Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the participation in preserving Randai art in Nagari Belubus Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how high the participation rate of youth on randai art in Nagari Belubus Guguak Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota District. After this research is conducted, it is expected to provide benefits to increase knowledge about matters relating to youth participation in preserving randai art by all classes, especially for researchers. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique used simple sample random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Technique of taking data in this research is by technique of inquiry, which amounts to 45 item statement. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for sample and 33 samples for research sample. After the questionnaire was piloted, 5 items were invalid, and the researcher removed all of the invalid statement items. The result of data analysis shows that youth participation in preserving randai arts is moderate with average percentage score 55,204%. This means that youth in nagari belubus have a moderate level of participation. In view of all aspects and can also be concluded that the most dominant is to account for the activities of randai art. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Learning Independence of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Children during the Covid-19 Period at PKBM Harapan Bangsa Village Tarai Bangun District Tambang Kampar Regency and in Independent Learning there is confidence, discipline, initiative, responsibility and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning independence of tahfidz al-qur'an children during the Covid-19 period at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namely 3 core informants and 1 control informant, with documentation included. Based on the results of the interviews, the researchers suggested 5 indicators, namely: (1) self-confidence, (2) discipline, (3) initiative, (4) responsibility, (5) motivation. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of learners towards learning in CLC Mitra Jaya Cemerlang Riau Pekanbaru included either. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, and to use questionnaires with 65 questions a number of items.The population in this research is the study of all citizens CLC Package C in Riau Mitra Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru with the number 53 and the study sample as many as 30 people.The sampling technique is random sampling, where samples were taken from the population. The instruments are used in research on Citizen Perception Study Of Learning CLC Mitra Jaya Cemerlang Riau Pekanbaru, with indicators: Learning Program, Tutor, Civil Learning, Learning Support, Nursing Learning, Yeast Learning and Learning Outcomes.The results showed perceptions of learners towards learning in CLC Mitra Jaya Cemerlang Riau Pekanbaru good category. Of the seven indicators is the dominant learning program on equal education with a score 0,929 variants rhitung value of 0.638 and life skills education with a score of 0.889 variant rhitung value of 0.619.Keywords: Perception, Citizens Learning, CLC Mitra Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru Riau.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the condition of learners in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The research problem was whether the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City?. The purpose of this research was to determine the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The population in this research as many as 30 people learners the program package B in PKBM Pelita Riau, then the sample of this research was 30 people and 20 people sample trial. The sample used was a saturated sample. The data completion instrument was a questionnaire with 67 statements and after the trial live 60 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data Analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the percentage of answers findings research motivation Learners Followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City is extrinsic motivation with percentage value (SB + B) 77.74% This means that external motivation has a high influence on the learners Following Program package B in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Motivation, Student Learning, Package B Program,CLC Pelita Riau

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the causes of teenagers dropping out of Dusun I Pulau Rambai Village in Rambai Island Kampa Kampar district. The formulation of the problem of this research is What are the internal and external causes as well as the dominant causes that caused the teenagers dropped out of Dusun I Pulau Rambai in the Village of Pulau Rambai Kampa Subdistrict Kampar District. The population in this study as many as 65 people drop out of school. The sampling technique used random sampling sampling technique. As stated by Sugiyono (2014: 120) the sampling of members of the population carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the polpulasi it. the formula used to determine the sample size is the Slovin formula (Bambang Prasetyo, 2005: 137). And 20 people for testing. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is questionnaire with 68 statements and after trial live 59 valid statement to be made in research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that internal causes have a percentage of 70.5% and external causes have a percentage of 66.9%, while the more dominant cause is external causes that has a percentage of 70.5%. Causes of Youth Dropout I Dusun Ramabai Island Village Village Rambai Kampa Kampar District Kampar, quite high with an average percentage of 68.7%.Keyword: Cause of drop out teenager

