Abstract

This research was done in DBD Powder Medan, which was a company engaged in the sale of fast food powder. The purpose of this study was to determined the effected of Brand Image and Product Quality on Brand Loyalty in the mediation of Brand Trust in Depok Bubble Drink users in Medan City. The population were consumers who came and bought the company's products with an average of 3,250 consumers per month, sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples were 100 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques were literature study, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of data quality test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it partially shows that brand image has a significant effect on brand loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on brand trust. Meanwhile, brand image has no significant effect on brand trust, and product quality has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Simultaneously showed that brand image, product quality and brand trust together have positive and significant effected on brand loyalty in DBD Powder Medan. The correlation between brand image, product quality and brand trust could be said to be strong on brand loyalty at DBD Powder Medan. While the percentage of the ability of brand image, product quality and brand trust to explained brand loyalty was 36.7% and the others amount of 63.3% could be explained by other variables did not examined such as promotion, price, service and so on.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the effect of person job fit on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and see the effect of person organization fit on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The researcher conducted a research at the Ministry of PUPR, Directorate General of Water Resources, Sumatra II River Basin Center. The number of population in the company is around 400 people, while the sample used by the researcher is 200 people using the Slovin formula method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of this test indicate that person job fit has a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior (OCB), while person organization fit does not have a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to help organizations recruit, screen and place workers who want to join the organization carefully, so that the organization has quality human resources so that it can achieve the main goals of an organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship partially and to find out whether gender moderates the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship partially. The total population in this study amounted to 100 people using population research techniques. The analytical technique used is MRA. The results showed that attitude toward behavior had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, subjective norms had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, perceived behavioral control had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, perceived desirability had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Gender moderates the influence of attitude toward behavior on interest in entrepreneurship, gender moderates the influence of subjective norms on interest in entrepreneurship, gender moderates the effect of perceived behavioral control on interest in entrepreneurship and gender moderates the effect of perceived desirability on interest in entrepreneurship in Management Study Program FEB students.

Abstract

This type of research is a type of casual associative research, the type of causal associative research (cause and effect) is research that aims to find whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. This research was conducted in one government office, namely the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Sumatra Province North which is located on Jln. Ngalengko No.1, Perintis, East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra. The population is the whole of the research subjects, while the sample is part of the population. Values ​​that are calculated and obtained from this population are called parameters. population taken is 150 employees. Samples were taken by 100 employees using the Slovin formula sampling technique. The data source used was primary data. Researchers also collect data by observing or observing the BPSDM office. Sub structure I Variable Competence (X1) of 0.552 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Commitment by 0.552 or 55.2%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Commitment will be predicted to decrease by 0.552 or 55.2%, Variable Work Ethic (X2) of -0.053 states that for every 1% addition of Work Ethic, it will not increase Commitment by -0.053 or 05.3%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1%, Commitment will not be predicted to decrease by -0.053 or 05 .3%, Substructure II Competency Variable (X1) of 0.128 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Performance by 0.128 or 12.8%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.128 or 12, 8%, the Work Ethic Variable (X2) of -0.059 states that for every addition of 1% Work Ethic, it will not increase Performance by -0.059 or -05.9%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1% then the performance will be predicted not to decrease by -0.059 or -05.9%. The Commitment Variable (Z) of 0.532 states that for every 1% addition of Commitment, it will increase Performance by 0.532 or 53.2%, and vice versa if the Product Price decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.532 or 53.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of competence, professionalism, and work environment on employee performance, as well as the role of motivation in mediating the influence of competence, professionalism, and work environment on employee performance at Nusanet Medan. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, and the sample in this study consists of 100 employees, using path analysis as the analytical technique. The results of this study indicate that competence, professionalism, and work environment each have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation at Nusanet Medan. Additionally, these three factors also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation itself has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation significantly mediates the influence of competence, professionalism, and work environment on employee performance at Nusanet Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a mediating variable at PT. Sinar Sosro Tanjung Morawa. The sample used was 137 respondents. This study uses the Sobel Test as an analysis technique that can justify the influence of independent variables on dependent variables both directly and indirectly through mediating variables. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment variable partially has a significant effect on Work Discipline, the Work Environment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The Work Environment also affects Employee Performance indirectly through increasing employee Work Discipline.
