Abstract

Pesantren yang sebagian orang melihatnya sebagai ruang yang berfokus pada kajian-kajian teologis-religious, bahkan secara fakta juga menjadi ruang yang sangat privat, pada prinsipnya juga menjadi ruang dimana orang dapat belajar banyak hal, baik ekonomi, sains, teknologi dan sebagai ruang untuk membangun sebuah gerakan pemberdayaan, juga meningkatkan kapabilitas seseorang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan Pesantren dan pembangunan ekonomi dalam konsep pemberdayaan perempuan dan seperti apa kontekstualitas agama dalam merespons kebutuhan gagasan pembangunan ekonomi. Hasil Pengabdian ini menjelaskan bahwa keberadaan Pesantren Wirausaha Payungi sebagai dasar gerakan pemberdayaan telah membawa dampak signifikan pada pembangunan ekonomi perempuan. Pertama, Pesantren Wirausaha Payungi mampu meningkatkan kapasitas per individu dan kelompok melalui mentoring dalam diskusi rutin pada setiap malam Kamis. Kedua, gerakan pemberdayaan yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai religius Pesantren mampu membuat ruang representatif dalam sustaining women’s livelihood sebagai wirausahawan perempuan Muslim. Artikel ini masih terbatas pada skala diskusi dalam pemberdayaan, pesantren, dan perempuan di Payungi, jadi ini masih membutuhkan studi lebih lanjut di tempat yang berbeda dengan skala dan pendekatan yang berbeda.

Abstract

Background: An emergency is a dangerous situation that takes place suddenly. In the case of an emergency, response time is needed. Several factors contributed to the long response time for handling, especially the ambulance response to emergency cases, namely accessibility, accommodation, and availability of supporting facilities. To improve access and quality of emergency services and speed up response time, the Government of Indonesia issued the SPGDT service. The use of the SPGDT in the Special Region of Yogyakarta still needs an ambulance tracking service. Hence, people are worried about the arrival of an ambulance service in response to an emergency. This study aims to develop ambulance tracking services in the SPGDT Yogyakarta Special Region module. Methods: This research is qualitative research with an action research design. The stages in action research consist of diagnosing, planning, action, and evaluation. Results: The results of this study, at the diagnostic stage, resulted in the need for call center users to record and report on the SPGDT Website while the need for ambulance drivers to track ambulances. At the planning stage, it produces a data flow that will make. At the action stage, create a design consisting of flow chart diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes, and user interface designs. At the evaluation stage, the final score for the prototype was produced using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, with the final score for recording and reporting getting a final score of 72, while in the evaluation of ambulance tracking for drivers, a final score of 80.Conclusions: Improved recording and reporting of emergency events and ambulance tracking after being developed and tested with the SUS questionnaire. Include the prototype in the "acceptable" category. With an acceptable interpretation, it is considered successful in being designed to meet user needs and is optimally utilized to assist in handling emergency cases.

