Abstract

In Indonesia, the eHealth application has been widely used. It has also been recognized by World Health Organization (WHO) that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides a cost-effective and secure value to support various health sectors. The research method uses normative research which more emphasizes the use of positive law and comparisons of law with other countries. Meanwhile, the approach used in this study is a “qualitative empirical”. A primary legal material implementing statutory regulation in the field of Cyber law, and practically discusses how it is implemented in eHealth. This research examines two things in depth. Firstly; Is a “Data breach” committed by the electronic service providers? Secondly; Is a “Data theft” modus operandi achieved by the perpetrator? This study concludes that a “data breach” can occur due to “carelessness” or “bad faith” on the part of the service provider. Thus, bad faith behavior may intentionally process the data for illegal commercial purposes, either by processing it alone or by cooperating with other parties who use the data. Meanwhile, “Data theft” caused by “illegal access” activities there are carried out by the perpetrator, causing data can be changed, damaged, and deleted. Data related to eHealth is included in the category of special data that is protected by the laws and regulations in Indonesia. Thus, service providers should participate in providing data protection efforts by making “self-regulation” and providing training to service users, in an effort to avoid crime under Law Number. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Abstract

Inclusive education at Vocational High Schools that offer Inclusive Education (SMK-PPI) aims to provide equal access to learning for students with special needs (SBK). This community service program is designed to develop an innovative Deep Learning-based learning model to enhance inclusivity and the quality of education at SMK-PPI. The program begins with a needs identification phase, where observations and interviews are conducted at schools that accommodate SBK to understand existing challenges and identify gaps in the current teaching methods. Collaboration with the school and community stakeholders is essential to align the program's objectives and tailor the learning plan to meet specific needs. Intensive training for SMK-PPI teachers is the initial step in implementing the program, including the introduction of Deep Learning technology and the development of inclusive teaching strategies. The Deep Learning-based learning model is then implemented in classrooms involving SBK, focusing on personalized learning and using technology to meet individual students' needs. Data is continuously collected through observations, interviews, and surveys to evaluate the program's effectiveness. The evaluation results show that the model successfully increased student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. Reflection and improvement are conducted based on feedback from all involved parties, ensuring that this learning model can be sustainably adopted by other schools. This program is expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening inclusive education at SMK-PPI and helping all students reach their full potential.

Abstract

Effective communication between special needs students (SNS) and teachers is one of the biggest challenges in inclusive education, particularly at vocational high schools (SMK). SMK BPP Veteran Bandung, as an institution that implements inclusive education, faces this challenge in its effort to provide equal education for all students. This community service program aims to implement Indonesian Sign Language Converter technology to assist communication between SNS and teachers. The technology is designed to translate Indonesian Sign Language into text and voice, and vice versa, enabling SNS to communicate more effectively with their teachers. The program began with a needs analysis through observations and interviews, followed by teacher training to use the technology, and then implementation and evaluation in classrooms. The results of this program show a significant improvement in SNS engagement in learning and enhanced communication quality between SNS and teachers. This program is expected to be adopted more broadly in other schools that implement inclusive education.

Abstract

Three-phase induction motors are one of the main components in various industries. To ensure optimal performance and prevent damage to the motor, a reliable speed monitoring and protection system is needed. Considering the difficulty of technicians or engineers in monitoring induction motors in a factory, this is the main thing that is happening at the moment. In this research, researchers designed and implemented a LabVIEW-based 3-phase induction motor speed monitoring and protection system using a Variable Speed ​​Drive (VSD) and controlled by OUSEAL PLC. The monitoring system design or as an HMI (Human Machine Interface) was designed using LabVIEW software via RS-485 serial communication using the Modbus RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) protocol. To set the desired motor rotation speed, namely by changing the frequency value entering the motor, this setting can be adjusted via the LabVIEW interface. Furthermore, the protection system is designed using the error code feature found on the VSD and uses a thermocouple sensor to protect the motor temperature so that if the system experiences a disturbance, the induction motor will stop automatically and then display the error code or disturbance that occurred. The designed system works in accordance with the design, control and monitoring of the rotation speed of a 3 phase induction motor which can be controlled using the LabView application interface. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is stated that changes in the frequency value entering a 3-phase induction motor will result in a faster rotation speed of the motor produced.

