Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of sport extracurricular activities in some elementary schools located in the working area ofKulonprogo Regency has not been properly managed. This study intends to determine the management system ofsport extracurricular activities in SD / MI / equal (elementary school) in the working area of Kulonprogo Regency,Yogyakarta in 2015. This research was qualitative-quantitative descriptive research. The method used in this researchwas by survey method with instrument and data collection technique using open questionnaire. The research subjectswere all teachers of PJOK (Physical Education) in elementary school in the working area of Kulonprogo Regency,Yogyakarta in 2015 who was studying undergraduate bachelor degree (S1 PKS PJKR) in UNY. The data analysistechnique in this research was done by using qualitative-quantitative descriptive statistical analysis technique withpercentage. The result of the research shows that from 50 PJOK teachers from 50 elementary schools in KulonprogoRegency, Yogyakarta, in details, 48 teachers in school (96%) of schools have implemented the management anddevelopment of sport extracurricular activities well and only 2 (4%) Schools that have not.AbstrakPelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di beberapa sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah kerja KabupatenKulonprogo belum dikelola dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan kegiatanekstrakurikuler olahraga di SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta pada tahun 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode survei dengan instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket terbuka. Subjek dalam penelitianini adalah seluruh guru PJOK SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta pada tahun 2015yang sedang menempuh studi sarjana (S1 PKS PJKR) di UNY. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakanteknik analisis statistik deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari50 orang guru PJOK dari 50 sekolah SD/MI/sederajat di wilayah kerja Kabuupaten Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta secararinci ada 48 (96%) sekolah telah melaksanakan pengelolaan dan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahragadengan baik dan hanya 2 (4%) sekolah saja yang belum.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga, SD/MI/sederajat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kesulitan Belajar Renang Gaya Dada Mahasiswa PJKR S1 Angkatan 2018. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket Kesulitan Belajar Renang Gaya Dada Mahasiswa PJKR S1 Angkatan 2018 dengan validitas dan reliabilitas 0,916. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa PJKR S1 Angkatan 2018 sebanyak 38 responden yang tidak lulus renang gaya dada. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setiap indikator didapatkan presentase indikator fisiologis sebesar 27,45 %; indikator psikologi sebesar 23,02%; indikator non sosial sebesar 23,56% dan indikator sosial sebesar 25,96%. Sehingga dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa indikator yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar renang gaya dada mahasiswa PJKR Angkatan 2018 adalah fisiologis. Identification the difficulty of learning breaststroke swimming technique for undergraduate student (S1) of PJKR 2018 AbstractThis study aims to determine the Difficulty of Learning Breaststroke Swimming Technique for S1 Students of PJKR 2018. The type of this research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method. The instrument used was a questionnaire for Difficulty of Learning Breaststroke Swimming Techinque for Students S1 PJKR 2018 Classes with validity and reliability 0.916. The subjects in this study were the 2018 PJKR Undergraduate Students, 38 respondents who did not pass the breaststroke swimming test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentage formulas. Based on the results of each study obtained a percentage of physiological indicators of 27.45%; psychological indicators of 23.02%; non-social indicators by 23.56% and social indicators by 25.96%. So from these results it is known that the indicators that influence learning difficulties for breaststroke swimming for PJKR students in 2018 are physiological.

Abstract

The objective of this phenomenological research is to describe the substance of aquatic activities learning based on the experience of elementary school physical education teachers in Yogyakarta City in carrying out aquatic activities learning. Ten elementary school physical education teachers in Yogyakarta City agreed to participate in this study. The research subjects were selected with the snowball sampling technique. A qualitative approach was used in data collection and data analysis. Open interviews were conducted based on the interview guide instrument. Data analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data obtained are the experience of physical education teachers in carrying out aquatic activities learning and the substance of aquatic activities learning for physical education teachers. Every word during the interview was recorded and rewritten for further analysis. The grouping process used Atlas.ti 22 software. The themes that emerge from the analysis consist of: (1) the learning process of aquatic activities; (2) parental support; (3) obstacles to learning aquatic activities; and (4) the substance of aquatic activities learning. The researchers see this phenomenon based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. The teachers’ decision to conduct aquatic activities learning does not depend on its substantiality only. However, aquatic activities learning needs the support of parents and schools.

