Abstract

Semangat kerja penting dimiliki oleh agen asuransi untuk mencapai produktivitas yang memuaskan. Keyakinan agen asuransi akan kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk mengatasi situasi serta adanya insentif sebagai kompensasi berdasarkan prestasi kerja akan membuat agen asuransi bekerja lebih optimis dan bergairah dalam bekerja. Keadaan ini menggambarkan adanya semangat kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empirik hubungan antara Persepsi terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dengan Semangat Agen PT. Prudential Life Assurance Kantor Cabang Semarang.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Agen Asuransi PT. Prudential Life Assurance Kantor Cabang Semarang. Jumlah subjek dalam Penelitian adalah 100. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik proportional Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi, yaitu Skala Semangat Kerja yang terdiri dari 22 aitem valid (α = 0,865), Skala Persepsi terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja yang terdiri dari 21 aitem valid (α = 0,830).Hasil analisa data dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana untuk uji hubungan antara persepsi terhadap Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja menghasilkan koefisien regresi (rx2y) sebesar 0,199 dengan p=0,047 (p<0,05), artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan semangat kerja pada agen PT. Prudential life assurance. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan, semakin positif persepsi terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin tinggi semangat kerja. Sebaliknya, semakin negatif persepsi terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin rendah semangat kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja agen PT. Prudential life assurance berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi dan memiliki persepsi yang sangat positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja. Persepsi terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap variabel semangat kerja sebesar 4% sedangkan 96% berasal dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of plant growth regulator (Cycocel) and algifert in growth and bulb production of garlic (Allium sativum L.) cv. 'Lumbu Putih'. The experiment was set up randomized complete block design. Treatments were consisted of combination of algifert and cycocel applications. Algifert treatments consisted of spraying 0 (A0), 2 (A1), 4 (A2), 6 (A3) and 8 (A4) ml/l algifert solution on to garlic plants, while cycocel treatments consisted of spraying 0 (C0), 500 (C1), 1000 (C2) and 1500 (C3) Cycocel solution. Algifert spraying was conducted at 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 week after planting, while cycocel was at 8 week and 10 week after palnting. Result of the experiments indicated algifert and cycocel treatments did not significantly affect growth and bulb yield of garlic. However, interaction affect of algifert and cycocel significantly reduced total number of cloves of each garlic bulb. Comparation mean analyzis showed A2C3 (algifert 4 ml/l with cycocel 1500 mg/l) treatment resulted in significantly lower total number of cloves of each garlic bulb than A2C0 or A2C1 (algifert 4 ml/l with or with out cycocel 500 mg/l) treatments, respectively. Treatment combination A2C3 significantly reduced the total number of cloves each bulb. However, the reduction of total number of cloes was not followed by increased in the size of the cloves. The result of the experiment also indicated the presence of positive correlation among parameters recorded. The total weight of harvested biomass were positively correlated with diameter of the bulb, number of clove, dry weight of the bulb, and dry matter contain of the bulb, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menghasilkan  perangkat  pembelajaran  matematika  realistik berupa RPP dan LKS pada materi aritmatika sosial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi  siswa  SMP  kelas  VII.  Selain  itu,  penelitian  ini  mendeskripsikan  kualitas  perangka t pembelajaran  ditinjau  dari  aspek  kevalidan,  kepraktisan,  dan  keefektifan.  Jenis  penelitian  yang dilakukan  adalah  penelitian  pengembangan  dengan  menggunakan  model  ADDIE,  yang  meliputi Analysis,  Design,  Development,  Implementation,  dan  Evaluation.  Instrumen  yang  digunakan  dalam penelitian  yaitu  lembar  penilaian  perangkat  pembelajaran  untuk  mengukur  kevalidan,  angket  respon guru dan angket respon siswa untuk mengukur kepraktisan, dan tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi untuk  mengukur  keefektifan  perangkat  pembelajaran.   Perangkat  pembelajaran  dikatakan  valid  dan praktis jika minimal memenuhi kriteria baik, sedangkan dikatakan efektif jika persentase  ketuntasan siswa  yang  mencapai  KKM  lebih  dari  75%  dan  nilai  rata -rata  tes  siswa  lebih  dari  atau  sama denganKKM yang ditetapkan yaitu 70. Perangkat pembelajaran diimplementasikan di SMP Negeri 1 Galur dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas VII A.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa empat RPP dan satu LKS. Perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria  valid dengan skor ratarata 4,38 untuk RPP dan 4,34 untuk LKS dari skor maksimal 5,00. Perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria  praktisdengan  skor  rata-rata  3,70  untuk  angket  respon  guru  dan  3,48  untuk  angket  respon siswa  dari  skor  maksimal  4,00.  Berdasarkan  analisis  hasil  tes  kemampuan  berpikir  tingkat  tinggi, perangkat memenuhi kriteria efektif ditunjukkan dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 81,82% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,037 (kurang dari nilai  = 0,05 ).Kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, matematika realistik, perangkat pembelajaran

