Abstract

Sharia cooperatives are mediators for providers of funds and users of funds so that borrowed funds can be used optimally. In sharia cooperatives there is financing whose purpose is to meet the needs of its members. Murabaha financing is the most preferred financing by members, usually used to meet consumptive needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of murabahah contracts in murabahah financing products in the Berkah Syariah Cooperative, West Bandung Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used in this study is the primary data of the Berkah Syariah Cooperative and for data collection techniques will use three events, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on observations and interviews that have been conducted regarding the implementation of murabahah financing at the Berkah Syariah Cooperative, West Bandung Regency with the management of the Berkah Syariah Cooperative, it can be concluded that the Berkah Syariah Cooperative has implemented murabahah financing in accordance with sharia principles and in accordance with the DSN MUI fatwa no. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.

Abstract

Indonesia has great natural resources. UNESCO recognized at least six geoparks, and Indonesia will continue to develop more geoparks in the future. However, currently, Indonesia's geoparks are not widely known. One of the reasons is that the existing websites do not pay attention to performance guidelines, information, economics, and search engine optimization even though the website is a vital marketing medium so that geoparks can be promoted widely and effectively. A comprehensive study of the website contents is required to build a good geopark website. In addition, it is also necessary to study user experience when visiting web pages. This study aims to find the standard website content on the geopark website and compare existing website performance and user experience. This study compares three geopark websites. The three websites include the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu, Hongkong geopark, and Cliff of Fundy Geosite website. Three indicators are used: website performance, user experience, and what information should be on the geopark website. These three indicators are essential as an attraction for website visitors so they can enjoy the content of the website and they can stay longer so that the visitors can turn into potential geopark tourists. Good website performance is supported by consistent ease of providing information and speed in providing information to website visitors. In comparison, the user experience visiting the website relates to the interactive visual design, organization, and navigation structure of the website framework and the completeness of the content. We use performance and user experience metrics as evaluation tools for the three selected websites. As a result, the general availability of information is as follows: information about geoparks, UNESCO, list of tourist attractions, activities, itinerary, tourist accommodation, education, contacts, language choices, news articles, pamphlets, maps, and virtual tours. In terms of performance, the three websites have slow speeds, but in cumulative layout shifts, they have good scores.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increasing popularity of the micro frontend architecture due to its implementation by large companies such as IKEA, Starbucks, and Amazon. Due to its characteristics that similar to microservices, this architecture started to be implemented by various companies to improve their developer experience. However, this architecture has some issues, one of which is the performance of page load time. The objective of this research is to find and determine the best practices for optimizing the page load time of micro frontend applications and to identify the challenge involved. The research is conducted by implementing optimization techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, tree shaking, minification, and utility modules to micro frontend website. After that, the website is tested with a sample size of 200 which determined by using Lemeshow formula. The research is conducted in both local and server environments using the Google Chrome browser and used "fully loaded" metric. The research use a simple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application consisting of five micro frontends built with React, Vue, and Angular frameworks. The experimental results show that implementing all of the optimization techniques on all micro frontends can improve the application's page load time performance by 31.79% in the local and 47.5% in the server environment.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of a newly proposed Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model compared to the conventional approach among second-year students in the Diploma III Program in Informatics Engineering at Computer Engineering and Informatics Department POLBAN. While the conventional PBL model follows a linear approach, the new model introduces a two-stage learning process with a focus on group formation after the initial phase. The analysis encompasses problem-solving skills, perceptions, and student engagement in PBL. Findings indicate a significant superiority of the new PBL model over the conventional one. Notably, the new model reduces instances of free riders, and students initially categorized as low achievers exhibit notable improvement, transitioning to moderate achievers. Additionally, students initially classified as medium achievers progress to the good category. These results underscore the importance of active participation and individual development in enhancing educational outcomes. The study contributes insights into refining PBL methodologies to foster deeper student engagement and improve problem-solving abilities in higher education settings.

