Abstract

This study develops and empirically tests an integrative model of how digital literacy, digital entrepreneurship, and digital innovation influence the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor Regency, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional survey of 180 MSME owners, the research applies Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the causal relationships among the key constructs. The findings reveal that digital literacy has a strong and significant effect on digital entrepreneurship (β = 0.694), highlighting the importance of foundational digital skills for cultivating entrepreneurial behaviors in digital contexts. Digital entrepreneurship is also found to significantly influence digital innovation (β = 0.726), indicating that proactive and opportunity-oriented digital entrepreneurs are more likely to adopt and implement innovative digital practices. Furthermore, digital innovation plays a substantial role in enhancing MSME sustainability (β = 0.542), while digital entrepreneurship also contributes directly to sustainability (β = 0.384). The integrative model accounts for 64.5% of the variance in sustainability, demonstrating strong explanatory power. These results underscore that sustainable MSME development in the digital era requires not only technological access but also strengthened digital literacy, entrepreneurial capability, and innovative behavior. The study provides theoretical insights into digital capability frameworks and practical guidance for designing policies and programs that support MSME digital transformation in semi-urban regions such as Bogor Regency. Abstract

Biopreneurship adalah salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual yang dapat melatih siswa mengembangkan ide serta menemukan cara baru dalam melihat masalah ataupun peluang yang dihadapi siswa dalam lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu produk bioteknologi konvensional yang mudah diaplikasikan adalah Nata de coco. Pengembangan semangat biopreneurship di kalangan siswa SMA masih minim, meskipun didukung oleh fasilitas laboratorium yang lengkap. Melalui program pelatihan teknologi tepat guna pembuatan nata de coco ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha berbasis ilmu Biologi pada siswa SMA Kota Kediri. Metode pengabdian meliputi tahap persiapan, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa produksi Nata de coco merupakan implementasi biopreneurship yang sangat relevan bagi siswa SMA di Kota Kediri. Melimpahnya ketersediaan bahan baku air kelapa di wilayah ini, didukung dengan prosedur teknis yang sesuai dengan kapasitas belajar siswa, membuka peluang strategis bagi mereka untuk menjadikan Nata de coco sebagai rintisan usaha mandiri yang prospektif. Hasil evaluasi produk dari kegiatan pengabdian ini Adalah Sebagian produk mengalami kegagalan yang kemungkinan disebabkan kurang terjaga sterilitas selama prosedur pembuatan nata.

Abstract

River waters in Bungo Regency are the habitat of mahseer (Tor spp.), which has a potential for ecotourism development. This study aimed to examine the potential of mahseer resources as the main commodity in river ecotourism development. The study was conducted at the Lubuk Alay water reservation area in October 2019. Observations were made for water quality (temperature, depth, transparency, TSS, pH, DO, nitrate, and total phosphate) and general tourism conditions in the region. The analysis was carried out on the river tourism suitability index (TSI), carrying capacity, and management strategies. Based on the observations, the water quality was generally in good condition and suitable for ecotourism requirements. Types of suitable activities for river ecotourism consisted of relaxing sitting-in (TSI 2.08 - 2.45, suitable) with a carrying capacity of 149 persons/day and playing water (TSI 2.35 - 2.45, suitable) with a carrying capacity of 2194 person/day. The management strategies for developing river ecotourism covered the classification of zones in the Lubuk Beringin, ecotourism development in accordance with the existing potential, coordination between the government and public for ecotourism development, and development of ecotourism through improving facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dialektika antara kehendak ilahi dan kesadaran manusia dalam teologi kontekstual Indonesia melalui konsep anugerah yang mendahului. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana anugerah ilahi bekerja sebelum kesadaran manusia terbentuk, serta bagaimana hal ini membentuk spiritualitas kontekstual umat Kristen Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian adalah menafsirkan ulang makna anugerah sebagai prinsip relasional antara kasih Allah dan tanggapan manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan refleksi teologis-hermeneutik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anugerah bukan sekadar doktrin soteriologis, tetapi realitas yang memperbarui kesadaran iman dan praksis sosial gereja. Kesimpulannya, anugerah yang mendahului menjadi dasar bagi teologi yang hidup, dialogis, dan relevan bagi konteks Indonesia.

