Abstract

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

Abstract

The development of this asset information system is aimed at a tourist destination. Candirejo is a village in the Borobudur area that holds a variety of tourism potential and assets that are able to provide interesting education and experiences for tourists. Candirejo Tourism Village is managed by the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative (KDWC) which is a legal entity. As village village manager, KDWC also has the duty and responsibility of managing member assets and village assets that are used for the benefit of the village village. Asset inventory in the form of data collection, recording and reporting of physical assets, notes and documents, has not been carried out properly, still relying on books, paper, physical files and recording using software such as spreadsheets and word processors which are commonly used in the office world. The waterfall model is used to develop systems that suit these needs. The stages in the waterfall model have proven capable of producing a website-based tourist destination asset information system in the form of a dashboard for asset management, asset form, asset classification, person in charge and asset profile

Abstract

This research aims to identify the application of the promotion mix at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop Volume 841. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and data source collection with observation and in-depth interview method. The informant is the manager and owner of Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop Volume 841. Findings of this research indicate that Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop Volume 841 applies four promotion mix variables from the five existing variables. (i) Advertising using paid promote, billboards and banners. (ii) Personal selling by fostering good relations by coming directly to the house. (iii) Direct marketing, in collaboration with grabfood and gofood. (iv) Sales promotion with bonus vouchers, free coffee milk vouchers, and shopeepay cashback vouchers.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertema "Digitalisasi UMKM Desa Turunrejo: Transformasi Pembayaran Menuju Era Modern" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan 25 pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Turunrejo dalam mengadopsi teknologi pembayaran digital. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan persiapan berupa koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, pemetaan kebutuhan peserta, serta penyusunan materi pelatihan dan modul. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi manfaat teknologi pembayaran digital, pelatihan teknis penggunaan e-wallet dan pembuatan QRIS, serta pendampingan langsung di tempat usaha untuk memastikan penerapan teknologi berjalan efektif. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasakan manfaat berupa percepatan transaksi, peningkatan keamanan keuangan, dan akses pasar yang lebih luas, meskipun beberapa tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, masih harus diatasi. Evaluasi melalui survei dan wawancara menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, menjadikan program ini langkah awal yang penting dalam mendorong inklusi keuangan dan pengembangan ekosistem ekonomi digital di Desa Turunrejo.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of purple sweet potato flour substitution (20%, 40%, 60%) on the organoleptic properties of soft cookies through QDA with 30 trained panelists. The results showed: (1) The purple color strengthened with increasing flour percentage due to anthocyanin pigments; (2) The characteristic aroma was optimal at 60% because the natural sugar content triggered the Maillard reaction; (3) The moist-soft texture was maintained by purple sweet potato starch; (4) The natural sweetness increased significantly. The 60% formula was superior in all aspects, while also increasing nutritional value. These findings support the use of purple sweet potato as a functional food ingredient and an alternative to wheat flour.

Abstract

Pendidikaan merupakan fondasi utama dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia unggul menuju Indonesia emas 2045. Namun di desa Kecapi, Jepara, masih ditemukan tantangan dalam melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, terutama terkait keterbatasan biaya, waktu dan motivasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan inspirasi kepada Masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kuliah untuk generasi muda. Metode pelaksanaan berupa ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan studi kasus yang dilakukan di aula rumah petinggi desa Kecapi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 95.5% peserta terdiri dari petinggi Desa dan perangkat Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Tahunan dari respon yang disampaikan memahami materi yang diberikan dan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi. Edukasi yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya Pendidikan tinggi sebagai modal utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan daya saing global.

Abstract

Capacity-building training for housekeeping staff in hotels and restaurants is a crucial aspect of maintaining service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. Competent housekeeping personnel not only ensure physical cleanliness but also directly impact the reputation, image, and competitiveness of businesses in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. This community service program aims to develop the capacity of housekeeping staff through focused training on mastering cleaning techniques, effective waste management, and the proper and safe use of cleaning tools and materials. The training methodology is conducted directly using a participatory approach, allowing participants to actively engage in practical simulations, discussions, and case studies related to cleaning procedures, operational standards, and waste handling. Evaluation is conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure improvements in participants’ knowledge, skills, and understanding of good cleaning practices. Results demonstrate significant improvements in mastering cleaning techniques, understanding waste management, and the ability to use cleaning tools and materials correctly. Additionally, participants reported increased awareness of the importance of consistently maintaining cleanliness standards, which is expected to be applied in daily workplace activities. The contribution of this community service provides tangible benefits in enhancing human resource quality in the hotel and restaurant sectors while supporting the achievement of professional, hygienic, and environmentally friendly service standards. This training is expected to serve as a sustainable model for the continuous development of housekeeping staff competencies in the broader hospitality and tourism industry.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong motivasi pegawai instansi pemerintah di Desa Jepara untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang S2. Latar belakang Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi tuntutan pekerjaan dan perkembangan zaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan pemberian materi diskusi dan wawancara mendalam untuk mengumpulkan data dari pegawai. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor internal, seperti keinginan untuk meningkatkan jenjang karier dan penguasaan ilmu, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan dari pimpinan dan ketersediaan beasiswa, yang signifikan dalam memengaruhi keputusan mereka. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah pentingnya sinergi antara kebijakan instansi dan kesadaran pribadi pegawai untuk mendorong budaya belajar berkelanjutan guna mendukung pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

Sukaraja salah satu kecamatan di kabupaten. Sebagian besar warganya petani namun karena semakin sempitnya lahan pertanian maka terjadi mobilisasi ke kota Tasikmalaya untuk bekerja menjadi buruh di pabrik bordir. Akibat forcemajor covid 19 dan perkembangan teknologi, semua tenaga manusia digantikan oleh mesin membuat banyak pegawai yang dirumahkan. Melihat fenomena tersebut, warga membentuk suatu kelompok usaha Mekarsari yang tergabung dalam persatuan Dharmawanita kecamatan Sukaraja. Melalui Kementrian Perindustrian yang memiliki program untuk pengembangan kapasitas dan kapabilitas bagi IKM yang baru terbentuk memberikan suatu program pelatihan berupa BIMTEK WUB IKM. Kementrian Perindustrian menggandeng beberapa dosen dibidang pastry bakery, dan pastry chef dari ICA Bandung berkolaborasi memberikan ugrading skill bagi kelompok usaha berupa pembuatan roti dengan 10 variasi resep. Salah satu variasi yang berikan adalah pembuatan cupcake yang dihias menggunakan foundant agar lebih menarik dan bernilai jual. Dengan dibekali beberapa keterampilan produk dan foodcost, memberi penguatan bagi kelompok usaha merintis usaha mandiri di Sukaraja.

Abstract

Semarang Old City is a Dutch heritage city with a European style architecture and a historical part of Semarang city. Experiencing a decline in the value of city functions is caused: Lack of government attention, ownership status, switching of building functions, and natural factors. Kota Lama has the potential to be a tourist destination, it takes a strategy of amenities development and marketing. This research aims to find out the potential of The Old City as a tourist destination, development strategies to be carried out as well as preservation efforts. This research was conducted by qualitative method conducted in the old City area. Data collection techniques are carried out with observation, interview and document study. Based on the results of data collection can be concluded that: (1) Kota Lama is very potentially a heritage tourism destination, (2) it needs a strategy of development of amenities and marketing, (3) Preservation efforts are carried out, thus becoming a tourist attraction that impacts on social, economic and environmental life.
