Abstract

Marine tourism includes sea, lake and river tourism. The maritime area is an area that cannot be separated from the maritime area, in Indonesia most of the tourist areas are marine tourism in which there is a beach which is one of the attractions of natural tourism and much sought after by tourists. To find out the factors that influence the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism on the coast of Tanjung Benoa and how to increase the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism and to know the safety of facilities and infrastructure in Tanjung Benoa beach tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to desire to shop at Coco Mart Tabanan. The data used in this research is quantitative data and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Population in this research were consumers who made purchases in Coco Mart Tabanan, with a sample of 60 people.Test results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = - 0,465 + 0,236X1+ 0,289X2,  which means the quality of service variables (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive effect on the desire to shop (Y). The correlation test results show that the correlation coefficient of = 0,889 lies between 0,80-1,00 which means that the effect between service quality  (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) with shopping desire (Y) is very strong. Determination test results, adjusted amount of R2 is 0,790 this means the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to the desire to shop for 79,0% while the remaining 21,0% influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the f test and t test show that the hypothesis which reads “ there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) on shopping desire (Y) “ can be received by testing significant level 0,000 is smaller than 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tradisi megibung serta untuk mengetahui sejarah megibung. Tradisi Megibung diperkenalkan oleh Raja Karangasem yaitu I Gusti Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem sekitar tahun 1614 Caka atau 1692 Masehi. Tradisi ini dibawa oleh I Gusti Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem saat menang perang dalam menaklukan kerajaan-kerajaan di Sasak, Lombok. Dahulu, saat prajurit sedang makan, Sang Raja membuat aturan makan bersama dalam posisi melingkar yang dinamakan Megibung. Bahkan, Sang Raja ikut makan bersama dengan para prajuritnya Tata cara megibung yaitu warga menyiapkan makanan di atas nampan yang sudah dialasi daun pisang. Nasi utih yang diletakkan di wadah itu disebut gibungan, sedangkan lauk dan sayurnya disebut karangan atau selaan. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah di lakukan yaitu bahwa tradisi megibung ini terdapat beberapa nilai yang terkandung yaitu terdiri dari ; (1). Nilai kekeluargaan.(2). Nilai kebersamaan,(3). Abstract

Objek penelitian di Kota Denpasar pada UMKM yang bergerak dibidang perikanan dengan membudidayakan ikan lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kelayakan bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih mendalam dari kelayakan suatu bisnis dari aspek SKB dengan cara analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif.  Menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi NPV, IRR, PP, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai (NPV) yaitu Rp. 10.829.000,00, Rp. 56.246.244,00, Rp. 100.504.980,00, nilai (IRR) sebesar 79,55 % lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang ditetapkan, nilai (PP) yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa hanya memerlukan waktu 1 tahun 6, 62 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, usaha budidaya ikan lele ini bernilai positif dan bisa untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam pengembangan usahanya. Usaha budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dijalankan terlebih dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Onions are one of the leading vegetable commodities in Indonesia which have been intensively cultivated by farmers for a long time. This vegetable commodity belongs to the group of non-substituted spices that function as food seasonings as well as ingredients for traditional medicines. This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on the decision to purchase onions in Bima Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. While this type of research is categorized as causal research with the number of samples in this study amounting to 100 people with the research instrument using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of hypothesis testing state that partially the price has an effect on purchasing decisions where the tcount value is 4.477 with a t table value of 1.66071 (4,477˃1.66071), product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions where the t count value is 1,428 with a t table value of 1, 66071 (1,428<1,66071), and simultaneously it can be stated that the price and product quality affect the decision to purchase onions in Bima Regency where the fcount value is 40,097 with the ftable value 3,09 (40.097 >3.09)

Abstract

Badan usaha milik Desa ini adalah salah satu lembaga yang bergerak di bidang sosial dan ekonomi dan sebagai penyedia layanan terhadap masyarakat desa utamanya mengenai bidang usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, fokus penelitian: (1) Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (2) Pengaruh masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah adanya Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekonomi masyarakat Desa Penyaringan.

Abstract

Abstract

The quality of human resources can be fulfilled if job satisfaction as an element that affects performance can be created perfectly. The individual productivity of a worker when virtual work can be very different from working in an office or Work from Office (WFO) and not all work can be done at home and done optimally. While the transactional leadership style focuses on completing tasks and goals, exchanging praise or appreciation for achieving these goals, and anticipating deviations in the process of achieving tasks. So it is necessary to do alignment between leadership styles to obtain a good work culture. This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership in Encouraging Work Culture after the Implementation of WFH and WFO in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show: Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on work culture, meaning that the higher Transformational Leadership, it will affect the improvement of Work Culture. Transactional Leadership has a positive effect on work culture, meaning that the higher Transactional Leadership, it will have an effect on increasing Culture. Work. Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership simultaneously affect work culture, meaning that the greater the Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership, the greater the impact on Work Culture.

Abstract

Villa is a place that is usually used to stay or spend the night by offering a beautiful natural view and tranquility for its residents. Generally, villa rentals are booming when entering weekends or during long holidays. In addition, the lack of financial planning in carrying out their business causes irregular business finances, so that in making business decisions they often face doubts. Villa Ayu Seminyak as a provider of accommodation accommodation in the Bali area which aims to help consumers find it easy to get lodging accommodations. This study aims to determine and analyze the business feasibility of Villa Ayu Seminyak in terms of the business canvas and SWOT analysis. The feasibility analysis uses Canva business analysis and SWOT analysis The analysis used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique, the data obtained through literature, interviews and documentation conducted at Villa Ayu Seminyak. The results of the study show that from the aspects and analysis carried out at the Villa Ayu Seminyak company, it has met the business criteria and is feasible to run. This research is useful as information on Villa Ayu Seminyak's efforts to improve the quality of the company in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Tourism is a variety of tourism activities and is supported by a variety of facilities and services provided by the community, entrepreneurs, central government and local governments. The development of Bali tourism has expanded to the corners of the village. In this study aims to determine the strategy of tourism development, especially spiritual tourism. The location of this research is in the suburb village of Kintamani district, Bangli Regency. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods and with a SWOT approach to discuss the contents. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were six people, namely the Sub-district Bendesa Adat, Jro Mangku Pura Dalem Balingkang, Prajuru Adat Pinggan, one of the rural village communities, one of the visitors to Pura Dalem Balingkang and a travel driver who drove passengers at Pura Dalem Balingkang. The results of this study indicate the spiritual tourism potential of Dalem Balingkang Temple in the form of temples, wantilan for staging ballet and gamelan, daily worship (Mebanten), religious ceremonies, and religious lectures (Darmawacana). The strategy used to develop spiritual tourism in Dalem Balingkang Temple is generally an improvement in aspects of accessibility, widening parking area, making tourism management bodies, and adding IT facilities and infrastructure, as well as training and community development.