Abstract

Pelatihan penerbangan aspek yang sangat penting untuk memastikan keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kecakapan dalam industri penerbangan. Seiring dengan perkembangan industri penerbangan, program pelatihan akan terus memanfaatkan pendekatan inovatif untuk memastikan standar profesionalisme dan keselamatan tertinggi dalam operasi penerbangan. Pandangan komprehensif tentang pelatihan penerbangan melibatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang aspek-aspek kritis yang melibatkan persiapan individu untuk berbagai peran dalam industri penerbangan. Penelitian di bidang pelatihan penerbangan cenderung berfokus pada beberapa area kunci yang mempengaruhi keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kecakapan dalam operasi penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi penelitian-penelitian bidang Aviation Training dengan menggunakan metode bibliometrik dengan jumlah artikel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 1.421 dokumen dalam periode 1943 hingga 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam 10 tahun terakhir jumlah publikasi tentang Aviation Training mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. United States merupakan negara yang paling banyak melakukan penelitian tentang Aviation Training dengan jumlah 561 artikel (39.5%) dan China adalah negara asia menduduki urutan kedua dalam penelitian Aviation Training sebanyak 125 artikel (12.8%).

Abstract

This article is about satellite review which is essential for internet connectivity and also the development of IoT and other applications, this article contains history, performance, challenges, and research opportunities in the field of satellite development. Satellite development can be applied to improving the performance of various applications such as IoT, Education, and Medical, as well as real-time monitoring such as monitoring pets such as horses and cows in large numbers, as well as other essential applications such as the medical world. Satellite development is essential for applications in the world today and in the future. Satellite technology development is tailored to the needs, for example with the Mini Cube Satellite used for the development of LPWAN IoT technology orbiting in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

Abstract

The use of waste chopping machines in Cikawao Village, Bandung depends on the electricity that supplies the machine. To supply electrical energy to the chopping machine, bank capacitors are needed which function to stabilize electrical power. A capacitor bank is a set of capacitors installed in parallel. Specifically, the function of the capacitor bank is to improve the power factor, reduce useless reactive power, reduce power losses on the network, increase the available power capacity, and also stabilize the system voltage. In this article review, the hope is that the voltage can be monitored in real-time using the Internet of Things (IoT) and focus on voltage sensors and current sensors and controllers that work like relays when the voltage is over, it will automatically turn off. And voltage (V) and current (I) can be monitored in real-time on the available monitors. In the process of building this IoT, a protocol is needed, to control and monitor voltage and electric current can use a microcontroller that can connect to the internet, which means using a WiFi module and connecting it to the Internet server using the MQTT Protocol.

Abstract

Kotak amal merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk menampung uang yang diberikan oleh jemaat ataupun masyarakat umum yang biasanya disimpan di tempat ibadah dan sarana umum yang nantinya akan dikelola oleh petugas amal. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi pada berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari, saat ini kotak amal yang beredar di berbagai tempat ibadah ataupun tempat umum lainnya juga sudah ada yang mulai menerapkan teknologi yang dapat mempermudah tugas pengelola amal seperti dapat membaca nominal uang secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pembaca dan pencatat uang otomatis pada kotak amal berbasis ATmega 328p yang dapat membantu petugas dalam mengelola kotak amal di kesehariannya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan IC ATmega 328P sebagai kontroler utama, dengan dilengkapi sensor warna TCS3200 sebagai pendeteksi nominal uang kertas, sensor LDR sebagai pendeteksi uang koin, dan juga RFID yang digunakan sebagai sistem keamanan pada kotak amal. Selain itu sebagai bentuk implementasi IoT pada sistem kotak amal, dilakukan proses transmisi data dari perangkat keras ke perangkat lunak Telegram menggunakan modul wifi ESP8266. Hasil dari pengujian pada sistem kotak amal secara keseluruhan, kotak amal sudah mempunyai tingkat keakurasian sebesar 90% pada saat mendeteksi nominal uang kertas dan 100% pada saat mendeteksi uang koin. Dan proses transmisi data antara perangkat keras dan lunak memiliki waktu respon rata-rata sebesar 12,75 detik yang sangat tergantung pada jaringan WIFI/Internet dari smartphone pengguna.

