Abstract

Tingginya tingkat turnover intention pada karyawan Business Consultant di PT XYZ menjadi isu krusial yang berdampak pada stabilitas dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap turnover intention dengan job burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada 106 karyawan Business Consultant PT XYZ yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention,namun berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job burnout. Job burnout terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, job burnout memediasi secara penuh (full mediation) pengaruh servant leadership terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran servant leadership dalam menurunkan burnout, yang pada akhirnya dapat menekan turnover intention. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan pengembangan servant leadership dengan strategi pencegahan burnout guna meningkatkan retensi karyawan.

Abstract

Currently, instant noodle brands in the Indonesian market are growing with the emergence of new local brands that offer a variety of product innovations. Competition is occurring not only with new local brands but also with imported instant noodle brands, which are starting to appear in the Indonesian market. The intense competition that occurs makes the brand of instant noodle products must be able to provide quality products in order to be able to maintain and advance their business and provide satisfaction to consumers. As a pioneer for instant noodle products in Indonesia, it does not make Supermi the best-known and best-selling product in the Indonesian market. Consumer satisfaction is one of the important factors for a brand to be an option for consumers in choosing a product. In increasing consumer satisfaction, product quality is one of the influencing factors. This study applied a quantitative descriptive method through a purposive sampling technique and a total sample of 226 participants. The results obtained from the research show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction for Supermi products.

Abstract

A good management of account receivable is needed to encourage company revenues to be able to fulfill financing needs. One way to manage receivables is to do credit scoring. This research was conducted to examine the effect, direction, and significance of credit scoring on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel in 2022 to 2023. In this study, the data used is secondary data, obtained from company archives. The population of this study is all consumers registered in the company, namely as many as 709 companies. The number of samples taken was 228 samples with the criteria of consumers who are still making transactions from 2022 to 2023. The results obtained using descriptive analysis show that credit scoring is in the good category and the company's credit collection is in the current category. Credit scoring has a positive and significant effect of 74.2% on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel with a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on the performance of small and medium enterprises ( MSMEs) in Batununggal District, Bandung City. Entrepreneurial orientation is measured through autonomy, competitive aggressiveness, innovation, and proactiveness, while entrepreneurial strategy is assessed through innovation, proactiveness, and opportunity seeking. MSMEs performance is evaluated based on operational efficiency, growth performance, product and service quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 149 respondents from a population of 670 MSMEs, selected through the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data was collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale, validated through pilot testing. The respondent profile shows that the majority are in the culinary field, with business durations ranging from new to well-established. Most respondents earn more than two million rupiah per month. Demographic data indicates that most respondents have established businesses with relatively good income, reflecting a representative sample. Results show "Very High" entrepreneurial orientation, "High" entrepreneurial strategy, and "Very High" MSMEs performance. Analysis reveals a significant positive influence of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on MSMEs performance, bothpartially andsimultaneously. Recommendations include maintaining key entrepreneurial attributes, adapting strategies to local contexts, and enhancing MSMEs support through training and policy. Future research should broaden the scope and explore additional performance factors.

Abstract

PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is an accommodation company or business entity engaged in accommodation services or room rentals. The cash income system for renting rooms at PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri is still done manually, while PT Cihampelas Cerdas Mandiri has established two hotels, namely Cihampelas Hotel 1 and Cihampelas Hotel 2, with the head office located at Cihampelas Hotel 2. This raises various problems. Companies often face problems with cash income systems from room rentals that are less effective and efficient, so that it can affect the achievement of the Daily Income Report. In this context, a computerized and online cash income accounting information system has been created to facilitate the verification process of calculating cash income from room rentals, as well as reducing the frequency of errors in calculating cash income from room rentals. The purpose of this final report is to improve performance in calculating cash income from room rent to be more effective and efficient in the future. In addition, this Final Project report is a solution for companies in the process of calculating cash income from room rentals computerized using Google Spreadsheets.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the performance appraisal system is a unit consisting of interrelated elements with goals as a measuring tool to assess the properties of work, individual characteristics, and the final result of how productive the individual is in handling his work, which is then used to achieve optimal results, according to organizational goals. In measuring the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system, five dimensions are used, namely relevance, sensitivity, reliability, practicality, and acceptability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system of PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. Sampling amounted to 102 people using incidental sampling techniques. The data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire containing 10 statements distributed to employees as a measure of the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi. After that, the data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application, which was then analyzed. Descriptive analysis shows the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system for employees at PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi is effective. The mean is 3.89.

Abstract

This study used the descriptive analysis method. The activities carried out are data analysis and distribution of questionnaires. The number of respondents was collected by as many as 115 people. Of the 115 respondents, the population of this study are customers of Bank BRI or have ever transacted at BRI bank. The statistical analysis used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality is satisfied based on the mean value of 4.06. The results of the data analysis show that the mean value of consumer satisfaction is 3.87. This value indicates that the level of consumer satisfaction is sufficient to be satisfied. The regression coefficient shows that service quality influence 0.304 to customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM) Ecotourism was formed at May 4th 2009 to manage tourist attractions under Perum Perhutani, the Regional Division of West Java and Banten. Because of that, KBM Ecotourism requires employees and managers to monitor or directly supervise tourist attractions on a regular basis through business trips. Every trip requires a business trip warrant or SPPD approved by General Manager and made by HR staff. Beside SPPD, travel documents needed by employees are accountability sheets that contain details of travel expenses. Currently, business trip recording system at KBM Ecotourism uses Microsoft Excel. SPPD and accountability sheets are created by manually changing the existing templates. The calculation of business trip expenses are still done manually by HR staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the management of business trip in KBM Ecotourism becomes more effective and efficient. Because of that, a business trip application web-based was created to manage business trip in KBM Ecotourism. This application made by waterfall software development method. The waterfall model consists of analysis, design, coding and testing. After the application has been made, it is tested by the staff. The results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and the recording of business trip in the company becomes faster. Compared with the previous system, the information of business trip displayed was more detailed. Travel document template also doesn't need to be changed many times because it will be processed immediately by the system and ready to be downloaded.

Abstract

This study is intended to see the direction, significance and influence of the Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices in the mining industry on the IDX in 2020 quarters 1 to 3. The method used namely quantitative descriptive. In this method, the data used is data from a second party, or secondary data, obtained from information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company's financial statements. The population in this study are all issuers in the mining industry listed on the BEI in 2020, of which there are 49. The number of samples taken is 46 because there are 3 issuers that have problems in financial statements and some have moved sectors. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out with the f test and t test which resulted in the conclusion that DER had a negative and insignificant effect, ROA and PER had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices with a significance level above 0.05.

Abstract

Gojek is the pioneer of transportation in the first network in Indonesia which has been operating since 2010. The various online transportation services provided by Gojek are very diverse. The variety of services offered by Gojek makes the Gojek application have a lot of electronic services in it. The response of application users is not always positive with the existing electronic services in the Gojek application, but there is the possibility of a negative response given by users to the Gojek application. This phenomenon became the focus of research to determine the Quality of Electronic Services on the Gojek Application, by taking a study of the people of Garut City. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the basis of the analysis is the calculation of the mean (average), standard deviation, maximum and minimum values. Respondents are Gojek application users in Garut City. Collecting data using an online questionnaire, namely Google Form with 104 respondents. The results of this study conclude that the quality of electronic services on the Gojek application is included in the Good criteria. The dimension that gets the highest score is the Efficiency dimension, while the dimension that gets the lowest score is Compensation.
