Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menegah (UKM) memiliki berbagai kelemahan dan juga peluang selama pandemi. UKM yang mampu memodifikasi produknya dan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi, maka para pelaku UKM mampu bertahan sampai sekarang. Untuk itu peneliti ingin mengetahui kinerja pemasaran bisnis UKM dengan inovasi produk yang dimediasi oleh adopsi e-commerce. Tujuan utamanya untuk melihat adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan inovasi produk melalui adopsi e-commerce terhadap performance marketing bisnis UKM. Jumlah Sampel 73 pelaku bisnis UKM khususnya di Kecamatan Tallo. Selanjutkan disebarkan kuesioner. Kemudia Data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisis data yaitu WarpPLS. Temuan teoritis adalah memperkaya referensi tentang kinerja pemasaran bisnis, sedangkan temuan manajerial penelitian ini membangun adopsi e-commerce untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran bisnis. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have weakness as well as opportunities during a pandemic. SMEs that are able to modify their products and can take advantage of technology, have been able to survive until now. For this reason, researchers want to determine the performance of SME business marketing with product innovation mediated by e-commerce adoption. The main objective is to see whether there is a positive and significant effect of product innovation through the adoption of e-commerce on the marketing performance of SME businesses. Total Sample 73 UKM business actors, especially in Tallo District. Then the questionnaire was distributed. Then the data collected was analyzed data, namely WarpPLS. The theoretical findings are enriching references about business marketing performance, while the managerial findings of this study build the adoption of e-commerce to improve business marketing performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the quality of service that uses the dimensions of tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri KC Kartini Makassar. The research population is the customers of PT. Bank Mandiri KC Kartini Makassar as many as 50,810 customers. Sampling was carried out using incidental sampling technique, using samples based on chance or incidental meeting of respondents with researchers at the research location as many as 150 customers. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is to use a structural equation model. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis (applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS Version 3.0 program). The results showed that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The management can be given a training or training for employees, so that employees are better trained to serve customers quickly. The quality of service can also affect employee performance because quality employee performance will create satisfaction with customers.  Customer satisfaction can be created /formed through factors that can affect these variables such as service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertejuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap kualitas pelayanan, pengaruh servicescape terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan pengaruh tidak langsung servicescape terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ditentukan secara purposive sampling, Sampel penelitian ini mahsisw.a semester 4, 6 dan 8 dan hanya memenuhi syarat sebesar 110 mahasiswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, karen hanya menggunakan 3 variabel (servicescape (X), Kualitas pelayanan (Y) dan variable intervening (Z). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa servicescape berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, servicescape berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dan servicescape berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa. Abstract

Global competition is getting tougher, forcing companies to continue to improve the quality of the products or services they produce and improve company performance to compete well in the global market. In the property business, companies must pay attention to the quality of project development, after-sales service, and building aquality and maintain a good company reputation (Caby et al., 2020). Global competition is getting tougher, forcing the Indonesian government to improve its infrastructure to attract foreign companies and investment. Good infrastructure development can improve people's quality of life and provide better job opportunities, which can help economic growth (Amoako-Gyampah et al., 2019). Good infrastructure development can also increase the demand for property because the demand for residential and commercial property will increase along with the increase in population and the need for business development. Pro-business government policies and the tax amnesty program offered by the government can also improve public interest in investing in the property sector, thereby increasing the sector's growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies on satisfaction and purchasing decisions for small and medium enterprises (UKM) 310 in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research. Quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The results of this study found that partially marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on buyer satisfaction, marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The indirect influence shows that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through satisfaction.

Abstract

The housing sector has evolved as the needs of the increasing community will be a place to live. Likewise, the growth in the need for decent shelter in Makassar creates a huge housing market potential, as evidenced by the rising construction of new residential areas. The purpose of research to analyze the internal business environment and innovation partially and simultan affect the business performance, and to analyze the internal business environment most dominant influence on business performance. Data were collected by 45 respondents. Processing data using SPSS version 16, which includes validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha techniques and hypothesis testing includes testing the feasibility of the model (R Square test), t-test. Based on the statistical analysis that has been done, it appears that the F test hasith shows that Fhitug = 5.306> from Ftabel = 1.671. This shows that together independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. This means that the internal business environment (X1), and innovation (X2) variables simultaneously have an effect on the improvement of business performance on Housing Developers in South Sulawesi. It is known that the value of Adjasted R square = 0.453 which is the index of determination states the percentage of about 45.3% improvement in business performance of Housing Developers In South Sulawesi can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 54.2% is explained by other causes that do not become research variables. The most dominant variable of influence is the internal business environment variable (X1).

Abstract

The This study aims to analyze and understand how peopl’s purchase intention for Indomie brand products are. This study analyzes the effect of attributes and beliefs through attitudes towards purchase intentions of Indomie Brand Products. This type of research is quantitative with research samples taken from individuals who have been in the Tamangapa complex. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a total of 110 valid questionnaires collected by the researcher. Data analysis was processed using Path Analysis with SPSS software for data processing. The results of this study found that the relationship between the variables had a positive and significant effect on both the independent, dependent, and intervening variables. The theoretical implication in this study contribute that the attitude can be studied as a mediating variable.

The Timbuseng village government always socializes the importance of food security by providing training, besides that the village government also prepares the village budget according to the needs of the community and its implementation has been measured because all activities are carried out properly. The community participates in every village program, thus the community is aware and motivates one another.
