Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pencegahan penularan covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menerapkan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah. Konsep bekerja dari rumah yang telah diterapkan oleh banyak negara adalah pengaturan kerja yang sengaja dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan karyawan. Sementara itu, yang terjadi di Indonesia merupakan dorongan akibat pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang menguntungkan bagi karyawan dan bagaimana kesejahteraan subjektif karyawan yang menjalankan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah serta menganalisis hubungannya terhadap outcome bekerja dari rumah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil mengisi kuesioner online. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 340 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memiliki hubungan kuat dengan outcome bekerja dari rumah adalah kesempatan bekerja pada waktu produktif dan ksesuaian bekerja dari rumah. Kesejahteraan subjektif memiliki hubungan kuat dengan kepuasan secara keseluruhan yang dijelaskan dalam bentuk perasaan positif.

Abstract

The fading of nationalism is a real threat to Indonesia, especially the younger generation. The flow of modernization has an impact on the weakening of the spirit of nationalism of the younger generation and considers nationalism as a mere formality. Weakening nationalism can be a trigger for national destruction if it cannot be prevented wisely. This service activity aims to foster the spirit of nationalism through strengthening Pancasila nationalism to students of SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. This activity was carried out using a persuasive approach method in lectures, discussions, and question. The results of the activities carried out showed an increase in students' understanding of Pancasila nationalism. The students showed high interest in participating in the service activities. The high interest of the students can be seen from their enthusiasm in listening to the material as well as when interacting in discussion and question. The challenge of future activities is to carry out further activities so that the spirit of nationalism is even stronger.

Abstract

In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises operating coffee shops in the creative industry, including the Meine Welt Coffee coffee shop business, have continued to show their presence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of a coffee shop business at the Meine Welt Coffee Shop Business and use a qualitative approach, which is a research method that produces descriptive data, to find out the expectations of a managed business if it can provide financial benefits Collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the feasibility of the Meine Welt coffee shop business in Palangka Raya includes a study of various aspects such as legal, environmental, market, technical, managerial, and financial aspects to determine business feasibility.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business feasibility and sustainability impact of "Outdoor Plus" stores as an effort to increase MSMEs. The research methods used are qualitative with data collection through documentation, observation, and interviews. In sustainability analysis, this store emphasizes an integrated approach by utilizing open space to support the visibility of MSMEs products. Loyalty programs, creative marketing strategies, and involvement in local communities are key points in achieving marketing success. Research results show that Outdoor Plus stores have achieved operational efficiency through modern cashier systems, computerized stock management, and online payment integration. Holistic marketing strategies have also succeeded in increasing market share and building strong customer relationships. In addition, effective human resource management, strict legal compliance, and commitment to environmental sustainability have established a strong foundation for sustainable growth. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the potential of sustainable business at the MSMEs level, while providing insights for related stakeholders.

Abstract

Fenomena job-hopping atau kecenderungan berpindah kerja dalam waktu singkat menjadi tren signifikan di kalangan generasi Z, yang membawa implikasi hukum terhadap hubungan kerja antara karyawan dan perusahaan. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia mengatur hak dan kewajiban karyawan serta perusahaan dalam kasus pengunduran diri mendadak. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah ketentuan notice period, klausul non-kompetisi, dan dampaknya terhadap perjanjian kerja dan kontrak yang berlaku. Berdasarkan analisis normatif, ditemukan bahwa pengunduran diri mendadak sering kali melanggar ketentuan kontrak, sementara klausul non-kompetisi dapat menimbulkan konflik hukum jika dianggap membatasi kebebasan karyawan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan perlunya revisi regulasi untuk menciptakan kerangka hukum yang lebih responsif, termasuk fleksibilitas dalam masa pemberitahuan dan pengaturan klausul non-kompetisi yang proporsional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengelola dinamika ketenagakerjaan yang terus berkembang di era modern.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa suatu bisnis harus mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan didukung oleh manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner dan menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square versi 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja UMKM sebagai pelaku, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM sebagai pelaku, serta Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja UMKM melalui Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja UMKM agar hasil penelitian yang diperoleh lebih maksimal. Diharapkan pula peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas orientasi penelitian dengan cakupan yang lebih besar, serta mengambil objek penelitian UMKM di lokasi yang berbeda.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity aimed to strengthen human resource capacity through Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and green innovation in the prospective Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih located in Tanjung Putri and Sei Ijum Raya Villages, Central Kalimantan. The activity adopted a participatory action research approach involving local communities in every stage, from identification to training evaluation. The program was designed through three integrated components: socialization on green innovation, training on GHRM, and green marketing practice. The training increased participants’ understanding of sustainable human resource management and environmental awareness. The pre-test and post-test results indicated an average knowledge improvement of more than 40 percent, showing a significant shift in participants’ behavior toward environmentally responsible practices. The integration of GHRM and green innovation proved effective in empowering coastal communities, strengthening village institutions, and encouraging the emergence of sustainable economic initiatives. This model demonstrates that environmentally-based capacity building can be replicated in other coastal villages to promote inclusive green and blue economy development.Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, green innovation, green marketing, coastal community, sustainable developmentABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dan inovasi hijau di Calon Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih yang berlokasi di Desa Tanjung Putri dan Desa Sei Ijum Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan participatory action research yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi pelatihan. Program ini dirancang melalui tiga komponen utama, yaitu sosialisasi tentang inovasi hijau, pelatihan GHRM, dan penerapan green marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta lebih dari 40 persen dan perubahan perilaku menuju praktik ramah lingkungan. Integrasi antara GHRM dan inovasi hijau terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pesisir, memperkuat kelembagaan desa, serta mendorong munculnya inisiatif ekonomi berkelanjutan. Model pelatihan ini dapat direplikasi pada desa pesisir lain untuk mendukung pembangunan hijau dan ekonomi biru yang inklusif.Kata Kunci: Green Human Resource Management, inovasi hijau, green marketing, masyarakat pesisir, pembangunan berkelanjutan