Abstract

The present study aims to produce Augmented Reality Mobile App-based multimedia of Pencak silat learning for junior high school students. APPED Research and Development model was applied by following several stages, including Analysis and Initial Research, Design, Production, Evaluation, and Dissemination. The data were collected using questionnaire and tests. The product was evaluated in three stages, namely one to one, small group, and field (effectivity test) evaluation. Three material experts were involved in rating the product validation with a mean of 4.77 (very good). Meanwhile, mean score from three Media Experts was 4.80 (very good). The mean score of product evaluation for one-to-one evaluation was at 4.62 (very good), the small group at 4.80 (very good), and the field at 4.56 (very good). A significant improvement was detected from the mean score of the learning outcomes from pretest to posttest (p=0.0000.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that Augmented Reality Mobile App-based multimedia of Pencak silat learning was effective to improve JHS students’ achievement and was able to be used in the Pencak silat learning for JHS students.

Abstract

Mahsiswa PGSD Penjas FIK UNY dalam menyelesaikan studi selama ini rata-rata 4 tahun 6 bulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk tujuan mengetahui hambatan mahasiswa PGSD Penjas FIK UNY dalam menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu (4 tahun atau kurang dari 4 tahun). Jenis penelitian ini adalah campuran (deskriptif kuantitatif dan kulitatif). Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa PGSD Penjas FIK UNY sebanyak 120 orang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang dilakukan dengan cara random sampling.  Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pelitian ini adalah angket tertutup dan terbuka. Teknik analisis datanya mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif kuantitatif diperoleh sebagai berikut, yaitu: hambatan sangat kurang 55 mahasiswa (60,44%), hambatan kurang  32 mahasiswa (35,16%), dan hambatan sedang 4 mahasiswa (4,40%). Hasil penelitian secara kulitatif ada 4 kesimpulan terkait hambatan untuk menyelesaikan kuliah tepat waktu, yaitu 1) mahasiswa takut praktik renang sehingga tidak lulus renang, 2) pada masa pendemi Covid-19 ini banyak mahasiswa mengalami masalah dalam mencari referensi buku untuk menulis proposal penelitian, 3) beberapa materi kuliah teori terkait penyusunan tugas akhir seperti statistik dan metodologi penelitian yang disampaikan secara daring kurang dikuasi dan dipahami oleh mahasiswa, dan 4) kurang lengkapnya fasilitas yang ada di kampus Wates menyebabkan kurang efektifnya proses perkuliahan sehingga ilmu yang didapat kurang maksimal. Sebagai contoh tidak adanya lapangan basket dan alat olahraga yang tidak lengkap sehingga banyak bagian yang terlewatkan.

Abstract

CV Penjunan Sejahtera is a company engaged in the service sector. Based on the results of interviews with company owners, it was found that there have been work accidents several times since the company's inception until now. Document design using the HIRARC method aims to assist CV Penjunan Sejahtera in identifying various work activities that have potential hazards, by providing a risk assessment of these potential hazards, as well as providing suggestions for improving risk control. The results of the design of the HIRARC document indicate that there are still many potentially hazardous work activities at each existing workstation. The activities include an activity with a low risk level of one event, a moderate risk level of 15 events, and a significant risk level of 19 events. Then the risk control stage will be carried out which aims to minimize the risk of potential hazards in five ways, namely elimination, substitution, technical engineering, administrative, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The risk rating reduction forecast is an estimate, if the risk control that has been proposed by the researcher is carried out by the company, then the reduction in the risk level which was initially quite dangerous becomes significantly reduced.