Abstract

Singkil Swamp Wildlife Reserve is a peat swamp ecosystem located in Aceh Singkil Regency, Aceh Province. Peat swamp ecosystem has an important function in protecting and balancing water systems, carbon stocks and biodiversity conservation. However, information on the characteristics of the waters of this ecosystem is still not widely known, especially in the area of utilization that is influenced by community activities. This study aims to determine the aquatic environmental characteristics of the Singkil Swamp Wildlife Reserve utilization area covering the physical and chemical parameters of the water and the relationship among those parameters. Sampling was carried out through field observations both in-situ and ex-situ at 5 stations for 3 months (April-June 2021). Observations were made on water quality parameters namely temperature, transparency, depth, current, colour, salinity, water smell, pH, DO, TDS, TSS, conductivity, phosphate and nitrate. Analysis of the data was conducted, namely correlation analysis, PCA (Principal Component Analysis) and CA (Cluster Analysis). The water color was black and the pH was acidic, that is a characteristic of the swamp waters. The results of the measurement of water quality parameters indicate that TDS (13-44 mg/l), TSS (9-236 mg/l), total phosphate (0.01-2.14 mg/l), and nitrate (0.5-25.7 mg/l) were suitable for freshwater aquaculture to support fishery reserve. Based on the clustering of those stations, 5 observation stations were grouped into two different groups, namely cluster 1 with the number of observation stations of 2 stations (Stations 1 and 2) and cluster 2 with the number of observation stations of 3 stations (3, 4 and 5). The parameter values of total phosphate, pH, DO, and nitrate in cluster 1 tend were higher than in cluster 2.Keywords:Peat swampFreshwaterWater quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbantuan QR-Code pada materi sistem tata surya untuk siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah untuk memetakan spesifikasi media yang paling relevan dalam mengatasi hambatan visualisasi materi yang bersifat abstrak. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sugihwaras I dengan melibatkan subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 siswa dan 2 guru kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi proses pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan 2 guru kelas, serta penyebaran angket kebutuhan kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran di lapangan, di mana 90% siswa merasa jenuh terhadap dominasi metode ceramah dan penggunaan media statis. Selain itu, 82% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep kompleks seperti urutan, serta karakteristik spesifik tiap planet. Temuan data mengungkap bahwa meskipun fasilitas teknologi seperti proyektor, laptop, dan smartphone di sekolah sudah memadai, pemanfaatannya sebagai media pembelajaran digital inovatif belum berjalan optimal. Analisis kebutuhan juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat mendambakan media yang mengintegrasikan elemen audio, visual, dan soal online yang dapat diakses secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbantuan QR-Code dinilai sangat mendesak untuk diimplementasikan guna meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, retensi ingatan, serta motivasi belajar siswa pada materi sistem tata surya.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a crucial factor in improving the quality of education, necessitating effective principal leadership and sustainable career development. At MAN 2 Pati, the demand for improved learning quality by 2025 necessitates an evaluation of the influence of these two factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial influence of principal leadership and teacher career development on teacher performance, as well as the simultaneous influence of principal leadership and teacher career development on teacher performance. The research method used was a quantitative correlational method. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Prior to the correlation analysis, the data were subjected to prerequisite analysis tests, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Furthermore, product-moment correlation analysis (partial correlation) and multiple correlation analysis were performed. The study population consisted of 75 students, with a saturated sampling technique, so all members of the population were included as respondents. The results showed that principal leadership significantly influenced teacher performance at MAN 2 Pati in 2025, as indicated by a significance value of 0.044 <0.05 with a contribution of 14%. Teacher career development also significantly influenced teacher performance at MAN 2 Pati in 2025, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a contribution of 43%. Furthermore, both variables, principal leadership and teacher career development, simultaneously influenced teacher performance at MAN 2 Pati in 2025, with a significance value of 0.01 <0.05, and an F-count of 29.838, greater than F-table of 2.7318, and a contribution of 43%. These findings underscore the importance of strong principal leadership and structured career development programs in improving the quality of education.
