Abstract

Abstract: The study provides background for alumnus in job placement, so the problem with this study is whether or not the alumnus of public education in the presence of expertise and employment is already good? The merits of this research as an input and consideration material for the party. The study program as accredited and for enhanced insight and knowledge regarding attitudes in appropriate placement and disnatch the alumni educational background asa graduate of community education, so it can be successful and optimally this research is deskipctive with a quantitative approach,the population in this study is 60 alumnus, using the simple random sampling. Instruments in this study in an angket with 79 valid statement items to be fitted with research instrument, using an alternative answer on positive statement (SS) given a 4, ounce (S) weight 3 sometimes (cow) attached to 2, no ratter (P) on the weight of 1 and instead on statement negative results found alumnus research on job placement the skill and job matching that performance all right, this is proven by the recapitulation of the 3rd indicator, the highest achievement on the affective indicator with answer very often (SS) 75%.Key Words: Alumnus, Placement and Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of social intelligence of housewives in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, to know and to analyze the level of social care of housewives in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, to determine the positive and significant effect of social intelligence on housewives' social care. Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This research is a type of ex post facto research, a quantitative descriptive study of two variables to find the influence between variables, before looking for influence it is necessary to find a correlation first. The population in this study were 129 housewives in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang Siak District. The sampling method used was the Simple Random Sampling method. The size of the sample used the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 57 housewives. Collecting data obtained by the author using documentation techniques, observation and questionnaires (questionnaires). Based on the analysis of the demographic factor analysis of respondents, high social intelligence, seen from the demographic factors of the respondents, obtained high results of 4.00 and the resilience of social care obtained high results with a mean of 3.95. Based on the descriptive analysis of the social intelligence variable of 3.99 with a high interpretation and 4.08 social care with a very high interpretation. Obtained a significant and positive influence on the social intelligence variable (X) on Social Concern (Y) the housewife of Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, the big influence is 47.00% with moderate interpretation, because there is still 36.90% determined by other factors. who were not part of this study.Key Words: Social Intelligence, Housewife Social Care.

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the study of organization seen of the aspects of important from the organisation. Because important aspects of the organization is characteristic the base that must be is used to the development of the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai. Formulation problems research is whether the study of organization In The City Dumai in good?. The purpose of this research is to find the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good. Population in this study some 63 people. Then the researcher determine samples from 39 people to research and 20 people for testing somewhere else, with using a technique simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief to 60 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement valid for in made instrument research .Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative .The outcome of research on three indicators a conclusion can be drawn that study on organizations PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good, With the average (the ss+s) 84 %. It means management PKBM run the study of organization, that activities in PKBM run smoothly. Seen from 3 indicators can be concluded that the division and a working relationship were very good, because management PKBM maintain the between her fellow employees , that the activities carried out by going well.Key Words: Study, the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out social communication between community learning C package program in improving learning activities at Insan Cendekia community learning centre Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem of this research is social communication among residents learning program c package in improving learning activities in Insan Cendekia community learning centre Sialang Munggu Tampan Pekanbaru is good. The population in this study as many as 31 residents learn. the researchers used a saturated sample so that all the population in the sample made as many as 31 residents of community learning centre Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Village Tampan District Pekanbaru, and 20 people for trials in community learning centre Pucuk rebung Pekanbaru. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 113 statements and after the trial live 103 valid statements to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that social communication between citizens learn the package c program in improving the learning activities in community learning centre Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Tampan, Pekanbaru that the highest is interpersonal communication with 63.1% percentage means that citizens learn to have good communication between fellow citizens learning in learning activities.Keywords: Social Communication, Learning Activity, C Package.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the background of the problem, the researcher formulates the problem in this study is how high the role of the community in improving the religious behavior of teenagers at the Al-Anshor mosque in kubang jaya village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how high the role of the community in improving the religious behavior of teenagers at the Al-Anshor mousque in kubang jaya village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the simple jemah technique. The results and research findings of the role of society in improving the religious behavior of teenagers at the Al-Anshor Mouque in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency are Classified as high. With the indicators of the role of the role of the community, namely 1) the role of the community as a source of information, 2) the role of the community as a facilitator, 3) the role of the community as a mentor, 4) the role of the community as a motivator.Key Words: Role, Society, Religious Behavior