Abstract

Setiap cabang olahraga memiliki kekhasan atau karakteristik masing-masing, seperti: profil kondisi fisik predominannya, karakter pemainnya, karakter penontonnya, karakter teknik dan dominasi geraknya dan lain sebagainya. Untuk bisa bermain dengan baik maka minimal 4 unsur dalam permainan sepakbola harus dikuasai, yaitu: unsur fisik, unsur teknik, unsur taktik-strategi dan unsur psikis/mental. Tanpa mengesampingkan aspek-aspek yang lainnya penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk memantau keberbakatan sepakbola siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) kelas khusus olahraga (KKO) di Kab. Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta terutama dilihat dari aspek antrophometri tubuhnya dan aspek profil kondisi fisiknya secara umum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh calon siswa putra kelas khusus olahraga cabang sepakbola yang mendaftarkan diri di SMP N KKO di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 106 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur aspek antrophometri antara lain stadiometer (tinggi badan) dan timbangan (berat badan), sedangkan aspek kondisi fisik meliputi 11 item tes yaitu: 1) kecepatan diukur dengan tes lari sprint 40M (detik), 2) kelentukan diukur dengan tes sit and ritch flexiometer (cm), 3) kekuatan otot tungkai diukur dengan tes leg and back dynamometer (kg), 4) kekuatan otot togok diukur dengan tes leg and back dynamometer (kg), 5) power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertikal jump/jump DF (cm), 6) kekuatan otot lengan tangan diukur dengan tes push up selama 30 detik (ulangan/kali), 7) kekuatan otot perut diukur dengan tes sit up selama 30 detik (ulangan/kali), 8) kecepatan reaksi diukur dengan tes whole body reaction/WBR (skon), 9) kelincahan diukur dengan tes side step (ulangan/kali), 10) keseimbangan diukur dengan tes berdiri pada satu kaki (detik/menit), dan 11) daya tahan kardiorespirasi (VO2Max) diukur dengan tes multystage (kg/mililiter/berat badan). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data sebagai berikut: 1) Profil keberbakatan pada aspek antrophometri calon siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas khusus olahraga cabang sepakbola di Kabupaten Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori “sedang”. Secara rinci, sebanyak 9 (8,96%) siswa berkategori “sangat tinggi”, 19 (17,92%) siswa berkategori “tinggi”, 41 (38,68%) siswa berkategori “sedang”, 32 (29,72%) siswa berkategori “rendah”, dan sebanyak 5 (4,72%) siswa berkategori “sangat rendah”. 2) Profil keberbakatan pada aspek kondisi fisik calon siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas khusus olahraga cabang sepakbola di Kabupaten Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori “sedang”. Secara rinci, sebanyak 7 (6,60%) siswa berkategori “sangat baik”, 20 (18,87%) siswa berkategori “baik”, 45 (42,45%) siswa berkategori “sedang”, 27 (25,27%) siswa berkategori “kurang”, dan sebanyak 7 (6,60%) siswa berkategori “sangat kurang”.