Abstract

Keamanan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah sistem ataupun lingkungan, terutama lingkungan perumahan yang rawan terjadi kebakaran. Kebakaran seringkali terjadi akibat kelalaian manusia yang disebabkan karena beberapa faktor seperti kebocoran tabung gas LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). Supaya dapat mengurangi terjadinya kebakaran, salah satunya dengan memberikan alat yang berfungsi untuk keamanan pada penggunaan tabung gas LPG. Alat yang telah dirancang adalah sebuah alat yang efisien dan terjangkau untuk mencegah sebuah kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kebakaran dengan cara mendeteksi kebocoran gas dan api. Sistem pendeteksi adalah sebuah sistem keamanan terintegrasi secara otomatis yang dapat memberikan informasi dari suatu peristiwa atau kondisi jika ada kebocoran gas dan akan memberikan tanda berupa alarm dan pemberitahuan melalui Telegram. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan ATmega328p sebagai kontroler utama yang dilengkapi dengan sensor MQ-2 sebagai sensor pendeteksi gas dan sensor LM393 sebagai sensor pendeteksi api. Sebagai bentuk implementasi IoT dari alat pendeteksi gas dan api ini, dibuatkan sistem transmisi data bolak-balik dari perangkat ke aplikasi via internet menggunakan modul wifi ESP8266. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sensor dapat mendeteksi api dengan gelombang lebih dari 760 nm pada jarak ≤ 15 cm. Dan untuk pengujian sensor gas, sensor dapat mendeteksi kebocoran pada jarak ≤ 70 cm secara akurat. Sedangkan untuk proses transmisi data dari perangkat keras ke perangkat lunak telegram dibutuhkan waktu rata-rata 5,61 detik untuk sensor api dan 3,90 detik untuk sensor gas supaya notifikasi sampai ke ponsel pengguna.

Abstract

Tujuan sistem parkir ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna parkir untuk menemukan lokasi parkir dengan menambahkan tingkat keamanan pada sistem tersebut. Maka pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknologi saat ini, akan membuat sistem tiket parkir berbasis QR Code dengan menggunakan kontroler Raspberry Pi 3 Model B dan Python sebagai Bahasa pemogramannya. Data pengguna parkir saat pendaftaran akan dibangkitkan dalam wujud QR Code. Sistem ini pun dapat mengidentifikasi data tersebut menggunakan scanner yang tersedia. Sistem ini dapat menampilkan denah lokasi parkir yang di rekomendasikan melalui monitor. Data aktivitas parkir yang telah tercatat akan disimpan pada Database MySQL yang dapat diakses oleh pengelola parkir tersebut. Webcam akan mengambil foto kendaraan yang hendak memasuki lahan parkir sebagai pembanding dengan kendaraan keluar. Sedangkan palang portal parkir digerakan motor servo. Hasil pengujian pada QR Code scanner mampu membaca QR Code pada jarak 4 – 28 cm. Sedangkan sensor infra red dapat mendeteksi kendaraan hingga jarak 11 cm. Motor servo berputar 0° jika diberikan dutty cycle 2.5% dengan tegangan 85 mV dan motor servo berputar 90° jika diberikan dutty cycle 7,5% dengan tegangan 245 mV. Webcam ditempatkan pada posisi jalur kendaraan masuk. Informasi ketersediaan slot lahan parkir dan foto kendaraan masuk ditampilkan pada layar monitor.
