Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the social interaction among the organizers of Overseas School Student Association (Hima Plus) organization period 2017-2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people, the organizers of the Association of Students of Out of School Education (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 with the technique of sampling saturated (total). Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analysis data technique using SPSS program and percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the Out-of-School Student Association (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau in running activities and work programs for high cooperation among fellow administrators. Furthermore, in running the work program among fellow administrators there is also a high competition among administrators, this competition arises because of the desire of each board to get a role and position within the organization management. In addition there is competition within the organization of Out-of-School Education Student Association (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 there is also a conflict, especially social class disagreement because of the desire to win alone. To reduce this conflict should be the attitude of tolerance and mutual respect between the board in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District? The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District. The type of this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The subject of this study as many as 3 people, the technique of data source retrieval is by snowball sampling. This research instrument uses participatory observation, semiterstruktur interview and documentation. The results of the analysis carried out can then draw the conclusions of the implementation of the package equality program C through three stages, namely planning, learning process and evaluation.Keywords : Implementation, Program,Aquality, Package C, PKBM

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of KPM members in participation in the PKH study activities in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu district, Kampar District. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 50 people, namely KPM members with a random sampling technique according to the Slovenian formula. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of this study show that the participation in thinking is quite high, the participation of employees is quite high, the participation of real estate is quite high, the participation of the skills provided is quite high, social participation given as very close proximityKey Words: Participation, KPM members in following the PKH study.

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the Problem Of Teachers Teaching In Their Children Class SDN 020 Rambah Hilir Rambah Hilir District Rokan Hulu Regency. In accordance with the formulation of the problem the purpose of this study was to determine the problem of teacher who teach in their children calsses at SDN 020 Rambah Hilir Rambah Hilir District Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a naturalistic desriptive qualitive approach. This study consists of one vqariable, namely the Problem Of teacher who teach in their children class at SDN 020 Rambah Hilir District Rokan Hulu Regency with indicators (1) Attention, (2) Activities, (3) Appearance, (4) Demonstration, (5) Repetion, (6) Correlation, (7) Concertration, (8) Socialiization, (9) Individualization and (10) Evalution. The subjects of this study were 4 people consisting of 1 observer informant, 2 core informant and 1 control informant. Data collection teachniques used are observation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the researchers found that through 10 indicators in this study that thw problem of teacher teaching in their children class at SDN 020 rambah hilir rambah hilir disctrict rokan hulu regency was not good. Where the teacher gave attention to studens is teaching and learning activities. The teacher gives more attention to her child in class. Furthermore, seen from the activities of student teachers who teach in their children's classrooms, these students do not participate in teaching and learning activities in class. Furthermore, it is seen from the perception of teachers who teach in their children's classrooms rarely linking knowledge with the experiences students can get in teaching and learning activities in class. Furthermore, seen from the correlation not all students can understand and understand the lesson because it depends on the ability and understanding of the student. Abstract

Abstrak: The formulation problem of this research is “How is The Work Motivation of Housewives on Fermented Soybean Home Industry at Kelurahan Labuh Baru Barat Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru”. This type of research is descriptive naturalistic with a qualitative approach to find out the work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan payung sekaki kota pekanbaru. This research is consist of one variable that is work motivation with research indicator (1) Human relationships (2) working conditions (3) salary (4) Achievement (5) responsibility (6) Recognition. The subjects of this study are 6 people consisting of 2 core informants, 3 control informants, and 1 informant observer. Technique Data collection is by performing participatory observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the findings of the data show that through the six indices, it is clear that things that work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru is salary that earned to complete the whole family’s daily needs, food, and board. In addition, the human relationship can be concluded by the relationship of the workers together with well maintained environment, as well as with the responsibility toward work that always well maintained, so the result that obtained besides salary is recognition that given by manager or other people. Either praises or other achievements. Meanwhile, if you look at the work performance, only 1 informant that doesn’t have a good condition, it is due to informant condition being pregnant, make the working time become limited. Based on the results of the data, it can be concluded that work motivation of housewives on fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru has succeeded in doing good both directly and indirectly. This is indicated by none of obstacles in the field. Recommendation aimed to Government to be willing to invest for fermented soybean home industry business at kelurahan labuh baru kecamatan paying sekaki kota pekanbaru for housewives who work on the business, in order to apply new ideas to create and develop fermented soybean home industry.Keywords: Work Motivation, Housewives, Fermented Soybean Home Industry