Abstract

Matakuliah tugas akhir merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang sangat menuntutu kemandirian dan kompetensi mahasiswa. Makul Tugas akhir ini identic dengan penelitian dan pelaporannya. Adanya situasi semacam ini maka sangat diperlukan adanya survei tentang pemetaan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan dan analisis tentang penelitian mahasiswa pada program magister Prodi ilmu keolahragaan konsentrasi pada pendidikan olahraga di FIK UNY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskrptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey tentang studi kasus (casus study research) pemetaan penelitian mahasiswa. Instrumen dan pengumpulan data penelitian ini pedoman ceklist dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel yang ditetapkan peneliti untuk dipelajari dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulannya dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 288 buah tugas akhir tesis dari mahasiswa Program Magister Prodi Ilmu Keolahargaan Konsentrasi Pendidikan Olaharaga FIK UNY. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian tentang pemetaan penelitian Mahasiswa Program Magister Prodi Ilmu Keolahragaan Konsentrasi Pendidikan Olahraga FIK UNY, sebagai berikut: 1) jenis penelitian didominasi penelitian research and developmet, sebanyak 123 atau 42,71 %, 2) subjek penelitian didominasi pada siswa sebanyak 164 atau 56,94 %, 3) tempat penelitian didominasi pada klub olahraga sebanyak 77 atau 26,74 %, dan 4) topik/kajian penelitian didominasi tentang metode/program latihan sebanyak 83 atau 28,82 %. Abstract: The final project course is one of the subjects that indeed requires the independence and competence of students. This final course is identical with research and its reporting. With this kind of situation, it is very vital to have a survey on mapping students' final assignments. This study aims to conduct mapping and analysis of student research in the master's program of the Sports Science Study Program with sports education concentration in Faculty of Sport Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FIK UNY). This research is descriptive quantitative research with survey approach on case studies (case study research). Instrument and data collection of this research are checklist guidelines and documentation studies. The population and samples set by the researchers to study and then draw conclusions were 288 final theses from students of the Masters Program in Sport Science in Sport Education concentration FIK UNY. Data analysis was performed by descriptive quantitative analysis with percentages. The results on research mapping of the Sports Science Masters Program in Sports Education Concentration FIK UNY are as follows: 1) the type of research is dominated by research and development research, as many as 123 students or 42.71%, 2) research subjects are dominated by 164 students or 56, 94%, 3) the research location is dominated by sport clubs for 77 students or 26.74%, and 4) research topics/study are dominated by training methods/programs for 83 students or 28.82%.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing the role of the School Health Services (UKS) through the cooperation of the Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in creating a healthy school environment. This study used an observational method by designing a cross-sectional analysis to analyze the implementation of the School Health Services (UKS) Triad Programs in Elementary School Units in Imogiri District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, namely Kebonagung Elementary School, Nogosari Elementary School, and Pucung Elementary School. The research respondents were decided using a purposive sampling of school health business stakeholders from the education sector (office, school principals, teachers, and those in charge of UKS), the health sector, sub-district level government, and parents or guardians of students. SD Negeri Nogosari and SD Negeri Pucung were schools categorized as good in the management of the School Health Business Unit. These three public elementary schools have also collaborated with parents or guardians, Community Health Centers, and the surrounding community in implementing the School Health Services (UKS) Triad Programs.Keywords: Evaluation; School Health Services; Elementary Schools; Triad Programs

Abstract

Background: Write down the background/context of the research along with the research gaps. Write down the background/context of the research along with the research gaps. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between body mass index, physical activity, nutritional intake with the level of physical fitness of special sports class students in Bantul Regency. Methods: The type of research used is correlation research with bivariate correlation research design. Population and research samples of special sports class students in Bantul Regency with a total of 110 students. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. Results: The results showed that the Body Mass Index of students of special sports classes in Bantul Regency was in the normal category with an average of 19.95. The results of the analysis of the relationship between physical activity and physical fitness obtained the price of Tcount = 0, 166 with Ttable = 0, 451, thus there is no significant relationship between physical activity and the level of physical fitness of students of special sports classes in Bantul Regency. The results of the analysis of the relationship between nutritional status and physical fitness level obtained the price of Tacount = 0.144 with Table = 0.451. Conclusion Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between BMI and the level of physical fitness = rcount 0.300 and rtable (df 55; 0.05) 0.260 with a Sig value. 0.023 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that if there is a relationship then the relationship is significant between the independent variable and the dependent variable, with a low correlation relationship, there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students of special sports classes in Bantul Regency. Implications and Recommendation: These results indicate that physical activity and nutritional status have no effect on physical fitness, because the pandemic transition causes physical activity and nutritional status with fitness there is no relationship. maintain a eating pattern and balanced with frequent daily activities in order to create normal body shape and good physical fitness.
