Billboard is the outdoor media or alternative media for political campaign ads that can provide stimulation stimulation directly to public audiences through visual settings such as the display color, images. The feminist movement is a movement of women to reject everything that tries to marginalize and demean the dominant culture, both in the political, economic, and other social fields. By Pramoedya Ananta Toer, the story of a nyai is portrayed through the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia. Pramoedya describes, Nyai Ontosoroh is not just a nyai who is only a sexual object and the colonial master's social prestige. Nyai Ontosoroh presents herself as no longer just a concubine, a pet, and a display for her master. Likewise, the obnoxious nature attached to the nyai was denied by him. Nyai Ontosoroh transformed herself into a different nyai. The formulation of the problem in this writing is what is the symbolic meaning of the feminism value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's novel Bumi Manusia? The purpose of this paper is to find out the symbolic meaning of the feminist value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the semiotic analysis technique of Ferdinand de Saussure. The depiction of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia is very thick with feminism values, where there are elements of freedom, power, and justice in it.

Mass media plays an important role in delivering messages and information to the public. Television media is the most trusted media source to get information. Crime news has high stimulation for its viewers because safety ranks first for basic human needs. The investigation buser program is a criminal news program that is presented in more depth. It is undeniable that television media can influence people's attitudes, behavior, and perceptions, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety is one of the natural reactions that arise in humans. This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to the SCTV investigation buser program "tempe cardboard wrapped in paper" on the anxiety of the people of Pematangsiantar. The theory used in this research is media exposure, anxiety, and uses and gratification theory. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results obtained a correlation of 0.605 for the r table in this study according to the distribution of values of 0.194, which is 0.605 > 0.194 which is 0.605 > 0.194 and it is proven that there is a relationship between variables. Program kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan ide dan gagasan bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat dalam berwirausaha dalam rangka peningkatan taraf perekonomian masyarakat khususnya pada masyarakat Kelurahan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat. Adapun peserta yang menjadi target sasaran program adalah ibu rumah tangga sebagai pelaku home industry yang memiliki hasrat dan ambisi yang kuat dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan serta kemandirian masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Adapun lokasi kegiatan ini dilakukan di Masjid Nurul Huda Kelurahan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi studi kasus, memberikan pelatihan dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai aspek pemasaran berbasis digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Metode pelaksaan pada kegiatan ini seperti ceramah, diskusi studi kasus, memberikan pelatihan dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai aspek pemasaran berbasis digital yakni manajemen kewirausahaan, pelatihan penggunaan media pemasaran berbasis digital serta memberikan motivasi kiat-kiat sukses dalam pengembangan home industry khususnya bagi para ibu rumah tangga pada masyarakat Kelurahan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat. Hasil program yang telah dilaksanakan pada program kemitraan masyarakat ini memberikan respon positif kepada masyarakat yakni wirausaha sebagai salah satu kebutuhan dasar masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat di Kelurahan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat.

Program kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan ide dan gagasan bagi remaja terkait pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba khususnya bagi para remaja di Desa Helvetia Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Adapun lokasi kegiatan ini dilakukan di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Desa Helvetia Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi studi kasus serta kegiatan pendampingan bagi remaja seperti melakukan kegiatan positif yang bersifat rutinitas antara lain penguatan organisasi remaja masjid dalam rangka sebagai upaya pencegahan bahaya narkoba bagi remaja. Hasil program diaktualisasikan kegiatan ini memberikan respon positif bagi remaja seperti antusiasme remaja dan banyaknya beberapa pertanyaan yang muncul serta keluhan-keluhan yang sering terjadi dilapangan yang kemudian tim memberikan penjelasan jawaban pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang muncul agar dapat memberikan wawasan pengetahuan untuk anak remaja.

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi & informasi di saat ini telah membuat manusia berada pada kehidupan yang serba praktis dan efisien, terutama hadirnya media sosial. Dampak negatif yang hadir karena media sosial adalah cybercrime. Cybercrime merupakan sebuah kejahatan yang dilakukan menggunakan jaringan atau internet. Untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan cybercrime pada remaja maka diperlukannya kemampuan literasi media. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi media pada remaja dalam upaya mengantisipasi Cybercrime di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara serta teknik analisis datanya yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan literasi media pada remaja dalam upaya mengantisipasi Cybercrime di Kota Medan berada pada level basic, yakni tingkat kemampuan remaja untuk menganalisis konten-konten media atau informasi terkait dengan cybercrime cukup baik namun masih terbatas sesuai pengetahuan yang mereka miliki saja serta tidak memiliki pemikiran yang kritis terkait cybercrime tersebut.

