Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra mengenai teknik budidaya jamur tiram. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selam 14 hari, yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Mitra sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kelompok tani Tana Lompoa. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yakni (1) survey; (2) tahap persiapan rumah jamur (kumbung) serta menyiapkan fasilitas pendukung kegiatan pelatihan dan praktek di lapangan; (3) Pelatihan dan demonstrasi; (4) Praktek budidaya jamur tiram, mitra melakukan budidaya jamur secara mandiri.

Abstract

This research is an ex post facto type. Aim to: analyze the effect of self-regulated learning and self-efficacy on the academic achievement of students of the Biology Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The population in this study were all students of the Biology Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The research sample of 46 students was obtained using purposive sampling technique. The variables studied consisted of two independent variables, namely self-efficacy (x1) and self-regulated learning (x2) and one dependent variable, namely academic achievement (y). Data collection techniques through questionnaires to obtain self-regulated learning and self-efficacy data, for academic achievement data obtained through documentation techniques. The results of data analysis indicate that the correlation between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning and academic achievement has a very strong relationship. It can be concluded that self efficacy and self regulated learning play an important role in student academic achievement. Students who have high self-efficacy and self-regulated learning will be able to adapt well to academic activities in fairly dense tertiary institutions. So that it will help students to achieve brilliant academic achievements. Abstrak. Mahasiswa secara mandiri memantau perkembangan kegiatan akademiknya, seperti nilai-nilai dari mata kuliah dan tugas yang diberikan. Mahasiswa yang mampu beradaptasi secara cepat dengan proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi tentu akan dapat menjalani aktivitas akademik yang cukup padat dengan baik. Untuk itu mahasiswa perlu memiliki self regulated learning dan self efficacy yang baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  self regulated learning dan self efficacy terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.  Penelitian ini berjenis ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara self efficacy dan self regulated learning dengan prestasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa self efficacy dan self regulated learning  berperan penting terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang memiliki self efficacy dan self regulated learning yang tinggi akan mampu beradaptasi dengan baik dalam kegiatan akademik di perguruan tinggi yang cukup padat. Sehingga hal tersebut akan membantu mahasiswa untuk meraih prestasi akademik yang gemilang.

Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills can develop the ability to investigate problems, ask questions, pose challenging answers and discover new information. Higher order thinking skills are one of the factors that affect scientific literacy skills. Literacy skills are not enough just to be able to read, more than that, students are expected to have the ability to reason and competence, be active, creative, and critical of what they know. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between higher order thinking skills and scientific literacy skills of Biology Education students, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. This research includes correlational descriptive research which is carried out in the even semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. The instrument in this study was in the form of student learning outcomes tests. Then from student learning outcomes, a score will be given based on the ability to complete the HOTS test questions while the scientific literacy ability is assessed using a scoring rubric. there is a positive relationship between higher order thinking skills and scientific literacy skills of biology education students at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar with a correlation value of 0.370. The value of learning outcomes with the average categorization of high order thinking skills is 56.7 and the average scientific literacy ability is 66.7. Abstrak. Higher Order Thinking Skils dapat menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan untuk menyelidiki masalah, mengajukan pertanyaan, mengajukan jawaban yang menantang dan menemukan informasi baru. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan literasi sains. Kemampuan literasi tidak cukup dengan bisa membaca saja, lebih daripada itu mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki kemampuan bernalar dan kompetensi, aktif, kreatif, serta kritis terhadap apa yang diketahuinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara higher order thinking skills dan kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif korelasional  yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun akademik 2020-2021. Instrument dalam penelitian ini berupa tes hasil belajar mahasiswa. Kemudian dari hasil belajar mahasiswa akan diberikan penskoran berdasarkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal tes HOTS sedangkan kemampuan literasi sains dinilai dengan menggunakan rubrik penskoran. terdapat hubungan yang positif antara higher order thinking skills dan kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa pendidikan biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,370. Nilai hasil belajar dengan pengkategorian rata-rata higher order thinking skills sebesar 56,7 dan rata-rata kemampuan literasi sains sebesar 66,7.

Abstract

Learning media can originate from the utilization of plastic waste, which is an innovative step to enhance environmental awareness among students. This article outlines a community service activity conducted in Class VI B at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai, titled "Learning Media with Plastic Waste." The primary objective of this activity is to educate students about the importance of recycling and reusing plastic waste in their daily lives. The process begins with the collection of plastic waste around the school, followed by guidance that involves students in recycling that waste into teaching aids and environmentally friendly learning media. The active involvement of students not only teaches them recycling techniques but also cultivates their creative skills and teamwork. The results of this activity show an increase in student creativity and their understanding of important environmental issues. Feedback from teachers and students has been very positive, indicating that this learning method is considered innovative and beneficial. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a model for other schools in integrating environmental education into their curricula. By utilizing local resources such as plastic waste, schools can encourage students to be more active in preserving nature. This aligns with sustainable development goals, particularly in the fields of education and waste management, which are crucial for a better future.

Abstract

This type of research is Research and Development. The aim of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva on cell material. The population in this study were students at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar with the selected sample being class XI Science at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. The data collection technique is by using a validity and practicality assessment questionnaire. The data collected is data regarding the validity and practicality of the teaching materials developed. The results of the validity analysis show that the digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva in the cell material developed obtained a score of 0.9 which is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality analysis from the teacher obtained a score of 81% which was in the range 80% < P < 100% with the very practical category and the results of the student questionnaire analysis obtained a score of 77% which was in the range 60% < P < 80% with the practical category So it can be concluded that the digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva in cell material are valid and practical. Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan telur asin aneka rasa bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi telur itik yang dimiliki mitra menjadi telur asin aneka rasa sehingga meningkatkan nilai jual telur itik mitra. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 10-24 Oktober 2021 berlokasi di Kelurahan Bontomanai Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Tahapan kegiatan ini terdiri dari: (1) sosialisasi dan pelatihan; dan (2) monitoring. Kegiatan pelatihan terlaksana dengan baik, mitra telah memahami proses pembuatan telur asin dan dapat memproduksi telur asin secara mandiri.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik penanaman apotek hidup ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membudidayakan berbagai jenis tanaman herbal sebagai solusi alami untuk kesehatan keluarga di rumah. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2021. Kegiatan berlokasi di Kelurahan Bontomanai, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari: (1) sosialisasi dan praktik; dan (2) pembagian tanaman kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik terlaksana dengan baik, masyarakat telah memahami berbagai manfaat kesehatan yang diperoleh dari tanaman herbal yang ditanam di halaman rumah.
