Abstract

Basic immunization is the provision of initial immunization to infants to achieve immunity levels above the protection threshold. Types of basic immunization, namely: BCG, Hepatitis B, DPT, and Polio. Polio can easily be transmitted to children, polio is a disease that attacks the nerves and the worst impact can cause permanent paralysis. The National Immunization Week (PIN) program is held simultaneously in all regions, there are two stages: the first round of PIN starts from July 23 to July 29, 2024, while the second round of PIN starts from August 6 to August 17, 2024. Mothers' knowledge and education will affect their behavior in providing immunization to infants and children, so that it can affect their immunization status. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work skills, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency. The research method used is based on data collection techniques, so this study was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The population in the study were all employees totaling 63 people, with sampling using saturated samples totaling 63 people, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that partially work skills, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency, while simultaneously work skills, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan lingkungan bisnis mengahruskan para pelaku UMKM untuk terus beradaptasi, agar tetap menjaga keberlanjutan usahanya. Kondisi pelaku usaha yang kemasan produk dan pemasaran yang menggunakan metode tradisional, sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan UMKM tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan memiliki tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evalausi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku usaha untuk membuat inovasi dalam kemasan, dan memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai pemasaran produk, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan penjualan para pelaku UMKM telor asin di Desa Bendung-Kasemen Kota Serang.
