Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of student’s independence (learning by self motivation) and readiness (condition for ready to learn) moderated by student worksheets media on student’s achievement in examination score. The survey is a method used to analyze the purpose. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and survey/questionnaire used to learn the student’s responses on the independent learning, learning readiness, and Student Worksheets learning media. The population are 252 students at class eleventh and selected by probability sampling. The sampling technique in this research was using probability sampling by simple random sampling with the amount of sample are 155 students. The sample is calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate 5%. The multiple regression with moderator variable is used to analyze the data. The finding of the research suggests that student’s independence and readiness in studying has partially a positive influence on student’s achievement; student worksheets media able to moderate the influence of both student’s independence and readiness in studying on on student’s achievement.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the level of digital financial literacy in Batik SMEs in Banyumas Regency in terms of age, education level, and income level. The object of this research was the Batik SMEs, a member of the Berkah Rindang Kinasih Cooperative, which consists of two plasmas with a total of 24 Batik SMEs. The research method used quantitative method with multiple regression analysis Partial T Test and Simultaneous F Test. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire on digital financial literacy variables. The results of the study were training did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, motivation did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, age did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, education level had no effect partially on the digital financial literacy variable and the level of income did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable. However, the variables of training, motivation, age, education level, and income level simultaneously or simultaneously affected the Digital Financial Literacy variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the Quantum Learning model on student learning outcomes in economics subjects. This research was motivated by the many students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto who obtained daily test scores below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in economics subjects. The research method used is a Quasi-Experimental Design that uses an experimental and control class. This study's population was all class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The number of samples in this study was 71 respondents who were students of class XI IPS 3 and 4. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the Quantum Learning Model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in economics class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The implication of the conclusions above is that teachers and schools are advised to optimize learning by creating comfort, fun, and opportunities for students to be active in learning. The efforts that can be made are applying the Quantum Learning model because the Quantum Learning model has been proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes.