Abstract

Division arithmetic operations are one of the materials in elementary school mathematics lessons that students must learn. Division arithmetic operations in high classes are usually carried out using sequential division. The aim of this research is to describe students' learning difficulties in the division arithmetic operation material using a stacked method. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is class IV students at SD Negeri Bokor, Tumpang District. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that students still experience difficulties in carrying out division calculation operations using a stacked method. Learning difficulties faced by students include weak mastery of prerequisite material, poor understanding of the concept of division and lack of skills in calculating division in descending order. The recommendation from this research is that there is further research as a solution to the problems found in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode read aloud berbantuan flashcard untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu Guru kelas I beserta siswa kelas I SD yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini pada siklus I diketahui siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 15 siswa atau 47% sedangkan yang belum tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa atau 53% dari 32 siswa yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan jumlah rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 59,25%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode read aloud berbantuan flashcard untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan di kelas I belum berhasil. Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai kriteria tuntas sebanyak 26 siswa atau 81% sedangkan yang yang belum tuntas sebanyak 6 siswa atau 19% dari jumlah keseluruhan 32 siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas dengan jumlah rata-rata pada siklus II sebesar 72,00%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode read aloud berbantuan flashcard dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas I sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). RA students as the research subject. Baitur Rohman Pasir Sakti for children aged 4-5 years with 28 children. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The analysis was carried out since the first pre-cycle and after giving action in each cycle that had been carried out. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the learning method of natural materials media is in an effort to increase number symbols in children aged 4-5 years RA. Baitur Rohman Pasir Sakti is proven by an increase in learning outcomes by an average of 47.1% in the first cycle to 57.2% in the second cycle, with an increased percentage of learning outcomes, namely 81.25% of the number of 23 children. with the results of applying natural media, it can improve children's learning outcomes. The results of some of the research stated above indicate that the learning method with the application of the natural material method can improve children's learning outcomes in the use of natural material media in an effort to increase number symbols in children aged 4-5 years RA. Abstract

Mathematical literacy has been widely studied by mathematics education experts. Mathematical literacy is an individual’s competence to apply mathematics to solve real-world problems and make appropriate decisions. This study aims to explore the mathematical literacy performance of junior high school students in solving PISA problems. The research method used was qualitative, with eight students as research subjects, each with different levels of mathematical literacy. Data analysis was conducted using the framework proposed by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research framework was based on the eight levels of PISA mathematical literacy and Polya's problem-solving stages. The study results showed that students' abilities in understanding the problem, devising a plan, carrying out the plan, and looking back differed based on their level of mathematical literacy. Students at levels 1c, 1b, and 1a demostrated  problem-solving abilities limited to basic memory capacity. Students at levels 2, 3, and 4 could only solve problems involving procedural skills. Meanwhile, students at levels 5 and 6 could solve problems with in-depth analytical reasoning and follow-up reflection. These findings have implications for teachers to design context-based learning that supports the development of students' mathematical literacy.

Abstract

White shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is an introduced species cultivated in Indonesia and plays an important role in increasing national shrimp production and exports. However, infectious diseases such as Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) and Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (AHPND) pose a serious threat to the shrimp farming industry. These two diseases cause a decrease in shrimp growth and production performance. The Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) diagnostic technique is an effective method for detecting EHP and AHPND infections, because the results are fast and accurate. This research was carried out at the Juanda Fish Quarantine Laboratory, Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine Center (BKHIT) East Java from July 1 to August 29 2024. This research aims to find out examination techniques and examination results for Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) and Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (AHPND) during the examination process at BKHIT East Java. The test method used is a descriptive method by collecting primary and secondary data. The EHP examination at BKHIT East Java uses the single step PCR method, while the AHPND examination uses the Nested PCR method which consists of extraction, amplification, electrophoresis and visualization of the results. Based on the results of examinations during the activity, 4 samples were declared positive for EHP and no samples were declared positive for AHPND out of 51 samples of white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence audit delay in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019-2023. The factors tested in this study consist of profitability, company size, company age, and size of public accounting firm. Secondary data used in this study comes from the annual reports of sample companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 45 companies, while the sample that can be used in this study is 18 companies. The data period used is 5 years so that the amount of data used in this study is 90. The data analysis method of this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews software version 12. The results of this study indicate that company size and public accounting firm size have a negative effect on audit delay, while profitability and company age do not affect audit delay.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has introduced significant challenges in the educational sector, particularly in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning processes. This community service program aimed to enhance the competencies of teachers at SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) in developing teaching modules based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) integrated with AI tools, aligning with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The program encompassed a needs assessment, coordination with school leadership, preparation of training materials, and the implementation of direct training sessions focusing on the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magic School, and Jenni AI in designing PjBL modules. Evaluation through questionnaires indicated a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to integrate AI into their teaching modules. As a result, teachers successfully developed comprehensive PjBL-based teaching modules incorporating AI, which are expected to enhance the quality of education and foster 21st-century skills among students.