Abstract

Abstract: This study is about the treatment of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singing District. (1) Health Services, (2) Food and Nutrition Services, (3) Morning Gymnastics Services. The purpose of this study was to determine the elderly in the Posyandu, Muara Lembu Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Elderly is a term for individuals who have entered the period of late adulthood or old age, where the period of late adulthood or old age is a closing period for the vulnerable lives of elderly people. Therefore, Posyandu was held for the elderly and also handling for the elderly who were in the Posyandu. The older a person gets, the more susceptible he is to a disease due to a decrease in his body system. The elderly tend to experience a decrease in the musculoskeletal system. This decrease in the musculoskeletal system can affect physical mobility in the elderly and can even result in impaired physical mobility in the elderly. Handling the elderly is a way of providing social welfare services for the elderly through health adjustments by filling free time in the form of useful activities in creating a relationship that is appropriate with fellow elderly, as follows: 1) Health services for the elderly 2) Food and nutrition services elderly 3) Gymnastics services for the elderly. The results of this study will be explained about research findings about understanding the handling of the elderly in the posyandu, Muara Lembu village, Singingi district, Kuantan Singing district.Key Words: Handling, Service, Posyandu.

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the role of ideal PKBM seen from function. Because such functions is characteristic the base that must be is used to development institutional PKBM as a container learning the community, regarding the role of PKBM according to the community dropping out of school (the community package A) in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang. Formulation problems research is whether the role of PKBM in build the community of attrition at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang the city of pekanbaru in good?. The purpose of this research is to find the role of pkbm in build the community of attrition at PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang the city of pekanbaru in good. The population in this research as many as 60 people. Hence sample this research 38 people and 20 people sample the trial with the level of critical 10 percent, the sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 42 a statement and if the trial live 39 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Analysing descriptive analysis quantitative. From scratch answer the results presentation research findings PKBM build role in society is schools in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang Kota Pekanbaru, Can be concluded the percentage the average (SS+S) 83%. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the study activities majlis taklim at Al-Istiqamah mosque This study was conducted in the complex Housing Works Dwi Tunggal RT 04 / RW XI Dusun V Desa Tanah Merah Siak Hulu District Kampar regency from April 2017 to July 2017. Research methods used Is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are 4 informants who follow majelis taklim. The instruments of data collection used are participant observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis that is descriptive model. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the activities of majlis taklim at the mosque al istiqamah in residential complex work of single dwi Rt 04 Rw XI Dusun V Tanah Merah Village includes religious activities and religious lectures including wirid yasin activities, religious lectures, commemorate the big day of Islam , And organizing the corpses, social activities which include visiting the sick people to do takziyah to the house of mourning, giving compensation to orphans and the needy, monthly arisan, saving of sacrifice participants, and seeking fund for the activities of majelis taklim, as well as the activities of tambourine art Including activity and activity rurinities.Key Words: Majelis Taklim

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines Community Empowerment through CatfishLivestock Management at Rt 007/ Rw 003 Benteng Hulu Village, Mempura District,Siak Regency and in the Empowerment there are preparation, planning, implementationin starting the management of catfish. The purpose of the study was to identify anddescribe community empowerment through the management of catfish livestock in RT007/ RW 003 Benteng Hulu Village, Mempura District, Siak Regency. This type ofresearch is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection process iscarried out by interviewing 5 subjects, namely core informants, control informants, coreinformants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3, with documentation included. Basedon the results of interviews, researchers found 3 indicators, namely: (1) preparation, (2)planning, (3) implementation. the study of the 3 indicators, the researchers found theappropriate implementation stages in carrying out Community Empowerment throughCatfish Livestock Management.Key Words: Community Empowerment, Catfish Livestock Management

Abstract

Children’s readiness to enter elementary school is a condition that parents and teachers should consider in early childhood education. The children’s school readiness has an impact on their social adjustment, interaction, and academic achievement. One of the essential aspects that children need to enter elementary school is resilience, or the ability to survive when they face problems and difficulties. This article provides a view on the readiness of children in entering formal education from the aspect of resilience. The review of resilience as the children’s readiness to enter formal education is interesting because nowadays, resilience is increasingly needed to fulfill children's readiness to enter formal education, considering the competition and pressures that children face in school. This article uses a literature review by collecting various references related to resilience and children’s school readiness to be discussed further. It is found that compassion, communication, empathy, and appropriate support provided by adults and schools with a conducive climate and fairness will foster and increase resilience in children. With good resilience, the child becomes tougher in facing the challenges they encountered in the school environment.
