Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran akan keragaman Profesi seorang Teknolog Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini. Untuk memberikan gambaran yang mendalam, maka artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan kajian teoritisTeknologi Pendidikan sebagai profesi, kompetensi profesi Teknologi Pendidikantahun 1977, kompetensi tahun 1994 dan kompetensi 2012, serta menghadirkan data-data ragam Profesi Teknologi Pendidikan di Lapangan Pekerjaan. Dengan melihat konsepsi dasar Teknologi Pendidikan Dan perkembangan lapangan kerjasaat ini, maka masih akan banyak profesi-profesi Teknologi Pendidikan baru yang Akan muncul baik di Indonesia atau luar negeri dan lapangan pekerjaanpun akansegera menggunakan para alumni sebagai profesi di instansinya. Untuk menghadapi hal ini, sebagai sebuah profesi, keilmuan Teknologi Pendidikan harus dapat mengantisipasinya dalam sebuah ketentuan yang lebih sistematis dan sistemik, sehingga dapat menaungi para profesi dalam bidang Teknologi Pendidikan. The purpose of writing this article is to illustrate the diversity profession of a Educational technologist in Indonesia today. To provide an in-depth illustrations, this article was written based on theoretical study of Educational Technology as a profession, the competence of Education Technology profession deffinitions in 1977, 1994 and 2012 also representing the data of Variety of Educational Technology’s in the field. By looking at the basic conception of Educational Technology and the current employment development, there will still be many new Education Technology professions that will emerge in Indonesia or abroad and employment will soon use the alumni as a profession in their institution. To face this, as a profession, the science of Educational Technology should be able to anticipate it in a more systematic and systemic provision, so that it can cover the Educational Technology professions in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how the lectures of the School of Education in State University of Jakarta use internet as a learning resource. The population covered all lecturers of the School of Education and respondents were selective by proporsional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questioner and interviewing. The result of the research shows that most of the lecturers have utilized internet for their own interest but not for instructional purposes in the classroom. Very few of the respondents indicate that they are not familiar with internet. The problems in using internet as a learning resource include the limited knowledge of the lecturers in using internet for instructional purposes and limited facility available in the School of Education. This research suggests the School of Education encourages all the lecturers to take benefit of internet as learning resources in each course and it is an urgent need to provide enough facility to access internet for all of lectures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi pedagogik guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan model Kirkpatrick level 4 behavior. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Pengolahan data angket menggunakan rumus persentase dan observasi menggunakan kriteria penilaian. Hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi guru kelas bawah pasca pelatihan dapat dikelompokkan pada 4 kompetensi pedagogic, yaitu (1) sikap guru terhadap perlunya pemahaman terhadap peserta didik seluruh responden menyebutkan berdsarkan kuesioner 100% sangat baik, dan berdasarkan observasi 100% sangat baik; (2) sikap guru terhadap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran hamper seluruh responden berdasarkan kuesioner 95,5% sangat baik, dan berdasarkan observasi 93,8% sangat baik; (3) sikap guru terhadap perlunya evaluasi hasil belajar bahwa hampir seluruh responden menyebutkan berdasarkan kuesioner dan observasi 95% sangat baik; (4) sikap guru terhadap perlunya mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa bahwa seluruh responden berdasarkan kuesioner 100% sangat baik, dan berdasarkan observasi 96,6% sangat baik. This study aims to evaluate teacher pedagogic competence after attending “Online Learner Teacher Training” . To solve the problem in this research used survey method . The population of this study is a sample population of 20 teachers. Data collecting techniques used were questionnaires distribution, field observation , and structured interviews. As for data collecting tool in this research is questionnaire, observation guidance, and interview guide. Questionnaire data processing using the percentage formula. While interview data is described as supporting data. The research results indicate that the pedagogic competence of the teacher after the research is in the good category.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah sistem, e-learning membutuhkan seluruh komponen yang bertugas mendukung pengembangannya. Selain dari sisi intruksional, maka perlu pula dipertimbangkan kendala-kendala yang mungkin muncul dari pelaksanaan sebuah e-learning. Selain itu komponen insfrakstruktur dan komponen Sumber Daya Manusia jarang sekali dipertimbangkan dalam sebuah proses pengembangan e-Learning, hal ini sangat disayangkan mengingat tanpa adanya kelengkapan komponen tersebut, maka pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan e-Learning tidak dapat optimal. Pada artikel ini akan dibahas secara mendetail kebutuhan apa saja yang berasal dari komponen insfrakstruktur atau saran dan prasarana serta kebutuhan dari komponen Sumber Daya Manusia. E-learning requires all components that support development as a system. It is also necessary to consider the constraints that may arise from implementing an e-learning regardless of the intructional component. In addition, the components of insfrastructure and human resources are rarely considered in the process stages of e-learning development, this is unfortunate considering that without the completeness of these components, the implementation of learning with e-learning can not be optimal. In this article will be discussed in detail the needs or suggestions derived from the components of infrastructure and the needs of human power components.

