakan varian teori konseling khususnya rumpun humanisme atau teori konseling lain dari barat maupun Indonesia, dan menggunakan buku teks bermuatan karakter yang lebih variatif. AbstractCharacter is whole picture of human and fully unique of others. This research using qualitative approach by Gadamerian hermeneutic type. Hermeneutic is interpreting teks valued methode by part and whole form. The research data based on the five Sukarno and Suhartos primer books. Collecting data technique by meaning text documentation. The data analysis is using part-whole technique The validity of research data, been done by triangulation data course, theory, and metohology. Result of the reseach show that counselees ideal character according to IFF including productivity life, cooperative attitude, respecting, other character value which including religious and nationalis. Each character divided into four aspect: 1) productivity life, simplicity life form, self control, dinamic, not depending on anothers nation, love domestic product, normative, inovative, sucrificion, and freedom; 2) cooperative attitude, solidarity, according to the rule, nationalism-internationalism 3) Respecting, disccussing and making decision, and tolerance; 4) other Personality value including: 4.1.Religion, belief, pancasila as rule and rational; 4.2. nationalism, humanism, unity, and love peace. Next, the implication for the guidance and counseling according to the standard compentency otonomy of student. The recomendation which is recommending on this reserch, counselor should be using the result of this research as course of counselees ideal character identification. The next researcher, whom interest adopting this result should using the large subject, using variaty hermeneituc methode, using variaty counseling theory, specialy in humanism area or other counseling theory form west or Indonesia, and using text book, which content variatif character.

Abstract

Career decisions making is an important thing. Today, many media can be developed to help make the right career decision; one of them is an electronic publication. This research aims to establish an electronic publication (epub) of career decision-making self-efficacy guidance. The development model used was the Borg &Gall model. The initial try out reveals high product validity while the student tries out demonstrates a very accurate, practical, feasible, and fascinating interpretation. The results show that the epub formed career decision-making self-efficacy guidance has fulfilled the theoretical acceptance and practicality aspects; thus, it can be used by the counsellors and students in the career guidance program.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is aimed to improve early adolescent student’s assertiveness. Hypotheses in this research is . Experimental research design is used by implementing randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects are students of VIII SMPK at Malang, 30 students for experimental group and 30 students for control group. Assertiveness scale is used to measure the level of assertiveness which has 27 items with the realibility index is 0,729. Assertiveness training module has been written as the procedure to guide its process. Paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test are used to analyze the data. The results show significance score 0,000 < 0,005 that means there are differences between pretest-posttest and groups. Moreover, the effect size result shows 0,93 that means the treatment gives a big effect for student’s assertiveness. Therefore, it can be concluded that assertiveness training is effective to improve student’s assertiveness.

Abstract

Abstract: Intimation is an ability to immerse his identity with the identity of others without fear of losing his own identity. This research was conducted to search for the meaning of maturity of intimation that includes sacrifice, commitment, compromise, and equal relations in the book of Riyadushshalihin the work of Imam Nawawi. The purpose of this study is to describe what and how the concept of early adulthood intimation maturity according to the perspective of Imam Nawawi. This study used a qualitative approach with Gadamerian’s hermeneutic type. Gadamerian’s hermeneutic is a method to interpret the meaning of the text by part and whole. The main data source in this study is the work of Riyadushshalihin book of Imam Nawawi. The data collected through documentation from defined text. Data analyzed using part and whole technique. Checking the validity of data is done through triangulation from the expert of sources and the book Sharh (in-depth reviews of a book). The result show that intimation maturity according to Imam Nawawi is a constant awareness of one’s self that he and the whole universe is a servant of Allah who are related to each other with behavior that is entirely based upon the laws that Allah has set over them. The intimation maturity according to him include the values of sacrifice, compromise, commitment, sincerity, and equal relations. Each divided into several aspects, there are 1) sacrifice: dedicated until the end of life, give something good to others, giving priority to others above ourselves, dedicated with earnest, give a loved one to those who need it, and bear the pain of others; 2) compromise: accepting the reason of other people, have the nature of forgiving, understanding differences of other people, to resolve issue with discussion, succumbs to the others, and idealistic; 3) commitment: the clarity of the aggreement on the commitment, have a trusteeship, made an agreemenr in commitment proportionately, have a good prejudice of other people, and the commitment is flexible; 4) equal relations: equality of responsibility for each person, the equality of rights for everyone, and legal equality for everyone; 5) sincerity: present in the presence of Almighty Allah, fear of the Almighty Allah, hoping to the Almighty Allah, and ridho against all decisions from the Almighty Allah. While the implications in psychology comparated with Erikson’s psychosocial theory. Suggestions for psychology scientists can use the result of this research as material identification intimation maturity. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce an instrument which is valid and reliable to observe ADHD in children. The steps of this study include: (1) need analysis, (2) design, the form is instrument spesification and writing items (3) design implementation, the form arranging instrument assembly item (4) validation expert, such as an item analysis (5) revision, from field experts validation and individual field test (6) limited trial (7) revision (8) field trials (9) product revision (10) final product. The results of the validation of the contents, done by 3 field experts, 10 items in ADHD observation instrument need to be revised. The result from validation of the contents is validity coefficient Aiken’s V span from 0,56 to 0,89 that means the contents in the instrument is sufficient. After the revision, ADHD identification instrument was tested limited to determine the difference total score between observer (parents and teachers) that handle ADHD children/students and didn’t handle ADHD children/students and there is a significant difference, with signification 0,013. After ADHD identification instrument is tested limited was reised, then a tested field test with the subject of 40 people. Validity calculation was obtained probability value span from 0,00 to 0,014, and reliability calculation was obtained 0,963. Based on the results from validity test and reliability test, it can be concluded that the instrument observation had ADHD as a valid and reliable instrument to observe ADHD in children for teachers and parents, and can be used together with institutions of psychology, education, and health. Keywords: Instrument, ADHD Observation Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Instrumen Observasi ADHD yang valid dan reliabel dalam mengamati adanya ADHD pada anak. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini meliputi: (1) analisis kebutuhan, yang dilakukan di lapangan, (2) perancangan desain, berupa spesifikasi instrumen dan penulisan item (3) implementasi desain, berupa penyusunan item perakitan instrumen (4) validasi ahli, berupa analisis item (5) revisi, perbaikan dari validasi ahli (6) uji coba terbatas (7) revisi (8) uji coba lapangan (9) perbaikan produk (10) produk akhir, berupa kajian produk yang telah direvisi. Hasil dari validasi isi, dilakukan oleh 3 ahli, instrumen observasi ADHD perlu direvisi sebanyak 10 item. Hasil dari validasi isi ini memperoleh koefisien validitas Aiken’s V yang bergerak dari 0,56 hingga 0,89 yang berarti isi dari instrumen memadai. Setelah dilakukan revisi, instrumen observasi ADHD diujicobakan secara terbatas untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor total antara pengamat (orangtua dan guru) yang menangani anak/siswa ADHD dan yang tidak menangani anak/siswa ADHD dan mencerminkan perbedaan yang signifikan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013. Setelah instrumen observasi ADHD yang diujicobakan terbatas telah direvisi, maka dilakukan uji coba lapangan dengan total subjek 40 orang. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis validitas dengan nilai probabilitas bergerak dari 0,00 hingga 0,014, dan analisis reliabilitas dengan nilai 0,963. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen observasi ADHD telah valid dan reliabel sebagai instrumen untuk mengobservasi ADHD pada anak bagi guru dan orangtua, serta dapat dimanfaatkan bersama lembaga psikologi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan Kata kunci: instrumen, observasi ADHD
