Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, there were some drastic changes. Social and educational change. This study aims to identify the psychological condition of adolescents. The instrument used was the DASS (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale). The population in this study were adolescents aged 12 to 21 years from secondary school to undergraduate levels. The sampling technique used in this study was stratified sampling. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistics The results of data analysis showed that of all respondents, the worst psychological condition was sensitivity. As many as 63.2 percent of respondents experienced disorders ranging from mild, moderate, severe to very severe. Meanwhile, the psychological conditions of stress and depression were in the category that was not worrying, namely 35.1 percent of respondents who experienced depression and stress which ranged from mild, moderate, severe and very severe categories. Meanwhile, 74.1 percent was categorized as normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi sosial dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 responden menggunakan desain korelasional Ex Post Facto. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan kriteria siswa SMP di Kota Madiun. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala psikologis mengenai interaksi sosial, komunikasi interpersonal dan harga diri yang sudah valid dan reliabel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment untuk membuktikan hipotesis korelasi interaksi sosial dengan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap harga diri. Sedangkan Analisa Regresi dua predictor untuk melihat pengaruh interaksi sosial dengan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap harga diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh pengaruh Interaksi Sosial (X1) dan Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2) secara simultan terhadap Harga Diri (Y) adalah 0,009 < 0,05 dan nilai F-Hitung 4,971 > F-Tabel 3,09 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Interaksi Sosial (X1) dan Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2) terhadap Harga Diri (Y).

Abstract

Fenomena perilaku Fear of Missing Out  merupakan salah satu dampak dari perkembangan teknologi yang tidak bisa diremehkan. Perilaku ini biasanya ditandai dengan perasaan khawatir atau cemas ketika individu tidak mengetahui aktivitas orang tain atau orang yang diikuti. Untuk mengurangi perasaan cemas dan khawatirnya tersebut remaja biasanya akan sering mengkases media social untuk mencari informasi atau kegiatan orang-orang yang diikuti tersebut. Peningkatan konektivitas di media sosial yang dialami oleh individu membuka lebih banyak peluang untuk perasaan FoMO dan juga sering dikaitkan dengan perilaku penggunaan ponsel yang maladaptive. Dengan demikian penting kiranya untuk dilakukan penelitian guna  mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh intensitas pengunaan social media dan social envirotment terhadap perilaku FoMO. Adapun desain penelitian ini menggunakan expost facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 141 remaja. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi dua preditor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan dan signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan medsos dan social envirotmet dengan perilaku FoMO. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil yang menunjukkan kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan memberikan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 80,1% sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan social environment terhadap perilaku FoMO

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 berdampak pada psikologis mahasiswa dalam menjalankan pendidikan yang disebabkan karena tugas pembelajaran, keadaan kesehatan, dan faktor ekonomi keluarga. Identifikasi dampak psikologis mahasiswa selama pandemic covid-19 perlu dilakukan salah satunya yaitu ansietas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat ansietas mahasiswa Indonesia selama pandemic covid-19 telah dilakukan pada 1129 mahasiswa yang berada di beberapa provinsi di Indonesia melalu penelitian kuanditatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan 7 pertanyaan dari 21 pertanyaan yang ada pada kuesioner DASS-21. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat berupa distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 20 tahun, rat-rat berusia 22 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan jenjang pendidikan Sarjana, bertempat tinggal di Jawa tengah. Hasil penelitian terkait masalah psikologis responden menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami ansietas berat.

Abstract

Counselor self-efficacy in counseling is one of the variables that affect the performance and outcomes of counseling. A number of studies have proven the importance of counselor self-efficacy in implementing counseling. However, in Indonesia there is no instrument that measures the counselor's self-efficacy in implementing counseling. This study aims to develop and validate the counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling. The counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling was developed to assess the counselor's belief in counseling. The scale was developed based on the skills used in the counseling phase in general. The counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling consists of 3 dimensions with 26 statement items. The subjects of this study were school counselors throughout Malang Raya with 100 school counselors as participants. The procedure for compiling the instrument consists of four steps; define constructs, develop measurement models, perform confirmatory factor analysis and check the validity of the measurement models. Reliability Test using Cronbach's Alpha and Reliability Construct. The results of the research analysis show that the counselor's self-efficacy scale in counseling (SEKDK) is valid and reliable

