Abstract

Industri farmasi merupakan perusahaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat yang secara resmi memperoleh izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Dalam pelaksaan kegiatannya, personel yang bekerja haruslah memadai, tidak dibebani tanggung jawab berlebih, terkualifikasi dan berpengalaman untuk menghindari risiko terhadap pembuatan mutu suatu obat. Diperlukan analisis beban kerja di dalam suatu perusahaan supaya kebutuhan personel yang terlibat terpenuhi baik dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas. Terdapat perhitungan jumlah operator yang diperlukan dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dalam menentukan beban kerja. Review ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi sebagai evaluasi bagaimana beban kerja di perusahaan khususnya di Industri Farmasi. Kata Kunci: Analisis beban kerja, FTE, personel  ABSTRACTPharmaceutical industry is a drug or drug manufacturing company that officially obtains permission from the Minister of Health. In the implementation of its activities, the personnel who work must be adequate, not over-burdened, qualified and experienced to avoid the risk of making the quality of a drug. Workload analysis is required within a company so that the needs of the personnel involved are met both in terms of quality and quantity. There calculations were the number of operators required and Full Time Equivalent (FTE) in determining workloads. Abstract

ABSTRAKDiabetes melitus merupakan kumpulan berbagai macam sindrom yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah (hiperglikemia), perubahan metabolisme lemak, karbohidrat dan protein. Untuk mengobati diabetes mellitus, digunakan obat antihiperglikemia. Banyak tanaman herbal yang dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas antihiperglikemia karena memiliki senyawa aktif yang berperan sebagai antioksidan yaitu flavonoid. Dari 13 tanaman yang didapat dari sumber jurnal didapatkan bahwa Peperomia pellucida [L.] Kunth memiliki aktivitas antihiperglikemia terbesar dengan dosis 40 mg/Kg BB.Kata kunci     : Diabetes melitus, Antihiperglikemia, Tanaman herbal ABSTRACTDiabetes mellitus consists of a group of syndromes characterized by hyperglycemia, altered metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins. Diabetes mellitus can be treated by antihyperglicemic agent. Many plants have been reported have activity as antihyperglicemic agent because they have  flavonoid as antioxidant. From 13 plants that have been reviewed from data source like journals, Peperomia pellucida [L.] Kunth (40 mg/Kg BB)  has the highest effect of antihyperglicemic effect.Keywords        : Diabetes mellitus, Antihyperglicemia agent, Medicinal plants

Abstract

Data integrity adalah suatu tingkatan suatu data disajikan secara lengkap, akurat konsisten, terpercaya, dan dapat diandalkan.. Dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, pengamatan terkait data integrity ketika inspeksi Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), dan Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) meningkat. Tujuan penulisan tinjauan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai data integrity, pelanggaran terhadap data integrity dan strategi solusi penerapan data integrity di industri farmasi.   Artikel review ini dibuat dengan melakukan penelusuran jurnal-jurnal yang terdapat dalam PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan situs jurnal lainnya. Inspeksi yang dilakukan oleh FDA, EU, dan  WHO menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketidakpatuhan berupa temuan kesalahan data ataupun data yang menyesatkan saat melakukan proses inspeksi. Ketidakpatuhan tersebut berasal dari ketidakmampuan sistem yang diterapkan. Sistem tersebut tidak cukup kokoh untuk menghambat kegagalan terhadap integritas dari data, gagal dalam mendeteksi kasus ketika integritas tersebut hilang, dan gagal menginvestigasi akar permasalahan dari suatu kegagalan. Beberapa strategi yang sudah diterapkan untuk menjaga data integrity adalah pembentukan Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) untuk melakukan proses monitoring, pengembangan metode audit yang dapat mengidentifikasi data kritis dan proses yang diperlukan untuk melindungi subjek dan integritas dari suatu investigasi, penerapan Structured Content Management (SCM), dan memastikan siklus hidup dari suatu proses analisis terstruktur dengan baik.

Abstract

Alopecia atau kebotakan adalah penyakit dimana jumlah rambut yang rontok lebih banyak dari rambut yang tumbuh. Dibedakan menjadi tiga jenis yaitu alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia dan traction alopecia. Obat anti alopecia yang disetujui oleh FDA baru berjumlah dua, sehingga obat herbal menjadi alternatif yang menarik bagi kelangsungan perkembangan pengobatannya. Dalam review ini disajikan 11 tanaman  berbeda dari berbagai daerah yang berpotensi menjadi obat alternatif anti alopecia.Kata kunci : Alopesia, antialopesia, tanaman herbal

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan virus dengue melalui Aedes aegyptidan Aedes albopictus. Infeksi virus dengue dapat menyebabkan Sindrom Syok Dengue yang dapat berujung pada kematian. Hingga saat ini, pengobatan DBD yang tersedia saat ini hanya terapi suportif saja. Namun, kini terapi preventif berupa vaksin DBD sedang dikembangkan. Abstract

