Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out the influence of promotion, advertising power and celebrity endorsement on the buying interest of consumers online shop tokopedia study in students feb Universitas Islam Malang Force 2018. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire dissemination methods. The sample in this study was as many as 100 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This research has qualified for validity and reliability.  The data analysis used in this study is a test of classical assumptions, normality, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient analysis. The variables used in this study are the Buy Interest variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsement.The results of this study concluded that Variable Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsements are influential both simultaneously and partially on Consumer Buying Interests. Keywords: Promotion, Ad Appeal, Celebrity Endorsement and Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

AbstractThe Research amis tosee the effect of in-store displays, bonus pack and sales person against the impuls buying with the emotional response as an intervening variable. The population of this study is all of the konsumer alfamart kotalama branchto a total of 4,500. Sampling is take nusing the accidental sampling with a total sample of 100. Research is using a path analysis model. In this Research shows that in-store displays, bonus pack, and sales person have a direct bearing on impuls buying. In-store displays, bonus pack, and sales person person directly affect the emotional response. Emotiona l respons directly affects impuls buying. Abstract

ABSTACT      This research was conducted at University Islamic of Malang. In this study, the aim is to find out the influence of brand origin, brand ambassadors and brand image on buying interest in axes on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Department of Management at the Islamic University of Malang. The variables used in this study are brand origin, brand ambassador and brand image as variables independent then buying interest as the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study includes the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software.           Keywords: brand origin, brand ambassador, brand image and buying interest

Abstract

AbstractThe Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Effect Of Work Environment, Occupational Health And Work Safety On Employee Performance In Malang Municipal Water Supply Company. The Sample In This Study Were 77 Permanent Employees. The Analytical Method Used In This Study Is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis With Hypothesis Testing Using T Test And F Test. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of information, system quality, and service quality has on the satisfaction of Shopee site users. The population in this study was among 598 Management students from the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, with a total sample of 86 respondents. This study uses data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale measurement. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results obtained that the quality of information, quality systems, and services together influence user satisfaction. The quality of information partially influences user satisfaction, while the quality of systems and services partially does not influence user satisfaction. This is based on many users submitting opinions through reviews on PlayStore. Keywords : Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study was 87 active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2020 who had taken advanced entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis method used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis. Data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurship Education, and Entrepreneurial Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest and based on the results of partial testing, the Entrepreneurial Mindset variable had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, the Entrepreneurship Education variable had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, and Entrepreneurial Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of Online Media Promotion, Price Perceptions, and Consumer Trust on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application (Case study of Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Management, Islamic University of Malang). The method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 82 respondents who were active users of the Shopee application and had made purchases on the Shopee application. The results of this research show that the influence of Online Media Promotion, Price Perception, and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application. There is a positive and significant influence between the Online Media Promotion variable on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application. The Price Perception variable does not have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application. There is a positive and significant influence between the Consumer Trust variable on Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee application.  Keywords: Online Media Promotion, Price Perceptions, Consumer Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of brand loyalty, brand association and perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Grab Services. The research was conducted using a survey method of 95 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that brand association has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while brand loyalty and perceived quality have no significant effect. In conclusion, increasing brand association can significantly increase purchasing decisions on Grab Services, while brand loyalty and perceived quality do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Loyalty, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Attitude on Financial Management by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) practitioners. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing a questionnairebased data collection method. The sample for this research comprises 100 MSME practitioners located in the Lowokwaru Subdistrict, Malang City, and data processing is conducted using the SPSS program. The research has undergone validity and reliability tests. The data analysis methods include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, statistical tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Management by MSME practitioners in the Lowokwaru Sub-district, Malang City, has a positive and significant influence on Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Attitude. (2) Financial Literacy has a positive influence on Financial Management by MSME practitioners in the Lowokwaru Subdistrict, Malang City. (3) Financial Inclusion has a positive influence on Financial Management by MSME practitioners in the Lowokwaru Sub-district, Malang City. (4) Financial Attitude has a positive influence on Financial Management by MSME practitioners in the Lowokwaru Subdistrict, Malang City.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of online tracking systems, timeliness and security on customer satisfaction of J&T Express Lowokwaru Malang City, case study among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach which uses the Maholtra formula in determining the sample because the population is still not known for certain. Looking at the calculation results of the Maholtra formula, the sample size is 90. To solve the problem in this research, SPSS is used to analyze the various tests carried out. such as validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests and adjusted R2 coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research are that the online tracking system, timeliness and security have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction and partially the online tracking system, timeliness and security have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Online Tracking System, Timeliness, Security, Customer Satisfaction