Abstract

Aplikasi Diarvis-BMD telah dikembangkan sebagai media perekam data barang milik daerah (BMD) untuk membantu pelaksanaan sensus BMD di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung. Aplikasi ini telah digunakan oleh 66 SKPD mulai Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas PUTR, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan hingga ke Kecamatan. Secara umum alur pelaksanaan sensus BMD dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni tahap pelabelan dan sensus aset BMD, tahap verifikasi hasil sensus BMD, dan tahap pelaporan aset BMD. Versi awal aplikasi Diarvis-BMD baru dikembangkan sampai dengan tahapan pelabelan dan sensus aset BMD. Oleh karenanya di tahun 2023 ini, tim mengusulkan program PkM untuk mengembangkan modul verifikasi BMD dan modul pelaporan di aplikasi Diarvis-BMD serta memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasinya. Pengguna aplikasi terbagi menjadi tiga peran, yaitu operator, verifikator 1, dan verifikator 2. Teknologi yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan aplikasinya adalah web framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database PostgreSQL. Modul yang telah dikembangkan kemudian dievaluasi oleh pengguna melalui kuesioner dan hasilnya menunjukkan penilaian yang positif.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many community activities were limited by the government to break the chain of spreading the deadly virus. One of the activities that is limited is preaching which is one of the informal religious activities that have the aim of teaching the basics of religion to the general public. In order to maintain the continuing missionary activities, the Community Services Team of the Politeknik Negeri Bandung is moving to help provide real solutions for worshipers of the Al-Hikmah Mosque in West Bandung Regency. Activities carried out by the Participatory Action Research method to be able to answer the problems encountered. The results of the activity showed that the Community Services Team of the Politeknik Negeri Bandung together with the Al-Hikmah Mosque congregation succeeded in creating a Youtube channel as a preaching tool. In addition, pilgrims are more active in communicating and asking questions in the WhatsApp group.

Abstract

Currently Koperasi Warga POLBAN (kwp) has carried out increased preparation activities for the transition from conventional USP to Sharia. This community service activity is a continuation of community service 2023. The reviewer's suggestion for community service 2024 is that there is continuity in creating web-based Sharia service applications. Making Sharia service applications must follow the Sharia service SOP, while KWP does not yet have a Sharia service SOP. The purpose of this community service is to produce the design and creation of Sharia service applications using digital web applications in accordance with the Syariah-based Service Operational Procedure Standard (SOP). The design of the SOP digital application is aligned with the aspects contained in the AD and annual members meeting which are applied to the KWP. The method used is an appropriate technology program in collaboration with KWP. In this program, KWP provides the data needed for preparing SOPs. In order to collect the necessary data, observations and interviews were carried out to observe the routine activities of service units in KWP, interviews with administrators and managers regarding the real conditions faced, surveys with KWP members to find out members' opinions regarding the content of Sharia service SOPs before they were input into the digital application. The result is a digital application web for sharia services based on SOPs that have been tested on representatives of members, administrators, supervisors and KWP managers. The trial showed that the sharia service web can be operated well and easily according to their expectations.

Abstract

Salah satu tugas Rukun Warga (RW) dan Rukun Tetangga (RT) melaksanakan pelayanan administrasi warga yang ada dalam wilayahnya. Pelayanan administrasi ini meliputi membuat surat pengantar, domisili, dan dokumen administratif lainnya. Mengurus dokumen di tingkat RT secara manual sering kali memiliki beberapa celah keamanan yang dapat disalahgunakan. Beberapa diantaranya adalah pemalsuan dan penyalahgunaan tanda tangan ketua RT dan RW. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengajukan sebuah metode tanda tangan digital yang merupakan terapan dari teknik kriptografi. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah Elliptic-Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). ECDSA dipilih karena komputasi yang cepat namun masih dengan tingkat keamanan yang baik. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan Secure Hash Algorithm 3 (SHA-3) untuk mengambil nilai hash dari file surat yang berbentuk pdf. Pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua proses utama yaitu penandatanganan surat dan verifikasi surat. Dari hasil percobaan, metode yang diusulkan dapat menyelesaikan semua skenario pengujian dengan baik sehingga manipulasi data dan penyalahgunaan tanda tangan pengurus RW dapat dihindari
