Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi ekstrinsik dan Self efficacy terhadap Kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui Disiplin kerja pada pegawai Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Timur dengan jumlah 65 orang, dengan teknik samping yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sejumlah 65 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, self efficacy berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dan Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap Kinerja pegawai This study aims to analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance either directly or through work discipline in the employees of the East Semarang District, Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative with the data source used is primary data. Population used in this study were all State Civil Apparatuses in the District of East Semarang with a total of 65 people, with sampling technique used was the census method so that the number of samples in this study was 65 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques used were path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the mediation test, it was found that work discipline can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and self efficacy on employee performance

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang yaitu sebesar 99 pegawai. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 97 pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, koefisien determinasi dan analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara modal sosial, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji efek mediasi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh modal sosial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of social capital and work discipline on organizational commitment and its impact on employee performance in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The population in this study were all employees of Pedurungan District, Semarang City, which was 99 employees. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. The samples taken were 97 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t test, coefficient of determination and path analysis. The test results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of social capital and work discipline on organizational commitment. Other results show that there is a positive and significant effect between social capital, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results of the mediation effect test show that organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of social capital and work discipline on employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Keputusan Investasi Dan Kebijakan Deviden Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 Perusahaan. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Investasi, Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Deviden berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil uji sobel test menunjukkan Keputusan Investasi dapat memediasi pengaruh Struktur modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kebijakan Deviden dapat memediasi pengaruh Struktur modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai baik melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Kecamatan Semarang Tengah Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah dengan jumlah 98 orang, dengan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Employee engagement, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa OCB dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Central Semarang District, Semarang City. Aset adalah barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda tidak bergerak dan benda bergerak baik yang berwujud (tangible) dan tidak berwujud (intangible) yang tercakup dalam aktiva / kekayaan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen aset, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pengelolaan aset.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang sebanyak 93 orang. Metode sample yang digunakan yaitu sampel total (total sampling) atau sensus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Selain itu analisis lain menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan aset pada Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Assets are goods or objects consisting of immovable objects and movable objects, both tangible and intangible, which are included in the assets / assets of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of asset management information systems, competence and organizational commitment on asset management performance.. The population in this study were 93 employees at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City. The sample method used is the total sample (total sampling) or census. The primary data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the study explain that asset and competency management information systems have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City. In addition, another analysis shows that the asset management information system, competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on asset management performance at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City.

This study aimd to empirically test and analyze the influence of the work environment, workload and communication on job satisfaction with work stress as an intervening variable with samples processed 132 nurses who worked at Permata Medika Hospital Semarang using the convenience sampling method. The analytical tool using PLS. The results of the validity test of all the indicators showed that there were no indicators that had to be dropped. The results of the reliability test showed that it reliable. The adjusted R square for the work stress is 97.300 per cent while the job satisfaction is of 89.200 per cent. The results of the direct effect test: that the work environment and workload have an effect on work stress, but communication has no effect on work stress. Then workload, communication and work stress are proven to have an effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment has no effect on job satisfaction.

The purpose of the study was to analyze and empirically prove the effect of work stress, workload, work discipline on the examiner's performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Central Java Provincial BPK Representative. This type of research is Explanatory Research, which is to clarify the relationship between research variables and test hypotheses that have been formulated with a quantitative approach. The research method used is a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java Provincial BPK who served in the Examination Section totaling 140 people. Calculation of the sample using the Slovin formula: the number of samples in this study was 104 people. In this study the research variables, namely: Independent variables: work stress, workload, work discipline and the mediating variable: work motivation and the dependent variable: employee performance. The data analysis techniques used are: Descriptive analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test Classical Assumption Test (Multicolonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Two-Stage Multiple Regression Analysis, t Test, Mediation Test, Coefficient of Determination (R Square). The results showed that job stress. work discipline and work motivation significantly influence the examiner's performance. Work stress and work discipline have a significant effect on work motivation. Workload has no significant effect on work motivation. Work Motivation mediates work stress and work discipline on examiner's performance. Work motivation cannot mediate Workload on Examiner's Performance.

Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang sebagian besar penduduknya bergantung pada pengelolaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Di masa pandemi, tingkat penjualan dari UMKM menurun dan belum bisa pulih seperti sediakala. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk yang dijual agar jangkauannya lebih luas adalah social media marketing. UMKM masih menggunakan strategi pemasaran tradisional, pengetahuan yang terbatas dan kurangnya keahlian dalam memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial. UMKM belum bisa mengoperasikan toko online. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan literasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan berupa penyuluhan social media marketing bagi para pelaku UMKM Sendangmulyo Semarang. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola UMKM dengan memberikan literasi pemasaran media sosial. Metode kegiatannya melalui ceramah tentang social media marketing dan praktek mengoperasikan toko dan transaksi online. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada pemahaman para pengelola UMKM tentang pemasaran media sosial, bedanya dengan traditional marketing. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang manfaat pemasaran media sosial dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran dan penjualan. The most of population in Sendangmulyo district, Semarang City depends on the management of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). During the pandemic, the level of sales from MSMEs decreased and has not been able to recover as before. The strategy that can be used to market the products being sold so that the reach is wider is social media marketing. MSMEs is still use traditional marketing strategies, limited knowledge and lack of expertise in utilizing social media marketing. MSMEs have not been able to operate online stores. This community service provides literacy, knowledge and skills in the form of counseling on social media marketing for MSMEs actors in the Sendangmulyo Semarang City. The solution offered is to increase the capacity of MSME managers by providing social media marketing literacy. The method of activity is through lectures on social media marketing knowledge and the practice of operating stores and online transactions. This activity has an impact on the understanding of MSMEs managers about what social media marketing is, the difference from traditional marketing. It also provides knowledge of the benefits of social media marketing and increases skills in operating social media as a means of marketing and sales.

This study is based on quantitative research based on the fact that the company's sales have been unstable for several years due to national phenomena. The purpose of research on the problem is to analyze the impact of business strategy on organizational performance. This study used questionnaires or interviews with respondents, measuring variables using intervals. The technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the business strategy variable did not have a significant effect on organizational performance. And competitive advantage cannot affect the company's performance and business strategy. In short, business strategy variables do not affect competitive advantage. In other words, the higher the existing strategic effort, the smaller the influence of new competitive advantage. Using resource-based theory as the main theory, resource-based theory is a theory which states that companies can: Increase competitive advantage. you by developing resources that help you survive in the long term. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai bidlabfor polda jateng dengan komitmen organisasi normatif sebagai variabel mediator. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Personel Bidang Laboratorium Forensik Polda Jateng yang berjumlah 53 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel mengambil semua populasi yang ada untuk dijadikan sampel. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan aplikasi statistik smartPLS. Berdasarkan dari analisis data mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bidlabfor Polda Jateng dengan komitmen organisasi normatif sebagai variabel mediator, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa komitmen organisasi menjadi variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya dalam membentuk kinerja pegawai yang optimal. Sehingga sebuah kepemimpinan transformasional pun baru dapat membentuk kinerja pegawai apabila melalui komitmen organisasi normatif yang baik.