UU no 36 tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan menyatakan bahwa setiap makanan dan minuman hanya dapat diedarkan setelah mendapat izin edar. Selama periode Januari hingga Juni tahun 2017 diperoleh data sebanyak 1.471 (33,95%) sarana distribusi tidak memenuhi ketentuan (TMK), salah satunya dikarenakan menjual pangan tanpa izin edar yaitu sebanyak 3.760.060 pcs. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat yang selaku produsen untuk mendaftarkan produk olahan mereka, oleh sebab itu artikel ini dibuat untuk menjelaskan tentang tatacara registrasi pangan olahan dalam negeri (MD) dan pangan industri rumah tangga (PIRT) dalam upaya peningkatan produk pangan yang aman dan bermutu. Penyusunan artikel mengacu pada studi pustaka regulasi BPOM khususnya tentang Pangan olahan dalam negeri. Nomor izin edar untuk pangan olahan dalam negeri (MD) dikeluarkan oleh Badan POM dan pendaftaran dilakukan melalui e-Registration, sedangkan Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan wajib mengikuti penyuluhan keamanan pangan untuk mendapatkan Sertifikat Produksi Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas kesehatan kab/kota.Kata kunci: Izin edar, pangan olahan, MD, PIRT

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. Around 200 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes, most of which is type 2 diabetes. One of the targets of diabetes treatment is the DPP-4 enzyme which works to degrade incretin from the body. Sitagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor that has been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Besides using synthetic drugs, a biochemical compound can also be used for diabetes therapy, one of which is stevia leaf. This research was conducted to select compounds contained in stevia leaves based on their interaction with DPP4 in silico. The purpose of this study was to determine potential compounds from stevia leaves to be a candidate for antidiabetic drugs. Tests were carried out on DPP4 inhibitors, namely sitagliptin, and 10 compounds contained in stevia leaves. The results showed that there were three potential compounds namely isosteviol, steviol, and steviolmonoside. Testing the Lipinski's rule of five and pre-ADMET parameters implied that the three compounds had the potential to be used as candidates for antidiabetic drugs. Abstract

People in the village of Mak Kemas, Malaysia use the katuk leaves (Sauropus androgynus) to prevent anti-alopecia. It was thought that katuk leaves have secondary metabolites which could accelerate the growth of new hair. The objective of this study was to determine the molecular modeling of compounds contained in katuk leaves (Sauropus androgynous) providing docking and ADMET information in silico as anti-alopecia drugs. In this study, receptors were used (PDB code: 4K7A) derived from protein data banks (http://www.rscb.org/pdb) and visualized with Discovery Studio and tested 10 compounds that had the potential as ligands to prevent baldness. Molecular modeling of bioactive compounds was carried out by molecular docking computation using AutodockTools 1.5.6 and Pre-Admet to determine absorption, distribution, and toxicity. The results were an amino acid residue that showed the place-bound to the receptor, inhibitory constant (Ki), and free energy bonds (∆ G). Of the 11 compounds studied, 3 were 5-Alpha-Dihydrotestosterone; Finasteride; and Pyrene interacts well so that it could prevent baldness. From the results of docking and pre-admet that had been done, it concluded that the compounds contained in katuk leaves could be used as candidates for anti-alopecia drugs.Keywords: Anti-alopecia, ADMET, In-silico, Katuk Leaf, Sauropus androgynus.

Abstract

The determination of the components of the cocoa shells compounds that have anti-alopecia activity have not been reported, so the molecular docking approach is a very effective alternative before further testing is carried out. This study aimed to determine the potential compound components against androgen receptor targets as anti-alopecia drugs. Molecular docking used ChemDraw Ultra 12.0, Chem3D Pro 12.0, Biovia Discovery Studio 2016 Client®, and Autodock Tools 4.2, as well as to determine the pharmacokinetic properties and toxicity of drug ingredients with Pre-ADMET. It was found that that the components of the cocoa peel compound had the potential to act as anti-alopecia drugs, namely chlorogenic acid, epicatechin, and catechins with the value of the free energy binding (ΔG) and the inhibition constant (Ki) respectively (-7.87 kcal/mol; 1.70 µM)> (-6.48 kcal/mol; 17.65 µM)> (-6.36 kcal/mol; 21.91 µM) with the crucial amino acid residue formed was GLN 858. The pharmacokinetics (plasma protein binding) of epicatechin and catechin were excellent compared to chlorogenic acid and minoxidil because it could penetrate the plasma membrane when interacting. While the toxicity test, the components of chlorogenic acid, epicatechin, and catechin compounds were mutagenic, and only chlorogenic acid was carcinogenic. The study concluded chlorogenic acid, epicatechin, and catechin compounds from the cocoa shells were promising candidates for anti-alopecia drugs to be developed further targeting androgen receptors. It was consistent with the molecular docking results, which showed that ΔG and Ki's values were excellent compared to minoxidil. The pre-ADMET results also showed that the epicatechin and catechin compounds components could penetrate the plasma membrane when given topically compared to minoxidil.
