Abstract

Investasi sektor keuangan merupakan salah satu alternatif investasi yang cocok untuk Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).  Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berinvestasi serta menemukan faktor yang menyebabkan masih rendahnya tingkat investasi sektor ini di kalangan PNS dengan menggunakan dasar Theory Planned of Behavior dengan menambahkan faktor bias konfirmasi. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak di Semarang dengan jabatan Account Representative. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 120 yang penentuannya menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpulkan dari hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software amos ver.21.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat investasi dipengaruhi oleh sikap berperilaku, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan bias konfirmasi. Penelitian menemukan bahwa minat investasi tidak memediasi pengaruh sikap berperilaku, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan bias konfirmasi terhadap keputusan investasi. Temuan penelitan memperlihatkan bahwa keputusan investasi di kalangan PNS dipengaruhi oleh sikap berperilaku dan kontrol perilaku .         Investment finance sector is one of the alternative investments that are suitable for Civil Servants (PNS). This research seeks to analyze the factors that affect interest to invest and find the factors that led to the low level of investment this sector among civil servants using the basic Theory of Planned Behavior by adding a factor of confirmation bias. The study population is a Civil Servant who worked on the Tax Office in Semarang with positions Account Representative. The research sample number 120 that determination using simple random sampling. Data were collected from questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using software amos ver.21.0. The results showed that the investment intentions are influenced by the attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and confirmation bias. The study found that investment intentions are not mediating influence behaved attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and confirmation bias towards investment decision. The findings of the research show that the investment decisions among civil servants behave is influenced by the attitude toward the behavior and perceived behavioral control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption through organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 35 district / city offices of the Ministry of Religion in Central Java and 1 Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. The sample was 106 respondents. The respondents are financial management employees, namely planners, commitment makers, expenditure treasurers and financial management staff in 36 work units within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) with SmartPLS tools. The results showed that budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation had a positive and significant effect on the level of budget absorption. The organizational commitment variable does not strengthen the influence of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption in the work unit within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 Kantor Kementerian Agama kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dan 1 Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel sebanyak 106 responden. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pengelola keuangan, yaitu Perencana, Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen, Bendahara Pengeluaran dan Staf Pengelola Keuangan pada 36 satuan kerja pada lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan  menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penyerapan anggaran. Variabel komitmen organisasi tidak memperkuat pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran pada satuan kerja lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

UP2K-PKK is one of the spearheads in the effort to eradicate poverty. This program continues to grow as a poverty reduction program by utilizing the existence of the function of women in the household. One area in Semarang City is very active to move UP2K-PKK is Kelurahan Gisikdrono in West Semarang District. The activities of UP2K-PKK in Gisikdrono currently include 1 special group (poksus) and 10 implementing groups (poklak). The main problem is that the business is still sporadic, not well planned, and they do not know what to do so that business can grow. Besides, business players also complain that they have not been able to determine the cost of their products in a definite manner and have not done well bookkeeping on the business they are doing. Methods of activities in community service this time is in the form of training to the target audience on how to prepare a business plan in terms of market and marketing aspects, technical and operational aspects, aspects of management and organization and financial aspects..The results of community service are: (1) business actors of UP2K group understand the steps to be taken to develop their business through the preparation of business plans from various aspects including; market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organization aspects and financial aspects; and (2) business actors are technically better understanding how to bookkeeping and make good and informative reports on their business.

