Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran wakaf uang dalam meningkatanpendidikan anak yatim (Studi Pada Wakaf Uang di YBRS). Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dansekunder . Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data yang digunakan adalahmelalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Data yang didapat divalidkanmenggunakan validasi dengan metode triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan alokasi dana untuk anak yatim berasal dari wakaf uang yangdi produktifkan, dimana hasil dari keuntungan tersebut akan diberikan kepada anakyatim setiap bulan. Dana santunan yang diberikan dapat memenuhi kebutuhanpenunjang pendidikan dan kebutuhan sehari-hari anak yatim, dana tersebut juga dapat ditabung untuk keperluan dimasa mendatang seperti melanjutkan pendidikan.Kata kunci: Wakaf,Anak Yatim, Pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran komunikasi dan empati dalam manajemen konflik antar teman sebaya mahasiswa Departemen Ilmu Administrasi Negara. Konflik antar teman sebaya, sebagai bagian dari interaksi sosial, memerlukan manajemen yang efektif untuk menjaga hubungan yang sehat. Komunikasi efektif berperan sebagai langkah preventif dan represif, membuka saluran dialog, dan menciptakan pemahaman yang mendalam. Empati membantu menciptakan lingkungan di mana individu merasa didengar dan dihargai, mengurangi kemungkinan konflik berulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara sebagai instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peran komunikasi dan empati penting dalam menciptakan hubungan sehat di lingkungan akademis. Strategi peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi dan pelatihan empati dapat menjadi langkah-langkah efektif untuk mengelola konflik antar teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman ini memiliki dampak positif dalam menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis di Departemen Ilmu Administrasi Negara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self Control dengan impulsive buying pada karyawan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 130 orang sampel, yang memiliki karakteristik yakni Karyawan minimal 1 tahun bekerja di PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri, berusia 20-40 tahun, Karyawan aktif menggunakan media sosial dan onlineshop, dengan teknik Nonprobability Sampling.. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala psikologi, yaitu skala sef control dengan alat ukur self control scale yang disusun oleh Tangney (2003). (36 aitem valid dengan α= 0,980) dan skala impulsive buying yang disusun oleh Hearabadi (2001) (20 aitem valid dengan α= 0,919). Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,482 dengan kategori rendah dengan p= 0,00 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti, yaitu terdapat Hubungan antara Self Control dengan impulsive buying pada karyawan pengguna online shop di PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Nilai korelasi ke arah negatif hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi Self control maka semakin rendah Impulsive buying karyawan PT.Swakarya insan mandiri.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools requires significant changes in teaching methods, one of which is the integration of technology. This article aims to analyze the role of technology in supporting the learning process in the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in terms of assessment, collaboration, and the development of 21st-century skills. This research analyzes the role of technology in the learning of the Merdeka Curriculum conducted at SDN 06 Belantik, Siak Regency. Using descriptive methods and a qualitative approach, data were collected through the completion of questionnaires by 3 (three) teachers via Googleform. Research results show that technology plays an important role in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum by facilitating the learning process, conducting formative assessments, and increasing student engagement. However, despite that, challenges such as limited infrastructure, teacher capabilities, and internet access become significant obstacles. Students' acceptance of technology is also positive, increasing their interest and engagement in learning. Thus, continuous training, improvement of technological facilities to support effective learning in the digital era, as well as the utilization of available digital devices and cloud-based applications to address existing challenges, are necessary to achieve educational goals in line with the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

This article examines the integration of Fiqh Siyasah in the principle of popular sovereignty in the context of general elections in Indonesia. In a democratic system, sovereignty is in the hands of the people, and elections are one of the main instruments to realize this principle. Democracy can be interpreted as people and power, democracy can also provide an understanding of a people's power, which is from the understanding obtained will provide a rule that can provide benefits and can protect their rights so that it can be implemented. This article focuses on the analysis from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah on various important elements such as elections, popular sovereignty, election organizers, and dispute resolution of election results. Using the Fiqh Siyasah approach, this article seeks to understand how Sharia principles can be integrated with the modern democratic system, especially in the context of elections in Indonesia. Abstract

