Abstract

PLUT KUMKM West Sumatra acts as a pioneer in supporting the development of MSMEs and Cooperatives through various services, including the field of human resources through training. Implementation of training that has limitations in reach and effectiveness. The main obstacle is the limited distance and time for MSME actors in remote areas and difficulty in monitoring and evaluating training. In the digitalization era, the application of Learning Management System (LMS) can be a solution to increase training flexibility and efficiency. This community service aims to develop LMS to facilitate training management, expand the reach of participants, and increase the effectiveness of training for MSMEs. LMS is designed using WordPress CMS with several additional plugins such as LMS tutors for material management, quizzes, and certificates, and WooCommerce plugins for participant registration management using a free coupon system. Development methods include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and trials. The LMS developed allows training to be carried out flexibly unlimited space and time as long as it has internet access, structured, and measurable. Features such as material management, online evaluation, and registration using coupons facilitate administration and increase the participation of MSME actors in all regions of West Sumatra. Utilization of LMS is effective in overcoming conventional training limitations because it does not have to be done face to face. By using LMS, PLUT KUMKM can expand the reach of training to regions, improve the quality of assistance, and support the acceleration of MSME digitalization in West Sumatra to develop, grow, and adapt in line with the development of the digital world.

Abstract

BEM KM FTI merupakan lembaga organisasi mahasiswa intra kampus yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga eksekutif tertinggi dalam lingkup Negara Bagian KM FTI. Saat ini penerapan sistem enterprise yang ada pada BEM KM FTI belum terlaksana dengan baik. Organisasi masih memanfaatkan sistem third-party yang terpisah pisah. Hal ini menyebabkan proses kerja dan pertukaran data serta informasi di dalam organisasi menjadi tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya perancangan sistem enterprise pada BEM KM FTI guna memperjelas proses kerja BEM KM FTI dan juga proses pertukaran informasi serta penyimpanan data yang efektif dan efisien. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini dibuat menggunakan TOGAF (The Open Group of Architecture Framework) versi 9.2. Perencanaan enterprise ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung kerja utama dari BEM KM FTI. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perancangan enterprise architecture sistem informasi BEM KM FTI ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses bisnis pada BEM KM FTI Unand diketahui belum menerapkan sistem informasi yang terstruktur dan menyeluruh untuk mencapai efektivitas kinerjanya. Sehingga dengan perancangan arsitektur enterprise ini dapat membantu permasalahan yang dialami oleh  BEM KM FTI Unand itu sendiri untuk mencapai efektivitas kinerjanya dengan berbagai fase-fase perancangan enterprise architecture ini.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan Teknologi informasi, kebutuhan keamanan sistem untuk layanan koordinator pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta semakin tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kasus penyerangan yang terjadi belakangan ini terutama terhadap sistem berbasis Web. surat.kopertis4.or.id adalah salah satu sistem informasi (SI) berbasis web yang digunakan oleh beberapa pegawai Kopertis IV Bandung untuk mengarsipkan surat berhubungan dengan kegiatan pengaduan, permohonan, dan konsultasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Kopertis IV Bandung adalah belum ada standar manajemen risiko untuk menemukan risiko potensial dan menentukan cara penanggulangan risiko yang terjadi pada SI Pengarsipannya. Dengan demikian perlu adanya kegiatan penilaian dan rekomendasi kontrol risiko pada sistem tersebut. Tujuannya agar para pemangku kepentingan mendapatkan pengetahuan penanganan risiko berdasarkan standarisasi. Proses manajemen risiko menggunakan framework NIST SP800-30 yang telah terstandarisasi oleh Pemerintah Pusat Amerika Serikat serta sesuai dengan panduan penerapan tata kelola keamanan informasi bagi penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI. Ada 2 proses yang dikerjakan berdasarkan framework NIST yaitu Risk Assessment dan Risk Mitigation. Metodologi Risk Assessment dikerjakan terlebih dahulu dengan menganalisis data-data yang telah didapatkan dari proses wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Aplikasi Network Mapper digunakan sebagai teknik tambahan untuk mencari kerentanan sistem. Setelah itu, metodologi Risk Mitigation dilakukan untuk menyusun strategi mitigasi risiko berdasarkan hasil Risk Assessment. Hasilnya terdapat 20 isu risiko dalam penggunaan SI Pengarsipan. 10 diantaranya berlevel medium dan selebihnya berlevel low. Terdapat 5 terbesar dari 20 isu risiko tersebut diantaranya Mati Listrik (Medium(50)), Stabilitas Daya Listrik (Medium(50)), Penurunan Kinerja AC (Medium(50)), Renovasi Ruangan (Medium(50)), Insiders (Medium(50)), dan Cracker (Medium(50)).

Abstract

Nagari Aia Batumbuak, known as a cold, snow-free village, has a geographically suitable environment for cultivating various types of horticultural crops. These conditions are also excellent for the growth of various types of flowers. However, flower cultivation has so far been limited to hobbies and personal collections. Therefore, it has great potential to be developed into a new tourist destination to increase community income. One type of flower that can be used is the sunflower, which has wide adaptation to various conditions. The purpose of this activity is to develop a new tourist destination based on a sunflower garden in Nagari Aie Batumbuak Solok. The implementation of this activity will be integrated with the activities of the 2025 Regular KKN II students using socialization methods and direct field practice. The results obtained from the implementation of this activity are the availability of a location to be used for the development of a flower garden based on a site survey before the activity. The next activity will be a socialization of the potential for developing a flower garden in Nagari Aie Batumbuak and its potential to be used as a new tourist destination. The existing location is then designed according to the land conditions, then the placement of each element such as the location of beds, ditches, paths, and gazebos is arranged. The planting site was then cleared and cultivated according to the design. Afterward, a sunflower cultivation awareness campaign was conducted and a sunflower planting demonstration was held at the flower garden development site.
