Abstract

This study explores the legal implications of electronic contracts (e-contracts) within the framework of Indonesian civil law, emphasizing the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transactions in the contemporary marketplace. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, data were collected through literature reviews, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews with legal practitioners, academics, and e-commerce representatives. The findings reveal three key themes: Legal Validity, highlighting issues related to authentication and evidence admissibility; Legal Clarity, underscoring the need for specific regulations governing e-contracts and emerging technologies like smart contracts; and Consumer Protection, addressing jurisdictional complexities and the necessity for enhanced consumer awareness. The study concludes that while Indonesia recognizes e-contracts as legally binding, significant gaps remain in the regulatory framework that must be addressed to foster trust and innovation in the digital economy. Recommendations include developing clearer regulations, improving authentication processes, and strengthening consumer protection laws. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on electronic contracting in Indonesia, providing insights that are essential for stakeholders navigating the evolving landscape of digital transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of legal consumer protection in electronic transactions within the local economic sector of Tomohon City. With the increasing use of digital platforms for commercial activities, it is essential to assess how existing regulations are understood and applied by both consumers and business actors in small urban areas. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from a closed-ended questionnaire completed by 20 consumer respondents and qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 MSME operators. The findings reveal a low level of consumer awareness regarding their rights under national laws such as Law No. 8 of 1999. Most consumers did not file formal complaints despite experiencing transactional issues, often due to lack of knowledge or perceived complexity of the process. On the business side, many MSMEs lacked understanding of their legal obligations and relied on platform-specific policies without verifying compliance with national regulations. Informal dispute resolution remained the preferred method among both parties. The study highlights a significant gap between regulatory frameworks and actual practices, emphasizing the need for targeted education and institutional support. To improve the digital transaction environment in Tomohon, local authorities should enhance consumer literacy and provide guidance for MSMEs on legal compliance. This research contributes to the understanding of digital consumer law implementation in non-metropolitan contexts and offers insights for policy development and capacity-building initiatives.

Abstract

Sepak bola adalah jenis olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim. Olahraga ini memiliki istilah yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa semua anggota tubuh digunakan dalam bermain sepak bola. Metode pengajaran komando adalah cara mengajar di mana semua keputusan diambil oleh guru. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik, diketahui bahwa nilai thitung = 16,819 lebih besar dibanding ttabel = 2,048. Dengan begitu, hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Hₐ) diterima. Ini berarti bahwa latihan shooting menggunakan punggung kaki dengan metode gaya mengajar komando selama satu bulan dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 4 Tondano dalam menendang bola. Sebelum latihan dimulai, dilakukan tes awal (pre-test), dan setelah latihan dilakukan kembali tes akhir (post-test). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain acak kelompok, di mana guru memberikan contoh terlebih dahulu yang kemudian ditiru dan dipraktikkan oleh siswa. Jumlah siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa laki-laki SMP Negeri 4 Tondano, yaitu 120 orang, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji keterampilan shooting.

Abstract

Nutritional status is the body's condition as a result of the utilization, absorption, and use of food. One of the health and social problems Indonesia is facing is the low nutritional status of its people. Nutrition deficiencies in young students will hinder mental development and brain intelligence in the future. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nutritional status of students at SD Negeri 1 Tataaran II, South Tondano District, Minahasa Regency.This research uses a descriptive survey. The population of this research are fourth and fifth grade students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Tataaran II, South Tondano District, totaling 40 students. The sampling technique used was a total population sampling, thus the sample population was 40 students. The instruments used in this study were a weighing scale, anthropometry equipment, and a list of the students’ names. Based on the research results, it was found that the nutritional status based on weight-for-age tended to be good, with 27 students (67.5%) falling into this category. The nutritional status based on height-for-age tended to be normal, with 27 students (67.5%) also in this category, and the nutritional status based on weight-for- height tended to be good, with 27 students (67.5%). In conclusion, the nutritional status of students at SD Negeri 1 Tataaran II, South Tondano District, tends to be sufficient and they generally have a good nutritional status. It is recommended that, to improve nutritional status at the household level, families should consume a diverse and balanced nutritious diet. Abstract

The research question in this study is: Is there a difference in the impact of implementing the command teaching method and the reciprocal teaching method on the development of basic underhand passing techniques in volleyball? This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the command teaching method and the reciprocal teaching method on the learning achievement of basic underhand passing techniques in volleyball among students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. The research approach applied was an experiment with a ‘Randomized Two Group Pre-test and Post-test Design’. The research sample included 20 students, divided into two groups: 10 students were taught using the command method and 10 students using the reciprocal method. The instrument used was an evaluation of basic underhand passing techniques in volleyball. Data analysis used normality, homogeneity, and t-tests with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study show that tcount = 2.69 > ttable = 2.101, which means there is a significant difference. This analysis shows that there is a difference in the impact of the command teaching method and the reciprocal teaching method on the development of basic underhand passing skills in volleyball among students at SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. The conclusion of this research is that the command teaching method is more effective than the reciprocal teaching method in improving basic underhand passing skills in volleyball.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar komando terhadap penguasaan keterampilan gerak dasar menendang bola menggunakan kaki bagian dalam pada permainan sepak bola. Populasi sampel sekaligus penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Tondano, yang dipilih secara keseluruhan (total sampling). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes rubrik penilaian dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai thitung (4,47) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,101) pada derajat kebebasan 18, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Simpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari penerapan gaya mengajar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tendangan bola. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan bagi guru pendidikan jasmani untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan gaya mengajar komando dalam melatih keterampilan gerak dasar sepak bola, khususnya pada tahap awal pembelajaran bagi siswa.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah menilai pengaruh gaya mengajar latihan terhadap kemampuan gerak dasar siswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menggiring bola bagian dalam. Sampel melibatkan 30 siswa putra SMP Kristen Kali Pineleng, terbagi 15 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 15 siswa kelompok kontrol. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan Randomized Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design, sedangkan tes menggiring bola bagian dalam dijadikan alat ukur dengan fasilitas lapangan, bola, peluit, dan alat tulis.. Data diuji normalitas melalui Lilliefors dan homogenitas varians sebelum pengujian hipotesis, dan terbukti normal dan homogen. Nilai thitung 2,43 lebih tinggi daripada ttabel 2,048 pada uji-t, sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima. Kesimpulannya, penerapan gaya mengajar latihan terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan dasar menggiring bola dengan kaki bagian dalam.
