Abstract

This research is to know the influence of organizational culture on employee performance division of account executive PT Agrodana Futures. PT Agrodana Futures is a futures trading company specializing in foreign exchange trading of Asian stock indices. The influencing variables are the organizational culture with dimensions that refer to Cameron and Quinn (2006) ie clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. While the variables that are influenced is the performance of employees with dimensions that refer to the Dharma (2003) namely the quality of work, the quantity of work, and timeliness. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative by using nonprobability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The results showed that organizational culture has a mean value of 4.444 and employee performance with a mean value of 4.3670 which means both are in the very good category. Meanwhile, the organizational culture of account executive division at PT Agrodana Futures gives 26.3% influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the financial ratios of stock prices on the issuers of automotive sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. This study is a documentation study, where the data used is secondary data obtained from company reports that have been available. The population in this research is all companies of automotive sector and components listed in IDX and reporting company's finance in period 2011-2016. From a total of 13 companies, 12 companies were taken as samples because one company did not meet the requirements of the financial statements for the period in this study. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test by using t test and F test. The result showed that DERand PER have negative and significant effect to stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016, TATO has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in automotive companies and components listed on IDX 2011-2016, CR and ROA have negative and significant effect on stock price in automotive company and component listed on IDX 2011-2016.

Abstract

The characteristics of the property as a product that does not depreciate raises speculation that property as a product will not end up as consumption, but an investment. However, sales that occur are not automatically recognized in the recording of financial statements after the application of PSAK 72. The application of PSAK 72 will at least affect the profits and debt levels of property companies because sales that have not been recognized will be included as current liabilities. In this study, the GPM (gross profit margin) ratio is used to determine the profit margin, ROA (return on assets) to determine the return on investment, and DR (debt ratio) to determine the amount of debt to total funding. The research methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that debt ratio has a negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study is intended to see the direction, significance, and influence on portfolio return and risk on portfolio variance in LQ-45 companies in 2019. This study also aims to optimize portfolios based on the theory proposed by Markowitz which can be used as a reference for investors. The method used is descriptive quantitative with secondary data in the form of monthly share price data obtained from the information that has been collected. The population used that are included in the LQ-45 list in 2019. Then, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing are carried out with the f test and t test based on the calculated values ​​and table values ​​in each test which results in the conclusion that the return portfolio has a negative and significant effect, and risk has a positive and significant effect on portfolio variance with a significance level below 0.05

Abstract

A good management of account receivable is needed to encourage company revenues to be able to fulfill financing needs. One way to manage receivables is to do credit scoring. This research was conducted to examine the effect, direction, and significance of credit scoring on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel in 2022 to 2023. In this study, the data used is secondary data, obtained from company archives. The population of this study is all consumers registered in the company, namely as many as 709 companies. The number of samples taken was 228 samples with the criteria of consumers who are still making transactions from 2022 to 2023. The results obtained using descriptive analysis show that credit scoring is in the good category and the company's credit collection is in the current category. Credit scoring has a positive and significant effect of 74.2% on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on the performance of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Batununggal District, Bandung City. Entrepreneurial orientation is measured through autonomy, competitive aggressiveness, innovation, and proactiveness, while entrepreneurial strategy is assessed through innovation, proactiveness, and opportunity seeking. MSMEs performance is evaluated based on operational efficiency, growth performance, product and service quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 149 respondents from a population of 670 MSMEs, selected through the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data was collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale, validated through pilot testing. The respondent profile shows that the majority are in the culinary field, with business durations ranging from new to well-established. Most respondents earn more than two million rupiah per month. Demographic data indicates that most respondents have established businesses with relatively good income, reflecting a representative sample. Results show "Very High" entrepreneurial orientation, "High" entrepreneurial strategy, and "Very High" MSMEs performance. Analysis reveals a significant positive influence of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on MSMEs performance, both partially and simultaneously. Recommendations include maintaining key entrepreneurial attributes, adapting strategies to local contexts, and enhancing MSMEs support through training and policy. Future research should broaden the scope and explore additional performance factors. Abstract

Companies use various methods to create efficiency in production. One of them is creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production flow. This is done to adapt to technological developments and changes in consumer tastes. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partner companies engaged in the fashion sector, information was obtained that they needed a production flow SOP. On this basis, a production flow SOP was created. There are eight work steps in making it, starting from identifying the goals and objectives of the SOP, collecting information, collecting the SOP format, determining the SOP format to be created, writing the SOP, reviewing and revising, testing and finalizing. Based on work steps in making and using existing equipment, a production flow SOP was produced. The survey results prove that the implementation of the SOP has an impact on increasing efficiency in production and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of descriptive analysis of each variable and also the imfact of the effectiveness of the hybrid work system in supporting employee work-life balance at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar. The quantitative causality method is the method used in this research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to employees at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar. The technique used for sampling in this study is the census sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study uses SmartPLS software by conducting validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. The result of this study shows that hybrid working has a positive and significant influence on employee work-life balance at PT Senang Ganyang Lapar.

Abstract

Keterampilan wirausaha (entrepreneurial skills) diduga dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan dengan cara menyediakan lingkungan belajar di mana siswa berinteraksi dalam dunia binsis nyata melalui kegiatan proyek langsung yang bukan hanya bersifat simulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengadakan pengukuran keterampilan kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis, baik program Diploma Tiga maupun program Diploma Empat. Dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut, dapat diperoleh sebanyak 200 kuesioner terisi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji beda independent T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya rata-rata (mean) pada kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Hasil penelitian ini mempunyai P-value = 0,000, sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan yang dipakai 95 % (cut-off yang dipakai = 0,05). Oleh karena P-value dari hasil penelitian ini lebih kecil dari cut-off yang dipakai (0,000<0,05), maka berarti ada perbedaan tingkat entrepreneurial skills yang signifikan antara kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP, dimana kelompok mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah Small Business Project (SBP) mempunyai tingkat entrepreneurial skills lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan mata kuliah SBP. Penelitian ini memberikan temuan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis praktik lebih berhasil daripada yang hanya berfokus lecturing.

Abstract

PURPOSE - Finding out how work-life balance and employee relations perspectives impact the wellness of Generation Z employees in Bandung is the aim of this study.METHODOLOGY - The quantitative research methodology makes use of two data analysis techniques: multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics. Questionnaires were sent as part of the data collection methods. The sample used amounted to 222 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling with the criteria of Generation Z employees who have worked for at least 6 months.FINDING - According to the study's findings, work-life balance and opinions about employee interactions both significantly and favorably impact workers' well-being
