Bulan Ramadhan adalah momentum untuk meningkatkan intensitas kegiatan peribadatan seorang insan, pun sebagai momentum pendidikan bagi pelajar untuk dapat menjadi seseorang yang memiliki kemampuan mengendalkan hawa nafsunya dan mempunyai dorongan dan motivasi untuk senantiasa beramal shaleh. Hal tersebut semakin rizkan untuk dilakukan dengan lengangnya kegiatan belajar-mengajar di sekolah yang mengkhususkan bulan Ramadhan sebagai bulan Dinul Islam (Pengajaran Islam Intensif). Tujuan pengabdian agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi ibadah siswa melalui kegiatan pesantren kilat. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 03 Tripe Jaya, Kampung Uyem Beriring, Kecamatan Tripe Jaya, Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Kegiatan pesantren kilat menjadi penting, demi menjaga semangat dan antusiasme ibadah siswa. Pesantren Kilat Uyem Beriring 2022 selanjutnya menjadikan siswa/siswi SD Negeri 03 Tripe Jaya menjadi insan yang terbiasa mengisi kegiatan Ramadhan dengan kegiatan ibadah.

This study aims to determine whether independent attitudes, motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether independent attitudes affect entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether motivation affects entrepreneurial interest, to determine whether entrepreneurial knowledge affects entrepreneurial interest. In this study, the population consists of 1683 residents who live in Kota Matsum II Medan Urban Village. The sample taken was 115 people who were young UMKM entrepreneurs in Kota Matsum II Village. the analytical methods used include multiple linear regression, and in addition, tests such as data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the independent attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in young UMKM who are just starting a business in Kota Matsum II Village, Medan in the culinary field.

In an effort to improve pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve the quality of services provided. This is due to the increasingly complex needs of the community for health. Basically, the quality of health services refers to the level of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction for each patient. The more perfect the satisfaction, the better the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patient perceptions of service quality in the outpatient pharmacy unit of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted on 15 September-23 September 2022 at the Pharmacy Unit of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study amounted to 72 people with purposive sampling method. The results showed that the patient's perception of the Tangible dimension was 0.480. For the patient's perception of the Reabilty dimension of 0.239, Responsiviness of 0.197, Assurance/Guarantee of 0.237, patient's perception of Empathy of 0.513. So the five hypotheses are significant because the value > 0.05 obtained from data processing through the SPSS 26.0 application. The conclusion of this study shows that the Tangible, Reability, Responsiviness, Assurance, Empathy variables have a significant relationship to the patient's perception. Suggestions from this study should further researchers be able to conduct research, it would be better to use quantitative methods and use the Mix Method.

This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Cooperatives and UKM Service with the aim of analyzing and knowing the effect of job competence toward job performance and its impact on job satisfaction. The population were 165 employees who worked at Department of Cooperatives and UKM North Sumatra in 2020, with 117 respondents using the Slovin formula. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques by surveying giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques used data quality, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it showed that partially job competence has significantly effected on job performance and employees job satisfaction too, performance has significantly effected on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job competence on employee work performance in the North Sumatra Cooperative and UKM Service. Job competence and employee performance have a strong correlation with employee job satisfaction. It could be said that job satisfaction of employees of the North Sumatra Cooperative and SME Service can be explained by job competence and work performance of 48.3% and the other amount 51.7% can be explained by other variables not examined.

This study aimed to describe the language acquisition of children aged 5 to 6 years influenced by the Minang language and Malaysian language. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by describing children's language skills obtained through interviews with parents and observations. The data was obtained by listening, recording, transcribing, and analyzing. The research subjects were two children named Akbar, aged five years nine months, and Deryl, aged six years two months. The research results showed that the use of Minang language as an influence of his mother tongue and Malaysian language as the influence of the cartoons that he watched continuously in a child's language acquisition, while the use of Malaysian language as the influence of the Malaysian cartoons watched. The conclusion is that the Minang language and Malaysian language influence children's language acquisition.

English as an international language, it is a key to conquer the world. Education is a tool that enables students to gain knowledge and develop their creative thinking abilities. The aim of this research is to evaluate the advantages of implementing SPEAKING 3’S, an innovative method for English Language English language teaching, especially in speaking. Within the confines of a quantitative descriptive research design, an experimental group and a control group were compared. In the experimental group, two weeks of English classes were modified within the framework of SPEAKING 3’S, an innovative and newest English language teaching style. In the control group, there is no instructional activities based on the SPEAKING 3’S technique were implemented. Pre and post-tests were administered to evaluate the efficacy of the SPEAKING 3’S method on the speaking skills of students and to compare the experimental and control groups. In addition, observations were done to evaluate the participants in both courses and compare their similarities and differences (students' interactions with the teacher and their opinions on the English language teaching style implication). The adoption of the SPEAKING 3’S technique in English lessons improves students' speaking skills and can assist offer an original point of view to English Language teaching, according to the findings of this research. Public health is one of the important priorities that the government always pays attention to. Not without reason, a good level of public health will certainly have a positive influence on a prosperous life. Where a healthy community can perform various activities well. One of the ways to support optimal health is to provide health services, one of which is Public health center. The public perception about the Public health center is that there are still people who do not understand the importance of going to the Public health center. The problems faced at this time are the attitude that is less responsive to patients, less friendliness than the provision of services needed by the community, so that people feel dissatisfied every time they go to the hospital. Public health center. This is indicated by the number of complaints from the community both from health services and facilities and infrastructure at the Public health center and there are also complaints from the community about not recovering from their illness so that they do not want to go to the Public health center and choose other alternatives. This activity was carried out on Saturday, November 13, 2021 in the community area of RW 004 Kulim Village, Kulim District Using lecture and question and answer methods. As for the results of this outreach activity, the community has been able to understand and change public perceptions regarding the importance of going to the Public health center for treatment. And the community also quite understands how important it is to go to the health center and want to go back for treatment to the health center without any worries.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan inovatif terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Tanjung Gadai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 10 guru di SDN 12 Tanjung Gadai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan inovatif dengan motivasi kerja guru. Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan nilai signifikan pada gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif (r = 0.577, p < 0.01) dan gaya kepemimpinan inovatif (r = 0.859, p < 0.01), yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan dalam penerapan gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan inovatif oleh kepala sekolah berhubungan dengan peningkatan motivasi kerja guru. Uji normalitas dan linearitas juga menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antara variabel bersifat linear. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan inovatif kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru di sekolah dasar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta menjelaskan media game poki.com arithmetika dalam peningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SDN Benua Anyar 3, Banjarmasin, melibatkan guru wali kelas dan siswa kelas 5 sebagai subjek penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media game arithmetika dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru, seperti pemberian penghargaan dan kompetisi kecil, juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan semangat siswa. Meskipun terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, solusi yang diusulkan termasuk penyediaan perangkat yang memadai dan panduan bagi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media game dalam pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi tetapi juga membantu peserta didik memahami materi dengan lebih baik, menjadikannya efektif dan menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