Abstract

In contemporary times, management has become a crucial asset for the functioning of an organization, thus warranting greater attention. Over the past two years, PT PLN UIP Sulawesi has experienced an expansion of its responsibilities; initially focused solely on infrastructure development in accordance with the RUPTL and catering to community customers, it has now taken on additional duties. These include the construction of electrical infrastructure for high-voltage customers, particularly for smelter clients located in Sulawesi. In light of this phenomenon, the researcher aims to conduct a study to ensure that future projects are completed in accordance with the stipulated time, quality, and budget. The objective. of this research is to analyze the understanding of project management and construction implementation in relation to the success of electricity projects at PLN UIP Sulawesi. This study.is quantitative in nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires.to 107 respondents from a population of 146 project teams at PT PLN UIP Sulawesi. Data analysis in this research is conducted using path analysis. The results indicate that both the understanding of project management and construction implementation have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on project success.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital leadership in strengthening quality culture across Islamic educational institutions at various levels, from early childhood to higher education. Employing a qualitative multi-site case study approach, this research collected data through interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore how technological adoption and value-based practices shape institutional effectiveness. The findings reveal that digital leadership significantly enhances decision-making, coordination, instructional innovation, and the use of data-driven tools for quality monitoring. Leaders actively utilize digital platforms to support participatory, evidence-based governance and quality monitoring. The integration of Islamic values, including trustworthiness, discipline, and ethical digital conduct, further reinforces the consistency and depth of quality culture implementation, creating a leadership model that is both technologically adaptive and morally grounded. Higher education and senior secondary institutions show the highest level of maturity in integrating digital leadership with quality culture. In contrast, early childhood and elementary levels exhibit foundational digital adoption supported by strong value formation. The study concludes that successful digital transformation in Islamic education requires visionary leaders who can integrate technological competence, continuous quality improvement, and spiritual values. Practical implications highlight the need for structured digital capacity-building, leadership training, and strategic policy support. Future research is recommended to examine broader comparative contexts and the potential scalability of the proposed model.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi profesi Analis Data Kesehatan dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan karir siswa Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) di SMK YPKK 1 Sleman. Kegiatan ini difokuskan untuk memperkenalkan peluang penerapan kompetensi teknologi informasi di sektor kesehatan yang belum banyak diketahui oleh siswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Teknik penyampaian materi dilakukan melalui pendekatan ceramah bervariasi, diskusi interaktif, dan tanya jawab untuk menggali pemahaman siswa mengenai relevansi skill pemrograman dengan kebutuhan industri kesehatan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan perubahan persepsi siswa bahwa kompetensi teknis RPL, seperti pengelolaan basis data dan logika pemrograman, memiliki nilai strategis sebagai Analis Data Kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berhasil membuka wawasan siswa untuk menjadikan sektor kesehatan digital sebagai alternatif karir yang menjanjikan pasca kelulusan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial management at SMK Negeri 1 Anggana to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of financial governance based on Good Financial Governance (GFG). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation studies, as well as analysis of the Miles and Huberman interactive model.The results indicate that school financial management adheres to the RKAS guidelines, but remains administrative in nature and is not based on real needs. Transparency and accountability are suboptimal due to limited public access and management capabilities. The implementation of the e-RKAS digital system is hampered by infrastructure and financial literacy. Key factors influencing financial effectiveness include leadership, human resource competency, and regional policy support.This study emphasizes the importance of implementing GFG in vocational education and recommends strengthening financial governance based on transparency, participation, and digitalization as a step towards financial independence in vocational schools.

Abstract

Pemantauan tumbuh kembang ini menjadi tugas strategis Posyandu. Namun, proses pencatatan dan pelaporan yang masih mengandalkan sistem manual di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping II seringkali menjadi hambatan. Sistem ini tidak efisien, rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, dan menghasilkan data yang sulit dianalisis secara agregat dan komparatif tanpa rekapitulasi yang memakan waktu. Akibatnya, keterlambatan identifikasi masalah gizi dapat menghambat upaya intervensi dini untuk kondisi serius seperti stunting. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah prototipe dashboard pemantauan status gizi anak sebagai solusi digital untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama: identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, dan perancangan sistem. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan program Posyandu di Puskesmas Gamping II. Prototipe dashboard dikembangkan menggunakan platform Google Looker Studio untuk mengubah data tabular menjadi visualisasi yang interaktif dan mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe dashboard fungsional yang menyajikan analisis data gizi anak dalam tiga fokus utama: Tinggi Badan (indikator stunting), Berat Badan (indikator gizi kurang dan lebih), serta Status Gizi Anak secara umum. Visualisasi data melalui grafik batang dan diagram lingkaran terbukti efektif dalam menyoroti kelompok usia dan lokasi posyandu yang paling berisiko. Kesimpulannya, dashboard pemantauan ini mampu mentransformasi data mentah menjadi wawasan strategis dan terbukti lebih unggul dalam kecepatan analisis dibandingkan laporan tabel konvensional. Sistem ini berpotensi besar untuk menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi tenaga kesehatan dalam meningkatkan akurasi pemantauan, mempercepat identifikasi masalah, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan intervensi gizi yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The shift to green manufacturing has become a strategic imperative due to increasing regulatory pressure and market demand for energy-efficient, low-emission products. Nevertheless, in Indonesia's manufacturing sector, data limitations and process uncertainties still prevent effective operational decision-making. The purpose of the present research is to develop a Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) model that can evaluate both operational and environmental impacts simultaneously, thereby enabling the formulation of adaptive green production strategies. The research uses a quantitative approach based on stochastic simulation. It gathers data from a sample of 15 green manufacturing companies over 12 months, covering variables such as energy consumption, machine efficiency, production output, and CO₂ emissions. The results suggest that green automation application leads to a 14% increase in operational efficiency and a 28% decrease in carbon emissions compared with baseline conditions. Sensitivity analysis indicates that machine efficiency and energy consumption are the most significant factors affecting sustainable performance. The originality of this research lies in the unique combination of operational and ecological dimensions within a probabilistic framework that remains useful even with limited data. In practice, the model is a decision-making tool based on evidence for managers and policymakers in the industry, helping them implement low-carbon manufacturing strategies more quickly.