Abstract

 SMEs in Tugu District with a total membership of 130 people. The business group is expected to grow business unit. One of the benchmarks for the development of business groups is the increasing number of products accompanied by increased operating revenues. In order for the number of products to increase, then increased production needs to be run. Increased production can be done through various ways, among others, through business empowerment. However, in the effort of SME business development still encountered many obstacles such as: not yet the formulation of business development strategy and data base profile of each business unit; increased production and business development has not been reached; lack of clarity on financing for business assistance; and the need for cooperation in the field coaching. In overcoming some of these obstacles required the existence of business empowerment that aims to develop SMEs in the District Tugu. Community service activity aims to improve the skill of human resources of entrepreneur (SME in Kecamatan Tugu) about the procedure of developing business and supply of raw materials and doing simple bookkeeping. This activity is carried out by providing knowledge on business management and business analysis. Besides, also introduced raw material sources and simple bookkeeping. Training and counseling is provided directly to business groups on business management, business analysis and simple bookkeeping. It is also given knowledge about determining the source of raw materials.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of macroeconomic factors on investor reactions in the capital market with internal financial decisions and company performance as the intervening variables. Previous studies examined only the effect of macroeconomic factors on direct market reactions. The sample of this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was tested using SmartPLS. This study concludes that financial decisions and company performance are not the intervening variables between macroeconomic factors and market reactions. Macroeconomic factors do not affect the company's internal financial decisions and company performance but the market reaction. Meanwhile, the company's internal financial decisions have no effect on the company's performance and market reaction. The company's performance affects the market reaction. The results of this study prove that investors are very concerned about macroeconomic factors in making investment decisions. The dynamics of macroeconomic factors directly influence investment decisions in the capital market.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a milestone for the Gerakan Nasional Non-Tunai (GNNT) in Indonesia. This GNNT socialization activity to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aimed to support the Indonesia Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) 2025. MSMEs are the largest business (98.67%) which contributes 60.34% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. The socialization, MSME actors can make transactions with the electronic leisure payment system. Electronic payments as a result of buying and selling transactions electronically through the internet (e-commerce). The method of implementing this activity is to conduct socialization and Forum Group Discussions (FGD) face-to-face under health protocol standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to socialization, e.g. of the application of using electronic money through smartphones was also given. The enthusiasm of the participants was shown during the discussion session. They feel that they understand more about the benefits of the electronic payment system in the GNNT policy and will apply it to their productive economic business activities. After receiving the socialization, we have recorded that three of the eight micro-business actors participating in the socialization applied the non-cash transactions. Warung Kamu had applied the payment using the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS). The Olahan Bandeng and Ida Collection market their products through the Kopimi E-Gerai.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan sasaran masyarakat pengusaha UKM di Kampung Tematik tempe Kelurahan Sambirejo – Kecamatan Gayamsari Kota Semarang, Kegiatan ini merupak permintaan dari para pengusaha kecil di Kelurahan Sambirejo, yang seharusnya yang hadirkan sebanyak 25 pengusaha kecil, namun karena kondisi adanya pandemi Covid 19, maka kegiatannya hanya dilakukan bagi pengusaha kecil yang benar benar berminat dan mau mengembangkan usaha, maka dipilih hanya 4 orang pengusaha kecil kuliner dan pelaksanaan di Ruang Laboratorium Pangan FTP USM. Materi sosialisasi yang diberikan kepada pengusaha kecil berupa pentingnya pembentukan Kelompok Usaha Bersama bagi para pengusaha kecil dan sosialisasi pemasaran produk kuliner. Sedangkan pelatihan membuat diversikan produk dari bahan utama tempe yaitu membuat nugget tempe dan wedang tempe. Salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat itu, adalah munculnya minat para penguaha ingin membentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama dengan dibuktikan dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan keinginan memiliki kelompok usaha bersama. Sedangkan tolak ukur sosialisasi pemasaran produk kuliner adalah adanya keinginan dari kelompok sasaran mengajukan banyak pertanyaan mengenai pemasaran. Pelatihan dan praktek memproduksi makanan nugget dan minuman wedang tempe, para peserta pelatihan antusias sekali mencoba mempraktekkan dengan dipandu oleh tim, dilakukan dengan sangat antusias. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat,para peserta pelatihan lebih memahami dan mengetahui pentingnya Kelompok Usaha Bersama dalam upaya meningkatkan usahanya serta lebih memahami beberapa cara pemasaran produk kuliner dalam kondisi persaingan yang semakin kuat diantara para pengusaha,serta hasil pelatihan membuat Nugget Tempe dan Wedang Tempe akan dikembangkan dengan semakin bervariasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in work patterns on work stress in marketing employees of UOB Bank Semarang Branch, to analyze the effect of work life balance on work stress on marketing employees of UOB Bank Semarang Branch, to analyze the effect of changes in work patterns on work stress with the effect of work life. balance against work stress with the Covid-19 pandemic as a moderating variable. This study uses a sample of 34 marketing people at Bank UOB Semarang Branch, and the data analysis technique is using validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, as well as regression tests with moderating variables. Then the t test was also carried out to test the hypothesis, the F test to test the fit of the model and test the coefficient of determination. The test results from this study indicate that the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) after moderation is greater than before moderation. This means that the Covid19 pandemic can strengthen the relationship between changes in work patterns and work life balance to work stress.

Abstract

The problem of work discipline in an organization is a special concern for institutions because it affects the whole organization service. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and HR Development on Employee Work Discipline with Good Governance Mediation in the Forensic Laboratory Polda Jateng. This research includes quantitative research. The sample of this study of the Forensic Laboratory that were taken through the census sample method. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 program to test research hypotheses and answer research problems. The results of this study shows that organization and HR development have an effect on good governance, organizational culture and good governance also affect work discipline, but HR development has no effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dengan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Sebagai Variabel Intervening sehingga bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pengaruh Kinerja Aparatur yang perlu diperhatikan instansi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Aparatur Sipil Negara di RS. Bhayangkara Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakian sebagai sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Versi 25.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara mampu dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Servant Leadership dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Kompetensi tidak mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Variabel intervening Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)  tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Servant Leadership dan Kinerja Aparatur, tetapi mampu memediasi hubungan antara Kompetensi dengan Kinerja AparaturThis study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Competence on Apparatus Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an Intervening Variable so that it aims to determine the influencing factors of Apparatus Performance that need to be considered by the agency. The population used in this study is the entire State Civil Apparatus in the hospital. Bhayangkara Semarang. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical tool used is SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the apparatus can be significantly influenced by Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Competence is not able to significantly influence the performance of the apparatus. The intervening variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) was not able to mediate the relationship between Servant Leadership and Apparatus Performance, but was able to mediate the relationship between Competence and Apparatus Performance.