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the parenting style of children's learning activities at home (a study of deaf children in Panam Mulia SLB, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 5 (five) people. Data collection is done by means of observation (observation), documentation, interviews. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction (data reducation), data display (data display), as well as drawing conclusions and data verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results showed that basically the parenting style of children learning activities at home for deaf children is a way for parents to show their attitudes / actions towards their children which aim to look after, care for, guide, teach, educate and train all children's activities related to physical and mental children. And the role of parents who are responsible for the first education for their children. The parenting style applied by parents who have deaf children, namely the first is parenting for parents (NL) using democratic parenting and consultants, the second is parenting for parents (JL) using democratic parenting and merging, the third is parenting. in people (LJ) using authoritarian and militaristic parenting. The fourth is parenting (JM) using pioneer parenting and consultants. Of the four parenting patterns that are best applied to deaf children, namely democratic parenting and consultants because this parenting style, parents always prioritize common interests over individual children's interests and provide themselves as a place for children's complaints, opening themselves up to be good listeners for child. Parents are ready with children to listen to stories, information, news, and complaints about various things that children have brought from their life experiences.Key Words: Parenting, Parent, Learning Activities, Deaf Child

Abstract

Abstract: Non-formal education is divided into several institutes, there fare PKBM Cahaya Ilmu as one of the non-formal educational institutes make a learning programs for society that is screen priting training program, the purpose of this training is to let the public who follow this training to able to create their own business. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of screen printing learning activities in PKBM Cahaya Ilmu. This research was done using qualitative methods from phenomenology type, these methods are descriptive which aims to describe the exact reality ageinst a phenomenon that is happening. There are three informant in this research , main informant, observer informant, and control informant. The research result in the implementation of screen printing learning activities in PKBM Cahaya Ilmu is very good because this activities capable of passing all their citizen who take part in this activities an they all can absorb the lesson that been provided well as prevision capabilities for their life in the corporate world.Keyword: The implementation of screen printing learning activities

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the C Program Package at Community Learning Center (PKBM) seen from the time discipline is quite good, because the teachers come on time. Implementation for the Package C Program at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) is good because the teachers are professional teachers in teaching. Teachers of educators or tutors who teach in the Package C Program at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) are good, because the teachers have mastered learning in accordance with the objectives. Evaluation for the C Program Package at Community Learning Activities Center (PKBM) is felt good, because one way the tutor evaluates the learners by looking at the attitude of the learning community. The formulation of this research problem is whether the perception of citizens studying the C package program in PKBM Insan Cendikia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru is quite good. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of studying citizens of the C package program in PKBM Insan Cendikia Sialang Munggu Village Tampan District Pekanbaru city is good. . The population that is taken in this research is Citizens LearningPaket C PKBM Insan Cendikia Sialang mungguKecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, amounting to 45Warga Belajar. Researchers determine the sample of 45 Residents LearningPaket C in PKBM Insan Cendikia Sialang mungguKecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru and 20 residents learn Packet C for trials in PKBM Riau Jaya Cemerlang using saturated sampling technique. Instrument in this research is a questionnaire that contains statements about the perceptions of citizens learning Packaged C in PKBM Insan Cendikia Sialang munggukecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The conclusion of this study is that indicators of learning program is the highest indicator compared to other indicators, because citizens have a good view of creative teachers in teaching.Keywords: Student perception of learning and Package C program

Abstract

Abstrak: This research is motivated by the evaluation of the implementation of the governor's activities so that the problem formulation in this study is whether the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Activities of the Governor Executive Body of the 2019-2020 Student Period at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau has been well implemented "? The benefits of this research as input material to add knowledge about the organization to students and its application in establishing cooperation among other BEM members. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 87 people. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing 47 items of statements that were valid to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Weight each answer for Very Good (SB) with a score of 5, Good (B) with a score of 4, Fairly Good (CB) with a score of 3, Poorly (KB) with a score of 2, Not Good (TB) with a score of 1. From the findings of the study of the three indicators it can be concluded that the indicators are classified as good. This is evidenced from the presentation of the recapitulation of the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Activities of the Governor of the Student Executive Body 2019/2020 Period of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Riau University as a whole indicator: (1) comparing with the percentage of 79% then the percentage (2) contained in the indicator differentiating with a percentage of 78% and the third (3) is the indicator rate with a percentage of 76%. The meaning is the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Activities of the Governor of the Student Executive Board for the 2019/2020 Period of the Faculty of Teaching and Education at the University of Riau, which is quite good Key Words: Evaluation, Implementation, Activities

Abstract

Abstract : The formula of the problem in this research is to find out how the house wifeperception toward reguler social activity RW 013 at Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur Kecamatan Tanayan Raya Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to know how their perception toward reguler social activity. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of the research is the reguler social house wife at RW 013. The totals opopulation is 50 people. The sample is 30 respondents by using random sampling. The research instrument is questionnaire whies consists of 40 questions. The criteria of the answer are : 4 categories, very agree, agree, less agree, and disagree. The result of research is the house wife perception toward regular social activity RW 013 at Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur Kecamatan Tanayan Raya Pekanbaru is very good. It can seen data as follow : 1) regulary social sector 88,2% respondents are very agree and agree, 2) religious sector 89,8 % respondents are very agree and agree, 3) social sector 88,2% respondents are very agree and agree.Key words : Perception, House Wife, Regular sosial activity