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Guidance Process at the Ganesha Operation Bimbel Institute, Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, and in the process there are showing, guiding, guiding, assisting in the Tutoring Process. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the process of tutoring at the Ganesha Operation Bimbel Institute, Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, in which the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namely control informants, core informants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3 with documentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 4 indicators, namely: (1) Showing, (2) Guiding, (3) Guiding, (4) Helping. The study of the 4 indicators is very useful for understanding how the stages of the process of implementing teaching and learning activities are appropriate in conducting the tutoring process.Key Words: Guidance, Study, Ganesha Operation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the activities carried out in the performance of the learning process at PKBM Riau Cekatan and to know the problem of carrying out the learning process of the equal education from C package programme at PKBM Riau Cekatan Tuah Karya sub-district Tampan Pekanbaru city. Type of this research engage a descriptive research with qualitative approach which consist a variable that is problem of carrying out the learning process of the equal education from C Package programme at PKBM Riau Cekatan Tuah Karya sub-district Tampan Pekanbaru city. Fruition of this research build upon 2 indicators, 6 subs-indicators, 13 dimentions about problem of carrying out the learning process of the equal education from C package programme based accumulation data technic, researcher make a interview guidance by 40 questions. Result of debate from study group, facilities and infrastructure, text book for learning, method module for learning and difficulity for understand the module in self-activity is problem of carrying out the learning process of the equal education from C package programme in PKBM Riau Cekatan.Keyword: Problem, Performance Process of Learning, Equal Education From C Package Programme

Abstract

Abstract : Rational thinking is a thought that uses reason or logic for what happens to find the truth, which becomes a yardstick for making decisions. It is hoped that one can use logic based on relevant evidence to form ideas, attitudes, actions, in order to achieve goals. Found several phenomena on Non-Formal Education Unit of the Pekanbaru city Learning Center (SPNF-SKB) such as not being able to argue, have no motivation, and cannot take risks for the actions taken. This phenomenon is also related to the attitude of learning citizens and supportive teaching human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the way of thinking of the SPNF-SKB learning community.This type of research used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number of citizens studying in the non-formal education unit of the Pekanbaru city learning center was 70 people consisting of 10 packages A, 23 packages B, and 37 packages C. The sampling technique was random sampling method of 41 people for the questionnaire test. Research indicators are the formation of understanding, forming opinions, and drawing conclusions.Based on the research results brational thinking citizens learn in non-formal education units, learning activity centers (SPNF-SKB) Pekanbaru city is classified as good, with the highest indicator for opinion formation with 74%, while the indicator for understanding formation with a percentage of 71% and indicators for drawing conclusions with a percentage of 63%.Key Words : Rational Thinking, Learning Citizens, SKB

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the research problem is how high the commitment of organizational members to the activities of youth mosque organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the level of commitment of organizational members to the activities of youth mosque organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified random sampling technique, namely sampling used when members of the population are not homogeneous consisting of homogeneous or stratified groups proportionally (Sugiyono, 2012: 93) the percentage of member commitment to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Islands Regency Meranti as a whole from the first indicator of affective commitment which states Very Often (SS) 38%, Often (S) 36%, Sometimes (KK) 18%, Rarely (J) 8%, Never (TP) 0%. The second indicator is continuance commitment which states Very Often (SS) 36%, Often (S) 39%, Sometimes (KK) 15%, Rarely (J) 10%, Never (TP) 0%. The third indicator is normative commitment which states Very Often (SS) 29%, Often (S) 43%, Sometimes (KK) 11%, Rarely (J) 17%, Never (TP) 0%. From the overall average of 3 percentage indicators (SS+S) 73%, the commitment of members to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency is relatively high. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the commitment of members to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency is relatively high. The highest indicator lies in continuance commitment, with a percentage value (SS+S) of 75%.Key Words: Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine adolescent perceptions of early marriage in Tanjung Sari Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were 50 adolescents. So the sample of this study was 44 people and 20 adolescents who were taken from Penyasawan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency for the trial sample with a critical level of 5%, the sample used was simple random sampling. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with 40 statements and after the trial there were only 37 valid statements to be used as a research instrument. From the research findings on the four indicators, it can be concluded that these indicators are classified as good. This is evidenced by the presentation of recapitulation of adolescent perceptions of early marriage in Tanjung Sari Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, indicators; (1) physical and psychological aspects with a mean value of 4.42 and a standard deviation of 0.63 which is classified as high, (2) the economic aspects of the mean value of 4.52 and standard deviation of 0.58, and (3) social aspects of the value of Mean 4 , 45 and Standard Deviation 0.60, (4) aspects of education with a mean value of 4.46 and a standard deviation of 0.64. Youth perceptions of early marriage in Tanjung Sari Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency are high. This means that adolescents have a good understanding of early marriage.Key Words : Perception, Early Marriage, Youth
