Abstract

As Indonesian citizens, it is appropriate for us to protect and preserve the existing culture of the archipelago, both in remote areas and in cities. Don’t forget the children of Indonesian citizens who live in Malaysia, they need to be introduced to the archipelago culture that belongs to their own country, Indonesia. The culture of the Indonesian archipelago that is very inherent and needs to be inherited and taught from an early age is the art of dance. This service activity was carried out at the Rawang Guidance Studio, Selangor Malaysia. The aim of this service is to provide knowledge and teaching of the art of dance to students in foreign countries, because they want to give birth to the next generation to preserve the nation’s culture, as well as foster students’ interest and talent in the art of dance. The method for implementing creative dance teaching is preparation, analysis of dance teaching design, implementation and evaluation. The activities carried out include the introduction of regional songs, teaching basic dances and evaluation in the form of art performances.

Abstract

Literasi, atau kemampuan literasi, adalah keterampilan yang sangat penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa di era disrupsi untuk menghadapi puncak gelombang transformasi digital abad 21. Untuk tetap hidup di abad ke-21, siswa harus menguasai 16 keterampilan. Salah satu keterampilan yang dimaksud adalah keterampilan literasi dasar yang harus digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Keterampilan ini termasuk pemahaman tentang cara menghadapi perubahan yang mutlak dan cara menyelesaikan masalah yang kompleks. Sanggar Bimbingan di Hulu Langat Selangor Malaysia, adalah lokasi kegiatan pengabdian ini. Memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi dalam budaya, serta pengaruhnya, adalah tujuan pengabdian ini. Sanggar Bimbingan Hulu Langat memiliki rencana, pelaksanaan, dan laporan kegiatan yang sistematis. Beberapa kegiatan termasuk sosialisasi budaya literasi, kegiatan budaya literasi, dan pendampingan siswa dengan guru selama kegiatan literasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fakta yang terjadi dilapangan bahwasanya keterampilan berbahasa siswa di Sanggar Bimbingan Rawang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode bercerita dalam meningkatkan aspek keterampilan berbahasa pada siswa kelas lll dan lV di Sanggar Bimbingan Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode ekperimen dengan desain penelitian Ome Group Pretest Posttes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sanggar Bimbingan Rawang dan sampel berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttes terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Diketahui terdapat perbedaan pengaruh positif penerapan metode bercerita terhadap kemapanan berbahasa siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Direkomendasikan kepada guru untuk menggunakan metode bercerita sebagai alternatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terutama dalam meningkatkan aspek perkembangan bahasa siswa.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping understanding and attitudes, particularly regarding national values and patriotism. This community service activity aims to introduce Indonesian national heroes to students at Sanggar Guidance (SB) in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, utilizing visual media as an effective teaching aid. Although access to formal education in non-formal environments abroad is often limited, the use of instructional materials such as illustrated posters can enhance students' interest and comprehension. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach involving documentation, interviews, and observation. The process consists of three stages: media preparation, interactive learning, and student reflection using hero figures. On December 1, 2023, a socialization session introducing national heroes through visual media was conducted for fourth-grade students at SB Sungai Buloh. The results were highly encouraging, as the students' average score increased from 45.00 to 95.00, reflecting a gain of 50 points or approximately 111.11%. Prior to this activity, students struggled to identify national heroes, and few posters of Indonesian figures were displayed on the walls. To address this, a media-based learning approach was implemented, enabling students to learn visually. The activity demonstrated that visual media fostered greater enthusiasm, engagement, and comprehension of core values such as courage. In addition, the program facilitated mentor access and demonstrated potential as a relevant and contextual alternative teaching method to strengthen the identity of the younger generation abroad.

Abstract

PENGARUH LATIHAN KOMBINASI DRIBBLING ZIG-ZAG DAN LINGKARAN TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN DRIBBLING SEPAKBOLA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan kombinasi dribbling zig-zag dan lingkaran terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepak bola siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 15 siswa SD Negeri 2 Langseb yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes keterampilan dribbling yang mengukur waktu tempuh melewati lintasan zig-zag. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan. Rata-rata hasil pretest sebesar 20,80 detik menurun menjadi 18,58 detik pada posttest, dengan selisih rata-rata 2,22 detik. Uji Paired Sample t-Test menghasilkan nilai t hitung = 12,143 dengan p < 0,05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa latihan kombinasi dribbling zig-zag dan lingkaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the zig-zag run training method ondribbling ability in youth soccer players. The research employed an experimentalmethod with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 14athletes from SSB Gesit Junior Ciomas U-15, selected using purposive sampling.The instrument used was the zig-zag dribbling test to measure speed, agility, ballcontrol, and dribbling skills. The training program was carried out over 16 sessionswith a frequency of 3–5 times per week. Data analysis showed a significantimprovement in dribbling performance after implementing the zig-zag run training.The average pretest score of 70.28 increased to 78.07 in the posttest. A pairedsample t-test indicated a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that the zig-zag run method has a significant effect on dribbling ability. Therefore, the zig-zag run is proven to be an effective training method to enhance the fundamental dribbling skills of youth soccer players.

Abstract

PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN DRILL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SHOOTING PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL MAN 1 KUNINGAN . This study aims to determine the Influence of the Drill Training Method on the Shooting Ability of Participants in the Extracurricular Program at MAN 1 Kuningan. The research method used is an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study consisted of 20 students from MAN 1 Kuningan who participated in a training program for 6 weeks with a frequency of 2 meetings per week. The data collection instrument used was a shooting test on goal, where the goal area was divided into 9 sections. The results showed a significant increase in the shooting accuracy of the players, where the average pretest score of 13.3 increased to 31.9 in the posttest. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating a significant effect of the shooting drill training on the ability.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of arm muscle training on the smash technique of badminton extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru. The research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The population consisted of all 21 badminton extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru during the 2024–2025 academic year. Data were collected through a smash technique test conducted in the field, and analyzed using a paired t-test. The results revealed a significant effect of arm muscle training on students’ smash technique. The average pretest score was 15.29, while the average posttest score was 19.10, indicating an improvement of 3.81 points. This shows that arm muscle training had a positive impact on the smash technique of badminton extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru
