Abstract

Abstract The Petitenget Kerobokan intersection can cause accidents, queues, congestion, and delays due to the large amount of traffic. Therefore, an evaluation of the intersection performance is required to determine the level of service. This study utilizes analysis from the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) using two Passenger Car Equivalency (PCE) methods, namely Chandra 2000 PCE and MKJI 1997 PCE. The results of the analysis show that the level of service of the intersection with the Chandra 2000 PCE method is located in category E (unstable / intermittent flow) with an average delay of 45.72 seconds /mp. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the MKJI 1997 PCE method are located in category F (Delayed/stopped flow, queues, jams), with an average delay of 881.77 sec/smp. Based on the difference in the intersection performance values of the Chandra 2000 PCE method and the MKJI 1997 PCE method, the Chandra 2000 PCE Method, which operates at intersections with delays of 40.1-60.0 seconds per vehicle, shows results that are closer to the actual situation at the Petitenget Intersection. Keywords: intersection performance, passenger car equivalence, level of service Abstrak Simpang Petitenget Kerobokan dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan, antrian, kemacetan, dan tundaan karena kepadatan lalu intas yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi kinerja simpang diperlukan untuk menentukan tingkat layanan. Studi ini menggunakan analisis dari Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dengan menggunakan dua metode Ekivalensi Mobil Penumpang (EMP), yaitu EMP Chandra 2000 dan EMP MKJI 1997. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan simpang dengan metode EMP Chandra 2000 terletak pada kategori E (arus tidak stabil/tersendat-sendat) dengan tundaan rata-rata sebesar 45,72 detik/smp. Sedangkan, hasil analisis metode EMP MKJI 1997 terletak pada kategori F (Arus terlambat/berhenti, antrian, macet), dengan tundaan rata - rata sebesar 881,77 det/smp. Berdasarkan perbedaan nilai kinerja simpang metode EMP Chandra 2000 dengan metode EMP MKJI 1997, Metode EMP Chandra 2000, yang beroperasi di simpang dengan tundaan 40,1–60,0 detik per kendaraan, menunjukkan hasil yang lebih mewakili dengan situasi sebenarnya di Simpang Petitenget.

Abstract

In urban areas in Indonesia, traffic jams are usually not spared due to the large number of movement activities caused by the community. As happens on Gajah Mada Road, Denpasar, there are pretty frequent traffic jams, considering that this area is located in the middle of the city, where there are shophouses or shops situated side by side almost all the way. This problem is worthy and interesting to research to find out the situation. If passing vehicles are made to ride public transportation, how significant an impact will be, considering that the public transportation (Trans Metro Dewata) that often crosses this road is not operating as intended. The analysis was carried out in 3 time periods, with each period, namely morning at 06.00 - 08.00 WITA, noon at 11.00 - 13.00 WITA, and afternoon at 16.00 - 18.00 WITA. Based on the use of analysis of road performance in the form of degree of saturation with adjusted road service levels, and varied by adding assumptions regarding the use of public transportation that is likely to be effective. So, the results obtained align with the direction of this research, which found that between the original traffic flow conditions and the existing assumptions, there was a change of 7% to 24% in the level of road service. This is quite influential because it can be applied as a solution to the congestion.

Abstract

Pura Taman Pecampuhan Sala di Kabupaten Bangli, Bali, merupakan salah satu tempat yang terkenal untuk melukat, sebuah ritual pembersihan diri yang diyakini memiliki kekuatan spiritual dan memberikan kesejahteraan. Tempat ini telah ada sejak lama, namun baru mulai dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Melalui koordinasi yang kami lakukan ditemukan permasalahan mengenai pengelolaan wisata spirtual taman pecampuhan seperti belum adanya retribusi kepada pengunjung, kurangnya sumber daya yang mengelola wisata taman pecampuhan, dan promosi media sosial, selain itu masalah lainnya adalah kurang pahamnya pengelola dengan pembukuan sederhana. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa peningkatan manajemen wisata, memanajemen usaha baik dalam bidang promosi maupun manajemen keuangan dan mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana. Selama kurang lebih satu bulan, Tim PKM Pengembangan Wisata Spiritual taman pecampuhan telah melakukan program-program disepakati  guna meningkatkan kinerja pengelola taman Wisata Campuhan. Program-program tersebut dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan , pendampingan, praktek langsung, monitoring dan evaluasi. Dalam PKM ini telah dilakukan sosialisasi pengelolaan wisata taman pecampuhan, pendampingan promosi melalui media sosial, serta pelatihan pembukuan manajemen wisata.

Abstract

The use of motorcycle modes in Badung Regency has the highest population compared to other modes of transportation. The congestion on the Badung City Highway is a result of the growth rate of motorcycles, as is known that the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual, which is used to assess traffic performance in Indonesia as a whole, still uses the equivalence of passenger cars as a basis. Based on this context, a study was conducted on motorcycle equivalence analysis using a speed-based linear regression method and compared the results with the equivalence of passenger cars in the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual, which was carried out during the conditions of the implementation of restrictions on community activities, especially on Canggu Highway, Kerobokan Highway, and Padang Luwih Highway. The method applied in this study is quantitative, namely by calculating the equivalence of a motorcycle with regression analysis. The research analysis showed that the equivalence of motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles in Kerobokan highway are 1.00, 8.36, and 16.22, respectively. The equivalence value in the Canggu Highway for motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles are 1.00, 7.15, and 15.28, respectively. Padang Luwih Highway gets a motorcycle equivalence of 1.00, for light vehicles 3.98, and for heavy vehicles 14.53. Meanwhile, the performance figures obtained on Canggu Highway were 9,059 ssm/hour with a saturation degree of 3.46. On Kerobokan Highway, the degree of saturation is 2.56 ssm/hour, with a traffic flow of 6.925 ssm/hour. Meanwhile, the traffic flow data for the Padang Luwih Highway section is 9,008 ssm/ hour with a saturation degree of 2.93 ssm/hour.
