Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Petugas PLKB Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah metode penelitan kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah statistic deskriptif. Selain itu metode penelitaian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitain berdasarkan rumusan masalah Assosiatif atau lebih detailnya adalah hubungan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh petugas PLKB dengan jumlah 207 orang. Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan rumusan Slovin yaitu sebanyak 134 orang (pembulatan) yang dianggap mewakili populasi yang ada. Dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah simple random sampling. Sementara alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik, uji T (uji parsial), uji F (simultan), koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service). Hasil penelitian menunjukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan bahwa budaya organsiasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Petugas PLKB Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang.

Abstract

This study has purpose in determining the correlation between visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline in influencing the performance of employees at SMPN 1 Kedungwaringin Bekasi Regency. This research method applies empirical quantitative research through verifiative descriptive approach. The population and sample used amounted to 64 respondents consisting of 59 teachers and 5 education staff. The results of this research indicate that visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline had significantly positive effect on the performance of employee. In addition, vision leadership, organizational culture, as well as work discipline also had simultaneous effect on the performance.

Abstract

Generation Z online shopping behavior trends tend to want convenience, practicality, and safety. The presence of a digital wallet introduces the public to a non-cash payment method that is practical, fast and profitable. In 2022 as many as 74% have used a digital wallet. This competition caused ShopeePay's position as a digital wallet provider to experience a decline with the presence of other digital wallets. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-customer loyalty mediated by e-customer satisfaction variables in Generation Z who use ShopeePay. The population that the researchers determined were Buana Perjuangan Karawang University students in the Management study program class of 2019 to 2021 who were born in 1997-2012 (Generation Z) and 166 ShopeePay users, while the sample used was 117 students who were analyzed using the PLS SEM (Structural) method. Equation Model) with Partial Least Square basis. The results that the researchers got confirmed that e-service quality has an effect on e-customer loyalty through e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality has no direct effect on e-customer loyalty, e-customer satisfaction has an effect on e-customer loyalty, and e -service quality affects e-customer satisfaction. Key words: e-Customer Loyalty, e-Service Quality, e-Customer Satisfaction, Gen Z, ShopeePay

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui faktor pembentukan kualitas iklan onlineSmartphone Samsung; serta (2) mengetahui proses pembentukan kualitas iklan online Smartphone Samsung. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dianalisis dengan analisis faktor dan analisis cluster. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 240 mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas iklan online Smartphone Samsung terdiri atas tiga component faktor yaitu kulitas iklan, nilai iklan, dan gangguan iklan; (2) sedangkan proses terbentuknya kualitas iklan online Smartphone Samsung terdiri atas empat belas tahapan yang akhirnya data diringkas menjadi 3 tahapan utama, yakni pembentukan Cluster 1, pembentukan Cluster 2 dan penggabungan Cluster 1 dan Cluster 2. Kata kunci: Iklan Online, Online Smartphone, Analisis Faktor, Analisis Cluster.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition on the stock exchange creates a dynamic and challenging environment for companies. To survive and thrive, companies need to adapt to changing markets, adopt new technologies, meet stringent regulations, and respond to evolving investor expectations. Financial reports are one of the mandatory requirements for stock exchange issuers to collect. The research method uses multiple regression analysis. With a sample of 38 observations (after outliers). The test uses a significant t test. The research results showed that company size cannot be proven to influence audit delay and profit/loss can be proven to influence audit delay.

Abstract

Karawang Rice Agent is one of the rice producing villages in Sentra Bizhub, BLOK B2 Teluk Jambe Timur, Karawang. There are various types of rice produced, such as hybrid rice, virgin rice, jasmine rice and so on. Apart from that, the rice produced by Jaya Makmur Village is not consumed by the community itself, some is also sold in various sub-districts and districts. The aim of this studyto determine the relationship between product quality and price on interest in buying rice at the Batang Girl rice agent in Karawang, with customer satisfaction as the intervention variable. A nonprobability sampling technique was used in this research, where 60 Karawang rice agent consumers were selected as samples. Testing was carried out using validity, reliability, mediation and hypothesis testing tools with the help of the WarPPL version 3.0 program. Hypothesis test results show that product quality (X1) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.93. Apart from that, the R-Square of 0.87 shows that product quality has a large influence of 87% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test show that price (X2) also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Z), with a path coefficient of 0.83. An R-Square of 0.78 indicates that price has a large influence of 78% on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show that customer satisfaction (Z) has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.98. An R-Square of 0.97 indicates that customer satisfaction has a very large influence of 97% on repurchase intention. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction which in turn has an impact on repurchase intention. The implications of these findings reflect the importance of maintaining product quality and setting appropriate prices in an effort to increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can increase repeat purchase intention. By further understanding these dynamics, Batang Girl rice agents in Karawang can optimize their marketing strategies to achieve long-term success in a competitive market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the marketing strategy through social media carried out by the NunaVasha online shop, thereby increasing sales. NunaVasha is a fashion or clothing store for women. Research methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, analysis methods using the SWOT technique with the 4P marketing mix strategy including product, price, place, promotion in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. And after that IFE and EFE analysis was carried out. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, NunaVasha is in Quadrant I where strengths and opportunities have greater value than existing weaknesses and threats, so that the strategy implemented is in a Growth position in carrying out a marketing strategy as an effort to increase sales.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan analisis terhadap PT. ZCC Indonesia, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif yang terus berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kinerja internal yang artinya perusahaan dalam hal ini pimpinan harus bisa memberikan motivasi setiap karyawan dalam bekerja yang akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat bantu penelitian adalah software SPSS versi 26. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi (X) dan kinerja (Y). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT.ZCC Indonesia sebanyak 80. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja yang baik.Kata Kunci: Motivasi ; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

In the production process, the interaction between humans and machines is closely related. From this the higher the risk of accidents along with the higher workload. This study aims to identify the risk of accidents that may arise during the work in progress. In addition, to identify actions that can be taken to reduce these risks. This type of descriptive qualitative research was conducted to assess the risk of work accidents at PT. XYZ. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire on one of the workers of PT. XYZ. The data were analyzed using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to find the RPN and critical values ​​to find priority risks for action. The results obtained are that there are 4 work objects on the machine being analyzed, namely the stamping machine, lathe, welding machine, and milling machine. Based on the RPN value, it was obtained a value of 264 for a cut hand, 357 for a hand hit by a craft, 148 for a hand exposed to a welding spark, and 371 for a hand-carried by a machine. Based on the highest critical value, a stamping machine was obtained with a value of 66. The suggestion given to anticipate the occurrence of work accidents is by affirming SOPs in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as workers' understanding of the risks of work accidents and their impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of price on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of promotion on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through hybrid car promotions in West Java. This research method uses quantitative samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents using the purposive sampling technique method, the data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the structural model analysis tool used in this study, namely SmartPLS. The results of the research that has been conducted can be concluded that the product quality variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The price variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java.