Abstract

Abstract: Learning discipline has an impact on students' attitudes and behavior in the learning process. In learning activities, many students are found to be undisciplined in learning. This study aims to develop a behavioral approach to individual counseling guidelines with behavioral contracting techniques to improve student learning discipline at SMK Negeri 7 Malang who meet the acceptability criteria. The method used is research and development adapted from development model of Borg and Gall. The research and development procedure uses seven stages, namely research and information collecting, planning, development preliminary form of product, prelimimary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision . The subjects of this research are one material experts, one media experts, and two counselors at SMK Negeri 7 Malang as potential users. Data analysis in this study used quantitative data analysis and qualitative data based on expert test questionnaires and prospective user questionnaires. The results showed that the developed product met the acceptability criteria which included accuracy, usefulness, clarity, and attractiveness so that it could be used as a counselor's reference in providing services to improve student learning discipline at SMK Negeri 7 Malang. Abstrak: Disiplin belajar berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, banyak dijumpai siswa tidak disiplin belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan konseling individu pendekatan behavioral dengan teknik kontrak perilaku untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMK Negeri 7 Malang yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas. Metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan tujuh tahapan yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draf produk, uji coba lapangan awal, penyempurnaan hasil uji lapangan awal, uji coba lapangan, penyempurnaan produk hasil uji coba lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah satu ahli materi, satu ahli media, dan dua konselor SMK Negeri 7 Malang sebagai calon pengguna. Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif berdasarkan angket uji ahli dan angket calon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yang meliputi ketepatan, kegunaan, kejelasan, serta kemenarikan sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan konselor dalam memberikan layanan untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMK Negeri 7 Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: Adolescents ability to be assertive is a life skill that is crucial to their growth at this point and is essential in all facets of daily life. This study uses group guidance and the SLA technique to enhance students' assertive behavior in order to prevent sexual harassment. The one group pretest and posttest design is used in this quantitative research approach, which also uses a quasi-experimental research type. The participants in this study are 10th grade students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang who are majoring in graphic engineering. Ten students were chosen as research participants using the purposive sampling method. The instrument used is the assertive behavior scale by Galassi (1997). Ten kids from the overall population got scores for moderate and low assertive behavior, according to the results of the pretest. The group guidance session with 10 students took place over the course of 4 meetings. The results of the analysis of pre-test and post-test scores through the Wilcoxon test showed that group counseling using the SLA technique was effective in increasing assertive behavior in preventing sexual harassment based on the results of Asymp Sig. of 0.005 which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Abstrak: Kemampuan remaja untuk bersikap asertif merupakan keterampilan hidup yang penting untuk pertumbuhan mereka pada saat ini dan penting terhadap aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan bimbingan kelompok dan teknik SLA untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa guna mencegah terjadinya pelecehan seksual. One group pretest and posttest design digunakan dalam pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif ini, yang juga menggunakan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Malang yang mengambil jurusan teknik grafika. Sepuluh siswa dipilih sebagai partisipan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku asertif oleh Galassi (1997). Berdasarkan hasil pretest diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 10 siswa yang diambil secara acak dari seluruh populasi untuk diberikan treatment. Bimbingan kelompok dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Abstract

Mind skills become the counselor’s internal competencies that support the counselor’s self-development in providing guidance and counseling services. Mind skills consist of six components that are interrelated and often integrated. The metacognitive thinking process is the key to success in how counselors can manage their thoughts and mental states through these six components. This study examined the success of the reverse roleplay training strategy to improve the counselor’s mind skills. The method was quasi-experimental quantitative with a pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 31 counselors in Malang Raya, Indonesia. Data analysis in this study used two stages, descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that the counselor’s mind skills achievements before and after the intervention marked a difference with significant increase. Reverse roleplay increased the participants’ understanding and experience of the thoughts, perceptions, and feelings from broader perspectives. The counselor’s mental experiences involved during counseling sessions become a “full presence” for the therapeutic relationship. This research suggests further research to explore the counselor’s mental experiences in detail. As for practical implication, the reverse roleplay is recommended as a training design for improving the internal competencies of counselors and educators in general.

Abstract

Counselors have an important role in the success of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Counselors need to have cyber counseling  to support their professionalism in implementing guidance and counseling. This study aims to examine the implementation of cyber counseling  in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The research uses the systematic literature review method which is carried out in six stages, namely problem formulation, systematic literature search, screening and selection of relevant articles, qualitative analysis and synthesis, quality control, compiling reports. A total of 14 articles that passed the screening were reviewed to identify various strategies that have been used for implementation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of cyber counseling  in Merdeka Belajar curriculum includes technical preparation of hardware and software. The stages that need to be considered are almost the same as counseling in general. First, the preparation stage which includes technical preparation of hardware, software, and evaluation. Second, the counseling process stage which consists of delivery, exploration, interpretation, coaching, and assessment. And the third stage, the post-counseling stage which is marked by the success of counseling with effective client conditions. This research can be a reference for further research to be able to develop more innovative and applicable cyber counseling  implementation strategies.
