Abstract

SMKS Cigembor menghasilkan lulusan yang belum memuaskan dilihat dari hasil penilaian akhir tahun (PAT) siswa tahun 2022/2023. Beberapa penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya akses teknologi, kurangnya fasilitas sekolah yang menunjang proses pembelajaran, metode mengajar guru yang kurang menarik dan kurang variatif, serta belum ada pelatihan rutin yang dapat mengasah dan memperluas mutu para guru. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan peningkatan mutu SMKS Cigembor kabupaten Lebak Banten, yaitu terkait manajemen sekolah dan mutu guru. Kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari secara berturut-turut pada hari kerja. Metode yang digunakan meliputi telaah dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Sasaran dalam kegiatan yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi atau umpan balik. Pendampingan berupa: 1) pendampingan manajerial, 2) pendampingan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kepala sekolah mampu menyusun rencana kerja sekolah (RKS) sesuai kriteria serta para guru mampu membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sesuai tahapan pembelajaran PAKEM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know Work Discipline and Work Environment influence Employee Performance at Class 1 Immigration Offices Non TPI Serang. The data collection method used in this study was using descriptive quantitative, the population in this study were all employees of the Immigration Class I Non TPI Serang totaling 57, the sample used was 57 employees. Data collection techniques used by giving questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed on SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Work Discipline obtained a tcount value of 1.349 < ttable 2.004 significance value (0.183 > 0.05). The work environment obtained a tcount of 3,051 > ttable of 2,004. with a significance value (0.023 <0.05). Work Discipline and Work Environment obtained an Fcount of 18,639 > Ftable 3.17. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline and work environment affect employee performance, which means work discipline and work environment are two important factors that can affect employee performance at Class I Immigration Office Non TPI Serang

Abstract

Credit sales play a crucial role in enhancing the working capital and sales development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Credit sales enable MSMEs to generate income before the goods or services sold are fully paid, finance daily operational activities, expand market share, and increase sales. However, credit sales also entail risks such as bad debts, defaults, and loan defaults, which can lead to financial losses for MSMEs. To mitigate these risks, MSMEs can conduct stringent credit analyses, establish clear and firm credit agreements, regularly pursue debt collections, and utilize credit insurance. These measures aid MSMEs in managing the risks associated with credit sales and enhancing the success and sustainability of their businesses

Abstract

Ethics As thought and moral considerations provide the basis for a person as well as a community in performing an action. Compliance with the code of ethics, like all standards in society is not, depends on the understanding or perception of the code of ethics. Ethical sensitivity also has an influence on the individual in making decisions about ethical actions. Data collection was done by using questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 128 respondents and selected based on Slovin method and corrected by random sampling method. Namely the students of semester 4, 6, and 8 with the criteria of consideration can no longer switch majors and have taken accounting courses. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Ethical Sensitivity and Understanding of the Code of Professional Ethics of Accountants influence the Ethical Behavior of Accounting Students at Bina Bangsa University. Judging from the value of the F Test value F count 18.452> Ftable 3.069, with R square value of 22.8% while the rest of 0.722 percent is determined by other factors

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the things that can make a company develop or not, work motivation and work discipline are factors that can affect employee performance. The aim is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Lima Putra Contrindo Cikande-Serang either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses associative quantitative methods with non-probability sampling methods with a population of 120 respondents while a sample of 55 respondents is calculated from the slovin formula, and this research was processed using the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of this study stated that (H1) the significance value was 0.013 <0.05 and the tcount> ttable or 2.568 > 1.674 then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected (H2) the significance value was 0.010 <0.05 and the tcount> ttable or 6.030 > 1.674 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected (H3) significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount > Ftable, (41,565 > 3.18) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion in this study can be concluded that (H1) There is an influence between the independent variables of motivation on employee performance (H2) There is an influence between the independent variables of work discipline on employee performance (H3) There is an influence between the independent variables of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of the economy whose existence is very reliable and highly calculated. MSMEs contribute to the Indonesian economy, especially for the people of Tinggar Village, Curug District. In addition to being able to improve the family economy and also open new jobs, there are many problems faced by the community in opening a business, especially in terms of capital and marketing strategies. The PKM team group 7 from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Bangsa University was moved to carry out a Seminal Education Activity on the Benefits of MSMEs with the title "Seminar on MSMEs and Legal Legality and Socialization of Appropriate Technology". Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and price on the purchasing decisions of Arenta Nusantara brand palm sugar in Munjul, Pandeglang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive techniques, this research involved 53 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both brand image and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Brand image and price collectively explain 82.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining a strong brand image and implementing appropriate pricing strategies to influence consumer purchasing decisions in the local palm sugar market

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian di kelurahan. Namun, banyak pemilik UMKM dikelurahan tinggar yang belum memahami pentingnya legalitas usaha, yang pada akhirnya dapat menghambat perkembangan usaha mereka dan meningkatkan risiko hukum. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas edukasi legalitas usaha dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa UMKM di wilayah tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi mengenai legalitas usaha tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran hukum di kalangan pemilik UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan rasa aman dan perlindungan hukum yang lebih baik. Edukasi yang berkelanjutan dan tepat sasaran terbukti efektif dalam mendorong pemilik UMKM untuk segera melakukan legalisasi usaha mereka. Sosialisasi ini menyarankan adanya kerjasama yang lebih erat antara pemerintah dan lembaga terkait untuk meningkatkan program edukasi legalitas usaha guna melindungi dan memperkuat UMKM di kelurahan tinggar.