Science education at the elementary school level has an important role in shaping scientific thinking and improving students' understanding of natural concepts, one of which is the human respiratory system. In this case, the lungs become organ vital Which worthy introduced through method interesting and applicable learning. This study aims to describe how the understanding of fifth grade students of SDN 188 Pekanbaru can be improved through project-based experiments on how the lungs work. This experimental method is designed with an active and contextual learning approach, where students are directly involved in the process of making a lung model using simple tools and materials. The results show that student involvement in experiment based on project capable increase enthusiasm learning and conceptual understanding significantly. In addition, this activity also trains critical thinking skills, teamwork, and scientific communication. These findings underscore the importance of integrating a project-based experimental approach in learning Science. Through activity This, Teacher No only teach theory, but also provide meaningful learning experiences that can improve students' overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study results in the performance of a DC generator in a portable hydroelectric power plant (PLTA) system designed using an Archimedes screw turbine. The main focus lies in the balance between the turbine's power capacity and the generator's ability to generate electrical energy efficiently. Based on the test results, there is a significant alignment between the theoretical power of the turbine (664.2 W) and the actual power produced by the generator (150 W). This evaluation aims to provide recommendations for selecting the right generator for a microhydro power plant system.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of the effectiveness of using canva in designing lecture presentations. The background of this study stems from the rapid development of digital technology that encourages the use of design applications as a means of supporting the learning process. The research method used was a quantitative survey involving 30 students as respondents who were selected purposively, namely those who had direct experience using canva. The data collection instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire with 20 statements covering aspects of ease of use, time efficiency, quality and creativity, academic benefits, collaboration, limitations, and satisfaction levels. The results showed that the majority of students had a positive view of using canva. This application was considered easy to operate even without in-depth design skills, helping to speed up the preparation of presentations, while also improving the quality and creativity of the display. In addition, canva is considered to provide real academic benefits, support collaboration, and encourage the exploration of diverse visual styles. However, there are still a number of weaknesses, such as the limitations of the free version, visual designs that are considered less suitable for formal academic contexts, and a small number of students who feel that their creative space is limited. From this research, it can be concluded that canva can be used as an alternative medium to support the learning process in higher education, particularly in developing students' presentation skills. Lecturers and educational institutions can also utilize canva as an innovative learning tool that encourages creativity, collaboration, and improves the quality of material delivery. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basis for developing policies on the use of digital media in academic activities that are more effective and relevant to students' needs. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa mengenai efektivitas penggunaan canva dalam merancang presentasi perkuliahan. Latar belakang kajian ini berangkat dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital yang mendorong pemanfaatan aplikasi desain sebagai sarana penunjang proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey kuantitatif yang melibatkan 30 mahasiswa sebagai responden yang dipilih secara purposive, yakni mereka yang memiliki pengalaman langsung menggunakan canva. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert dengan 20 butir pernyataan yang mencakup aspek kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi waktu, kualitas dan kreativitas, manfaat akademik, kolaborasi, keterbatasan, serta tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki pandangan positif terhadap penggunaan canva. Aplikasi ini dinilai mudah dioperasikan meskipun tanpa keahlian desain yang mendalam, membantu mempercepat penyusunan presentasi, sekaligus meningkatkan mutu dan kreativitas tampilan. Selain itu, canva dianggap memberi manfaat akademik nyata, mendukung kerja sama, dan mendorong eksplorasi gaya visual yang beragam. Meski demikian, masih ditemukan sejumlah kelemahan, seperti keterbatasan fitur versi gratis, desain visual yang dinilai kurang sesuai untuk konteks akademik formal, serta sebagian kecil mahasiswa yang merasa ruang berkreasi mereka terbatasi. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa canva dapat dijadikan media alternatif untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam pengembangan keterampilan presentasi mahasiswa. Dosen dan institusi pendidikan juga dapat memanfaatkan canva sebagai sarana pembelajaran inovatif yang mendorong kreativitas, kolaborasi, serta peningkatan kualitas penyampaian materi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan penggunaan media digital dalam kegiatan akademik yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa.