Mass Transportation is the most important .The city of Medan is one of the cities that is quite a lot inhabited by people who in their daily activities use mass transportation. Therefore, to be a commitment and consistency of good spatial planning as well as the meaning of transportation regulations, the Medan city government needs to develop a strategy so that mass transportation becomes a solution and alternative for the community in reducing congestion in the city of Medan. The purpose of this study is to find out how strategic the Medan City Government is in planning mass transportation in Medan City. The method used in this study is a mix Methode approach with SWOT data analysis techniques and Analytical Hierarchy Processs (AHP). The results with the SWOT Quadrant I scoring 3.01, the main strategies that are carried out are: Strengthening environmental-based Transportation. Weighting with AHP, the online-based taxi mass transportation mode with 0.6898 or 68%, for example taxis, namely the Deli Trans Bus which is environmentally friendly, payment using SMART CARD.

Social interaction is the need for humans as social beings, over time and with the development of human civilization, the need for social relations is also getting wider and forms of social interaction are also growing. This study aims to determine the pattern of social interaction of children after PPKM in the 2 Glugur Darat I Village, Medan City, and the meaning of children's social interactions. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive,. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that 1) Changes in the pattern of social interaction of children after PPKM in Neighborhood 2, Glugur Darat I Village, Medan City, did not experience much improvement. 2) The meaning of social interaction carried out by parents after PPKM emphasizes more as an effort or preventive action taken by parents to children to maintain health and cleanliness such as always washing hands after being at school, outside school such as playing activities outside children with their peers, 3) The attention given by parents to children is usually given in the form of advice to their children regarding activities carried out by children in general so that messages conveyed through communication can run well. The attention that parents always give during PPKM and after PPKM emphasizes increasing children's immunity and a clean lifestyle in children.Key words: Social Interaction, Children's Social Interaction, Social Change, Pattern of Social Interaction Abstraksi-Interaksi sosial adalah kebutuhan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial, seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan semakin berkembangnya peradaban manusia kebutuhan akan hubungan sosial pun semakin luas dan bentuk interaksi sosial juga semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola interaksi sosial anak pasca PPKM di lingkungan 2 Kelurahan Glugur Darat I Kota Medan dan makna interaksi sosial anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Perubahan pola interaksi sosial anak pasca PPKM di Lingkungan 2 Kelurahan Glugur Darat I Kota Medan tidak begitu mengalami peningkatan. 2) Makna dari interaksi sosial yang dilakukan oleh orang tua pasca PPKM lebih menekankan sebagai upaya atau tindakan preventif yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anak agar tetap menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan seperti senantiasa cuci tangan setelah berada di sekolah, di luar sekolah seperti kegiatan bermain diluar anak dengan teman sebayanya, 3) Perhatian yang diberikan oleh orang tua kepada anak biasanya diberikan berupa nasihat-nasihat kepada anaknya mengenai aktivitas yang dilakukan anak pada umumnya agar pesan yang disampaikan melalui komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Perhatian yang selalu diberikan oleh orang tua selama PPKM dan setelah PPKM lebih menekankan pada peningkatan imun anak serta pola hidup bersih pada anak.

The community partnership program with the title Personality Development and Leadership Communication Skills for Youth in Kampung Sejahtera Medan City is to provide knowledge of soft skills in terms of developing communication skills for adolescents in Kampung Sejahtera, Petisah Tengah Village, Medan Petisah Subdistrict, Medan City. This activity was carried out at the Kampung Sejahtera river school hall, Jalan KH. Zainul Arifin, Medan City. The implementation of this activity is carried out in the first week and end of July 2022. The method of implementation in this activity program is using lectures, group discussions, and mentoring for youth in order to improve soft skills of personality characteristics, good personality, good performance, and skills and abilities. skills in communication. The results of the activities that have been carried out in this community partnership program have provided a positive response for the youth activity participants, such as high enthusiasm in participating in the activities. In addition, some that appear that are often encountered can be given an explanation from program implementers that can increase youth's knowledge regarding the development of communication skills and skills.
