Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out whether Teacher Performance At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru Is Good? The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of teachers at homeschooling kak seto in the sail district of Pekanbaru city. Benefits of this research as input ingredients for researchers in adding insight, knowledge and think critically and analysis. The population in this research are teachers in Homeschooling Kak Seto In Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru City as many as 30 people and sample in this research is 20 people elsewhere used as sample of trial conducted in PKBM Bina Kreasi in Jalan Harapan Raya Pekanbaru City. Sampling in this research use Descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing 48 statement items, Teacher Performance at Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City, with indicators 1) ability to plan lesson, 2) ability to implement learning, 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes. Alternative answers every item statement has a category strongly agreed to be given 4 (four), agree to be given a score of 3 (three), less agree given a score of 2 (two) and not agree to score 1 (one). From the results of research in the know that the Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail District Pekanbaru City is referred to in this study are teachers who work on Homeschooling into the category very well. This is evidenced from the exposure of data recapitulation, namely: 1) the ability to prepare lesson plans, 76% of respondents stated strongly agree (SS) and seuju (S). 2) ability to implement learning 80% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes 77% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). Meaning Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru is in very good category because it shows that the three components of teacher performance in the ability to arrange the learning plan, the ability to implement the learning, the ability to carry out the assessment of learning outcomes, good performance.Keywords: Performance of teachers, Homeschooling

Abstract

Abstract: The research is based on the state conditions of implementation of educational equality program of package C which is seen by factors that affect the learner follow the program at SKB Kota Pekanbaru. The research problems are factors that influence people learning at the educational equality program of package C in the SKB Kota Pekanbaru? The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the learners learn to follow the program of package C . The population in this research as many as 45 people. Then the sample is 45 people and the test sample was 20 learners taken from other SKB. Data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 110 statements and after analyzing the validity of the test, 98 of the item would be valid and 12 items not-valid.. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Percentage calculations derived from answer to the research finding of factors that affect the citizens learn to follow the educational program equality package C in SKB Kota Pekanbaru is an external factor with a percentage value of (SS+S) 81,11%. This means that external factors have a very high impact on the willingness of citizens learn to follow the program package C in SKB Kota Pekanbaru.Keywords: Factor affecting, Package C.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze how high Character Education in the Family (Responsibility Character Analysis) in Children aged 6-12 Years in Desa Pulau Kijang, Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi and how much is the contribution of Character Education in the Family (Character Analysis of Responsibility). Answer) For children aged 6-12 years in Desa Pulau Kijang, Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This type of research is a descriptive study with a one-variable quantitative approach. The population in this study was 52 parents. Sampling was done using simple random sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was done randomly without considering the existing strata in the population. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 49 statements about the character of responsibility which consisted of 5 indicators, including responsibility towards God, oneself, family, society as well as the nation and state. The highest mean value on the indicator of responsibility towards society is 4.30. Based on inferential statistical analysis, the contribution of the responsibility character is classified as moderate with a mean value of 57.66% and the remaining 42.34% is influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Keywords: Responsibility, Family, Children 6-12 Years

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of group cohesiveness on the entrepreneurial attitude of the members of the ta'lim council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is Is there a significant and positive influence of group cohesiveness on the entrepreneurial attitudes of members of Majelis Ta'lim in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency? This study consisted of 2 variables, namely the group cohesiveness variable (X) and the entrepreneurial attitude variable (Y), where the group cohesiveness variable (X) had 4 indicators and the entrepreneurial attitude variable (Y) had 6 indicators. The population in this writing is the members of the Majelis Ta'lim Kampung Maredan Barat, Tualang Siak District, as many as 344 members of the Majelis Ta'lim. The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate stratified random sampling, which is a sampling technique in which the population has heterogeneous members or elements and has proportional stratification. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique, which amounted to 75 statements for the group cohesiveness variable (X) and 99 statements for the entrepreneurial attitude variable (Y). Data obtained from respondents, amounting to 20 people for the trial sample and 78 people for the research sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 17 invalid statements on the group cohesiveness variable and 28 invalid statements on the entrepreneurial attitude variable, and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the descriptive analysis based on variables, it is obtained the level of entrepreneurial attitudes in the environment around the members of the ta'lim council with a mean magnitude of 4.29 which is at a very high interpretation.Based on descriptive analysis based on variables, the level of group cohesiveness in the environment around assembly members is obtained. ta'lim with a mean magnitude of 4.10 which is in the high interpretation. Obtained a significant influence between the group cohesiveness variable (X) on entrepreneurial attitudes (Y) Members of the Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, the big influence is 27.1% with a high interpretation, because there are still 72.9% determined by other factors that are not part of this writing.Key Words: Group Cohesiveness, Entrepreneurial Attitude, Members Of The Ta'lim Assembly

