Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bio energy power exercise on vo2max and heart rate, this study used a quantitative approach, the type of quasi-experimental research, the subjects are taken in this study were male students who took futsal extracurricular activities aged 10-12 years, to find out Vo2max using the 1600 meter run test and to determine the heart rate score using the Harvard test, data analysis is in the form of descriptive analysis and simple regression. The results showed that the use of bio energy power training did not provide a significant change in VO2max and did not provide a significant increase in the heart rate score with the length of the study for 5 meetings, but there was an increase in the VO2max value in the first week to the last week which means that the increase was not significant, and there was a gradual increase in the heart rate score starting from exercise in the first week to the last week, which means an increase although not significant.

Abstract

Soil pathogen is one of main problem in Java ginseng production in tropical field. This study was aimed to evaluate the impact of VAM application to Java ginseng tuber production. Application of VAM was conducted in various concentrations (0, 1, 2, and 3%) (w/w). Thin Layer Chromatography was used to detected saponin and spectrophotometry was used to determine total saponin. Biomass, the number of rotten tuber, and total saponin were determined after eleven months under greenhouse condition. Inoculation 3% of VAM can enhance the number of healthy and biomass Java ginseng tuber significantly. But the application of VAM did not increase total saponin content.

Abstract

The global obesity rate has doubled since 1980, leading to widespread health concerns. This study analyzes the relationships between physical activity, dietary patterns, and socioeconomic status on obesity in elementary school children. Based on a review of 11 national and international articles published between 2016 and 2020, the study finds that factors contributing to childhood obesity include sedentary behavior, poor dietary habits, genetic predisposition, and environmental influences. Results suggest a strong correlation between reduced physical activity and increased obesity risk, along with a connection between unhealthy dietary patterns and the prevalence of obesity. Additionally, the study highlights the influence of socioeconomic factors on dietary choices, particularly in the context of the availability and affordability of fast food. These findings emphasize the need for comprehensive interventions and awareness campaigns to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent childhood obesity.

Abstract

The Asteraceae family is a plant with attractive flower characteristics in terms of colour and size. Most of the flowers of this family are often infested by insects, especially the butterfly race. The tourist area of the Irenggolo waterfall was chosen as the research site because the area is still natural, with cold air temperatures allowing the abundance of the Asteraceae to thrive. This study was conducted to describe the type of inflorescence in each Asteraceae found. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a survey method. Of the six species found, all of them are types of infinite and unbranched compound flowers; tube flowers have many similarities in the number of organs. The striking difference lies in the species Ageratum conyzoides L., which does not have ribbon flowers and has some pappus (petals) of 4. It is necessary to conduct further research regarding the causes of different types of ribbon flower layers in a population.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning videos on interest and learning outcomes for class VI SD Negeri 1 Pagedongan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is quasi-experimental research with The Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. Data on learning interest was collected using an assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire and learning outcome data using a description test instrument. Data was analyzed using analysis assisted by SPSS 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that: First, there is a significant influence of Sport Education Model on the interest in learning PJOK of class VI students at SD Negeri 1 Pagedongan, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. Second, there is a significant influence of Sport Education Model on PJOK learning outcomes for class VI students at SD Negeri 1 Pagedongan, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. And third, there is a significant influence of Sport Education Model on interest and learning outcomes in PJOK in class VI students at SD Negeri 1 Pagedongan, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Banten Bay is a busy water area with diverse activities, including capture fisheries, aquaculture, marine and land transportation, and industry, which are estimated to generate significant amounts of heavy metals that enter the water and accumulate in fish and shellfish. Some fishery commodities commonly found in Banten Bay included shellfish, such as blood cockles, green mussels, mud crabs, and blue swimming crabs. The study aims to monitor heavy metal contamination variations spatially and temporally of the shellfish in Banten Bay. Biota samples were taken for 6 months in Cengkok Coastal Waters (March–August 2019) and 3 months in Bojonegara Coastal Waters (August–October 2020). The heavy metal content was determined using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). Pb and Cd concentrations in the flesh of the shellfish (blood cockles, green mussels, mud crabs, and blue swimming crabs) from the Cengkok and Bojonegara Coastal Waters ranged from 0.001 to 0.070 ppm and from <0.001 to 0.030 ppm, respectively. All measured heavy metal concentrations met the BPOM (2018) quality standards. Bioconcentration factors were generally <100, indicating low accumulation levels.  Blood cockles, green mussels, and mud crabs from Cengkok Coastal Waters were still safe for consumption in normal amounts, while the consumption of swimming crabs was strictly limited to 0.42 kg/week for adults and 0.11 kg/week for children. The same four species from the Bojonegara Coastal Waters were also considered safe for consumption in normal portions.

