Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity aimed to strengthen human resource capacity through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and green innovation in the prospective Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih located in Tanjung Putri and Sei Ijum Raya Villages, Central Kalimantan. The activity adopted a participatory action research approach involving local communities in every stage, from identification to training evaluation. The program was designed through three integrated components: socialization on green innovation, training on GHRM, and green marketing practice. The training increased participants’ understanding of sustainable human resource management and environmental awareness. The pre-test and post-test results indicated an average knowledge improvement of more than 40 percent, showing a significant shift in participants’ behavior toward environmentally responsible practices. The integration of GHRM and green innovation proved effective in empowering coastal communities, strengthening village institutions, and encouraging the emergence of sustainable economic initiatives. This model demonstrates that environmentally-based capacity building can be replicated in other coastal villages to promote inclusive green and blue economy development. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on saving interest, with gender as a moderating variable, among customers of state-owned banks (BUMN) in Palangka Raya City. The study is motivated by the phenomenon of low saving interest despite the increasing use of banking services. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active customers of Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, and Bank BTN in Palangka Raya City. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on saving interest. Lifestyle also has a positive and significant effect on saving interest. However, gender does not moderate the relationship between financial literacy and saving interest, nor the relationship between lifestyle and saving interest. These findings indicate that financial literacy and lifestyle play an important role in encouraging saving interest among customers of state-owned banks, regardless of gender differences. This study is expected to contribute to behavioral finance literature and provide practical insights for banking institutions in designing strategies to enhance customers’ saving interest.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of technology adaptation and driver training on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palangka Raya City. Technology adaptation refers to drivers’ ability to adjust to the development of digital transportation applications, while driver training aims to improve the skills and competencies required to perform their duties effectively. This study employed a quantitative approach using an associative research method. The sample consisted of 101 online motorcycle taxi drivers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that technology adaptation does not have a significant effect on driver performance, with a t-statistic value of 1.583 and a p-value of 0.113. This finding suggests that the ability to use online transportation applications has become a basic requirement for drivers and is no longer a primary factor influencing performance. In contrast, driver training has a positive and significant effect on driver performance, with a t-statistic value of 4.466 and a p-value of 0.000. Furthermore, the R-Square value of 0.657 indicates that technology adaptation and driver training explain 65.7% of the variance in driver performance. The findings confirm that driver training is a more dominant factor in improving the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers than technology adaptation.