The purpose of this research is to know the perception foster care to foster pattern coaching an orphanage As-Shohwah in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan the city of Pekanbaru have good discipline.Population in this study as many as 37 people foster care. Then the researcher determine samples from 37 people for research and 20 people to the tests of somewhere else, with uses the technique of sampling saturated. An instrument data collection namely poll with 60 a statement and if the trial live 53 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. The outcome of research on three indicators a conclusion can be drawn that the perception foster care to foster pattern coaching an orphanage As-Shohwah in Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan the city of Pekanbaru have good discipline, with the highest indicators first foster pattern democratic look at of keeping kerhamonisan obtained value a percentage (the ss + s) 98 %. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling techniquen. Abstract: Research it is based on the state of management increase peoples interest in reading. Because efforts management increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of a problem of this research is how high management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to find management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The population in research has reached 52 people. So research sample areas 32 people and the other 20 a test sample of trying to, simple sample that is used is the simple sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection the survey with 54 a statement and if the trial live 49 statement valid for made instrument in research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The research management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading on the Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) in PKBM Sekecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru considered to be high, with the percentage of (SB+B) 70% on indicators of the quality of taking the responsible toward take over as coach of through the observance of aturan-aturan which have already been stipulated. While the lowest is with a percentage (SB+B) 62% in their indicators regarding the development of science and technology.Key words: Management efforts, Management efforts to increase peoples interest in reading

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of satisfaction work posyandu cadres seen from factors motivation. Because factors the motivation is characteristic the base that must be is used to development satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Formulation problems research is whether the internal factors cause satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru? . The purpose of this research is to find the internal factors cause satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study 85 cadres posyandu. So research sample areas 46 people and 20 people sample test on critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 45 a statement and if the trial live 43 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The research findings against two these indicators can be concluded that the two indicators can be said is considerably higher. The internal factor considered to be high because of the responsibility of self posyandu cadres is the factor that raises the satisfaction of working. While external factors considered to be high because of administration policy and that is in posyandu make posyandu cadres feel satisfied with his work.Key words: Satisfaction Work, Satisfaction Work Posyandu Cadres

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Tutor Program Equivalency Education Performance Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach which aims to provide a systematic description of the Performance Effectiveness of Tutor of Equal Education Program Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center.As a reference to conduct research in the field, researchers prepare a grid in the form of questions to be presented interview materials to respondents. After the data collected, the researchers continue the analysis of research data. The results of research on the Performance Effectiveness of Tutor Program Equivalency Education Package C in Non-Formal Education Unit Pekanbaru City Learning Activity Center has been implemented effectively viewed from: 1) All the equivalent education programs C package education has been carrying out the main task and function of teaching equality education package C , 2) The process of educating citizens learning package C has been implemented with an emotional and interactive approach. Tutors have tips on teaching so that time can be optimized effectively. As for the tutor's tips by providing independent tasks to the residents learn to read more material provided through the internet or other sources. 3) Teach citizens learn the equivalence of C packets implemented with face-to-face at least 16 times. Using lecture methods, frequently asked questions and discussions. 4) The guidance process held is personal. The tutor carries out guidance to the learning community who needs more guidance. 5) Briefing given tutor to the citizens learn in the form of advice, motivation, and solutions so that the problems of learning citizens can be completed. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of the non-cash food aid program (BPNT) of the Pekanbaru city social service in tackling poverty in Maharatu Sub-District, Marpoyan Damai District and what are the benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the non-cash food aid program (BPNT) of the Pekanbaru city social service in tackling poverty in Maharatu Sub-District, Marpoyan Damai Sub-district and what the benefits were. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 6 people, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis carried out can be concluded the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT), namely the implementation mechanism, control and inhibiting factors.Key Words: Implementation, Program, BPNT, Poverty