Abstract

Produksi plastik global meningkat selama bertahun-tahun karena banyaknya aplikasi plastik di banyak sektor. Permintaan terus menerus dari plastik menyebabkan akumulasi limbah plastik di TPA menghabiskan banyak ruang yang berkontribusi terhadap masalah lingkungan. Meningkatnya permintaan plastik menyebabkan pelepasan minyak bumi sebagai bagian dari bahan bakar fosil yang tidak terbarukan karena plastik adalah bahan berbasis minyak bumi. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan studi terhadap karakteristik pirolisis, material sampah plastik dengan katalis alam Klaten, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Dari hasil proses pirolisis diketahui bahwa volume cairan tertinggi dicapai dengan waktu pemanasan pada reaktor selama 180 menit, sedangkan berat jenis tertinggi dicapai dengan waktu pemanasan selama 60 menit, kemudian viskositas minyak terendah didapat dengan waktu pemanasan selama 360 menit menunjukkan bahwa waktu pemanasan pada reaktor dengan penambahan katalis mampu mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas minyak hasil dari proses pirolisis dalam aspek volume cairan, berat jenis serta viskositas dengan demikiaan bahwa jenis bahan baku sangat mempengaruhi hasil produk dan kualitas produk cair dan gas. Sampah plastik dapat menghasilkan fraksi cairan tertinggi. Paduan katalis mengurangi fraksi cairan dan meningkatkan fraksi gas. Sampah plastik di kotamadya dapat diolah dengan proses pirolisis menjadi bahan bakar alternatif dengan nilai lebih tinggi dari pada produk biomassa.

Abstract

Kampung Batik Cibuluh di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat, bukan hanya menjadi destinasi wisata budaya, tetapi juga pusat penggerak ekonomi kreatif berbasis UMKM. Keberadaannya berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui produksi batik khas, diversifikasi produk turunan, serta pembukaan lapangan kerja baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Kampung Batik Cibuluh dalam memperkuat ekonomi kreatif lokal, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan UMKM batik, serta merumuskan strategi keberlanjutan usaha. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengrajin batik, pengelola UMKM, dan perangkat desa, serta observasi lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik dan matriks SWOT untuk mengeksplorasi faktor internal dan eksternal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi ekonomi kreatif Kampung Batik Cibuluh terlihat dari meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat, penguatan peran perempuan dalam usaha kreatif, serta diversifikasi produk batik ke berbagai bentuk fashion dan kerajinan. Namun, terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan akses modal, kurangnya promosi digital, serta persaingan ketat dengan batik printing. Rekomendasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya strategi branding kolektif, penguatan kapasitas digital UMKM, serta kemitraan lintas sektor untuk menjamin keberlanjutan usaha batik lokal.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in fostering economic growth, job creation, and social innovation. However, its development remains inseparable from complex legal challenges. Regulations often serve an ambivalent role: they provide legitimacy and protection, yet at the same time may hinder entrepreneurship through excessive bureaucracy and high compliance costs. This article seeks to examine the key legal issues in entrepreneurship, explore the nexus between regulation, innovation, and sustainability, and propose conceptual recommendations for developing an adaptive and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. Employing a normative–conceptual approach, the study draws upon secondary sources including national regulations, recent international scholarly publications, and institutional reports from the OECD, UNCTAD, and the World Bank. Comparative and thematic analyses were undertaken to map legal issues, assess their implications for innovation, and evaluate their impact on business sustainability. The findings highlight six major legal domains: licensing and bureaucracy, intellectual property rights, business contracts, taxation, labor regulations, and digital and e-commerce law. Regulations are shown to act dually as both enablers and barriers to entrepreneurial innovation. Cross-country evidence further illustrates that developed economies tend to design more adaptive legal frameworks, while developing countries continue to face significant regulatory implementation challenges. In Indonesia, reforms such as the Online Single Submission system, the Omnibus Law on Job Creation, and the Personal Data Protection Law represent important steps forward, yet remain in a transitional stage. The article contributes theoretically by integrating Institutional Theory, Innovation Theory, and the Triple Bottom Line, and provides practical recommendations emphasizing regulatory simplification, stronger intellectual property protection, adaptive digital and green regulations, and greater international policy harmonization   Keywords: Entrepreneurship; Legal Framework; Innovation; Sustainability; Regulatory Reform.
