Abstract

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Apple Inc. company is a big company but that doesn't mean Apple can underestimate newcomers. This iPhone smartphone sold in the city of Karawang has decreased sales in 2019 every month. The variables used are after-sales service, customer loyalty, value co-creation. The problem in this research is to find out how much influence after-sales service has on the value co-creation of the iPhone smartphone. To find out how much influence value creation has on customer loyalty of iPhone smartphones. To find out how much influence after-sales service has on customer loyalty through the co-creation of the iPhone smartphone. This research uses a descriptive approach and verification. A sample of 100 respondents who are iPhone smartphone users using purposive sampling technique, the result is that after-sales service and co-creation value has a strong enough effect, amounting to 47.1%. Meanwhile, Value Co-Creation has a direct effect of 50.9%. The indirect effect of after-sales service on customer loyalty is 18.8%

Abstract

This study has purpose to explore further and reveals the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and work environment towards the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Tourism and Culture Office of Karawang Regency. The process of this research is conducted through descriptive and verification methods. Research population were gathered from whole employees at the Tourism and Culture Office of Karawang Regency with totaling of 83 people. Samples were collected by non-probability sampling technique with the same number of samples and population, namely 76. As for analytical techniques used were scale-range analysis and path analysis techniques which earned results that 1) Work discipline brought significant effect on performance 2) Organizational culture has significant influence against the performance 3) Work environment has significant effect on performance 4) So all of variables namely Work discipline, organizational culture and work environment Jointly affect the performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and reveals the effect cause by leadership, organizational culture, and work environment towards the performance of BPJS Kesehatan’s employees at Karawang Branch Office. Descriptive and verification method has been used in this study through quantitative approach. The research population of this study amounted to 126 people, while the sample used was 100 respondents who were exactly the employees of BPJS kesehatan at Karawang Branch Office which selected by simple random sampling technique. Data research was gathered through questionnaire which then analyzed using scale range analysis and path analysis. The results of this research indicates that 1) There is influence occurred between leadership and organizational culture that categorize as low level of correlation with positive value 2) There is correlation between organizational culture and work environment which categorize as low level of correlation and positive value 3) There is correlation between leadership and work environment which categorize as low level of correlation with positive direction 4) leadership, work culture, and work environment are capable to improve the performance of BPJS Kesehatan employees at Karawang Branch Office both partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer value on customer loyalty, determine and analyze the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty, and determine and analyze the influence of customer experience on customer loyalty for lending debtors. The method used in this research is descriptive verification. With this type of associative research. The population used in this research is Bank OCBC NISP Purwakarta branch customers. The results of this research show that customer value influences the loyalty of lending debtors. Customer relationships influence loyal customers of lending debtors, customer experience has an influence on customer loyalty of lending debtors at OCBC NISP bank.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation on the performance of PT TT Manucfacturing Indonesia employees. To determine the influence of work experience on the performance of employees of PT.YYY Manucfacturing Indonesia. To determine the influence of motivation and work experience together on the performance of PT.YYY. Manufacturing Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 50 employees. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The research results show that motivation has an influence on employee performance, work experience has an influence on employee performance. There is an influence of motivation and work experience on the performance of PT employees. YYY Manufacturing Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain how much influence taxpayer knowledge, tax rates, tax awareness and tax sanctions have on tax compliance among business actors in Bekasi district for the 2011-2019 period partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative verification approach. The population used in this research is Business Taxpayers in Bekasi Regency. With a sample of 100 samples. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The research results show that taxpayer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. This shows that the higher the knowledge a taxpayer has, the higher the taxpayer's compliance in paying taxes. Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. This means that the level of awareness regarding compliance in paying taxes is still low. Tax sanctions have no effect on taxpayer compliance. This explains that the existence of sanctions does not make taxpayers obedient in paying their taxes.

Abstract

Online review factors have a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Online Customer Reviews are reviews that have been recorded by the e-commerce feature as opinions or comments felt by e-commerce buyers. These factors can influence Purchase Decisions. Positive online reviews can have an impact on other buyers as references who can then decide to purchase the desired product. This research method uses quantitative research involving a sample of 96 respondents using questionnaires. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that Online Customer Review is able to influence Purchase Decisions by getting a determination of influence contribution of 36.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of price on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of promotion on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through hybrid car promotions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions through hybrid car promotions in West Java. This research method uses quantitative samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents using the purposive sampling technique method, the data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the structural model analysis tool used in this study, namely SmartPLS. The results of the research that has been conducted can be concluded that the product quality variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The price variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The price variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The promotion variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase through the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara Kompetensi dengan Pelatiha,korelasi pelatihan dengan motivasi dan Kompetensi dengan motivasi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Karawnag. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penetian ini yaitu meggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 91,44 sampel.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penellitian ini adalah analisis jalur dengan hipotesis secara pasrsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Kompetensi memiliki hubungan kuat dan searah dengan pelatihan, hubungan sedang dengan motivasi, sedangkan pelatihan memiliki hubungan lemah namun searah dengan motivasi.Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sebesar 21,12%.Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sebesar 11,68%.Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sebesar 30,68%.Kompetensi, pelatihan, dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM, sehingga kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan individu, dukungan pelatihan, dan motivasi dari lingkungan.