Abstract

This article describes the Blended Learning training model specifically developed by Experience Learning. The model in question is the APKL model, and the model is designed to develop compound learning through the use of experimental learning. APKL itself stands for "analysis, selection, development and implementation." Because this model focuses on blended learning, not an online learning model, Blended Learning will provide a personal learning experience with a variety of learning modes and application-based technology environments.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the program evaluation. Evaluation is needed to determine the level of implementation or success of a program by knowing the effectiveness of its component. This research used formative summative evaluation model by Michael Scriven's that focused on formative research programs. Formative evaluation is used when the program is being implemented with the aim of making improvements to the program. One of the implementations of the formative evaluation is to evaluate the Legal Aspects knowledge sharing at Perumda Pasar Jaya. Formative evaluation was used to assess the implementation of the Legal Aspects knowledge sharing program at Perumda Pasar Jaya. The method of this research is survey technique which consists of distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents participants sharing Legal Aspects and interviewing the organizers of sharing activities, the Pasar Jaya Training Center. The collected data is processed using a qualitative descriptive approach.

Abstract

This development research aims to create product in the form of pop up story books. This book is a learning medium that is used for storytelling activities in a Play Group named Bougenville. This development research was carried out by following the Baker & Schutz development model, which consist of 1) Formulation, 2) Instructional Specification, 3) Item Tryout, 4) Product Development, 5) Product Tryout, 6) Product Revision, and 7) Operation Analysis. The product evaluation is done through Expert Review and Field Test. The expert review phase involves 1 subject matter expert and 1 media expert. The average score obtained from experts review is 3.7 which considered as very good. For field test, the pop up story book has tested on 15 students, The average score obtained at this phase is 88% which considered as good. So, it can be concluded, this development research has created an Animal Theme Pop Up Book which used for storytelling activities in Bougenville Play Group.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan prototipe Learning Object (LO) Media Pembelajaran. LO Media Pembelajaran 2020 yang dikembangkan dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri dalam mempelajari konsep media pembelajaran dan ragam media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai model pengembangan Rapid Prototyping, yang terdiri dari 5 tahap diantaranya: Assess Needs & Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, Install & Maintain System. Penelitian ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli dan pengguna yaitu mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review sebagai berikut: dari ahli materi sebesar 3,25 termasuk ke dalam kategori Baik, dari ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 3,68 termasuk kategori Sangat Baik, dan dari ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 3,06 termasuk kategori Baik. Sedangkan, nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh prototipe LO ini dari hasil uji coba one to one adalah sebesar 3,27 termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik.

Gamification is a method that is currently slowly but surely starting to be looked at to be developed together with the e-learning Learning Management System (LMS). However, the nature of gamification in learning is still not widely known by many parties. This article will try to explain some important things you need to know to develop Gamification. Some of the things that will be discussed in this article are the definition of gamification, the basic elements of gamification, the types of gamification, and the implementation of Gamification and LMS E-learning.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan yang berjudul “Pengembangan Job Aid Remote Working Untuk Peserta Magang Desain Grafis Di Campaign.com” bertujuan untuk menghasilkan job aid sebagai alat bantu kerja untuk memfasilitasi dan meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan peserta magang desain grafis dalam kerja jarak jauh (remote work). Model yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan job aid oleh Charlotte Long. Hasil penelitian berupa job aid digital dengan format PDF Interaktif. Responden yang terlibat untuk evaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli materi, ahli media dan pengguna produk. Nilai yang didapat pada tahap evaluasi formatif oleh ahli materi adalah 3,7 yang termasuk kategori sangat baik, ahli media adalah 3,75 yang termasuk kategori sangat baik, dan pengguna produk (peserta magang desain grafis) adalah 3,93 yang termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil penilaian ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai intervensi untuk memfasilitasi belajar dan solusi masalah kinerja peserta magang desain grafis yang bekerja jarak jauh (remote work) di Campaign.com.
