Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Colow Kabupaten Sijunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan antara luas area dan fasilitas terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung wisata Colow Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pengunjug wisata Colow Kabupaten Sijunjung. Dengan teknik pengabilan sample menggunakan accidential sampling sehingga mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 90 orang, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner.Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda dari variable luas area dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung wisata Y = 21.107 + 0.116 X1 + 0.250 X2 + e. Dari uji determinasi nilai R Square sebesar 0.102 atau. Artinya adalah bahwa sumbangan berpengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependenadalah sebesar 10,2 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 89,8% di pengaruhi variabel lain. Dari uji t yang dilakukan didapatkan variabel X1 luas area berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel t hitung 2,060 > t tabel 1,98729 dan sign 0,042 < dari 0,05. Variabel X2 Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung dengan nilai t tabel lebih besar dari t hitung dan sign 0,07 < 0,5. Dari uji F yang dilakukan di dapatkan bahwa Luas Area dan Fasilitas berpengaruh secara stimultan terhadap kenysmanan pengunjung F hitung 4,947 > dari f tabel 3,10 dan signifikansi 0,009 > 0,5.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. The population in this study were all 33 teachers in Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the sampling technique in this study was total sampling, where the number of samples was the same as the population. So the sample in this study were 33 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and ability to use technology to increase the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School. The sample in this study were 33 respondents who teach at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that Y = 4.133+ 0.582X1 + 0.339X2 + e and t-tests of 3.291 and 2.266, which means that the competence variable affects the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the variable ability to use technology affects the professionalism of Budi Mulia Vocational School teachers. His Highness Kotobaru. Judging from the R Square value of 0.762, which means that competence and ability to use technology have an effect of 76.2% on increasing the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School and 23.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the f-test the value of fcount is 47.899> ftable 3.30, which means that the competence and ability to use technology together affect the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University, Solok. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and people's economy on the financial management of students at the Ummy Solok Faculty of Economics. From the population, 75 respondents were taken as samples. The data collection method used is library and field (questionnaire). Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and parents' economics on student financial management in the student study of the Faculty of Economics Ummy Solok Y= 12,862 + 0,213X1 + 0,382X2 + 0,034X3 + e. From the t-test carried out on the financial literacy variable X1 the t count value of 1.599 < t table (1.66629) and the significance value of 0.114 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the financial literacy variable (X1) is rejected, which means that there is no effect of X1 on Y. Variable X2 spiritual intelligence t count 3.253 < t table (1.66629) and the significance value is 0.002 <0.05, it can be concluded that the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X2 on Y. t table (1.66629) and the significance value is 0.536 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the economic variable of parents (X3) is rejected, which means that there is no effect of X3 on Y. From the f test conducted that financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and Parent's economy has a simultaneous effect on student financial management fcount 11.034 > f table 2.73 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square of 0.289 or 28.9%. This indicates that the contribution of parents' financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and economic variables is 28.9% and 71.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research seeks to determine: (1) The impact of motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office; (2) the influence of communication on employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office; (3) the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office; (4) the combined effects of motivation, communication, and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office. The study was conducted at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office using primary data. Total sampling was used as the sampling method, with questionnaires distributed to gather data. The findings revealed that: (1) Motivation positively influenced employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office, as indicated by a tcal value of 2.737, which is higher than the ttable at a 5% significance level, specifically 2.01537, thus 2.737 > 2.01537, along with a significant probability value of (0.009 < 0.05); (2) Communication had an impact on employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office, shown by a tcal value of 2.098 being greater than the ttable at a 5% significance level, which is 2.01537, so 2.098 > 2.01537, and a significant probability value of (0.042 < 0.05); (3) Work stress was shown to affect employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office, with a tcal value of 3.503 exceeding the ttable at a 5% significance level, which is 2.01537, meaning 3.503 > 2.01537 and a significant probability value of (0.001 < 0.05); (4) Collectively, motivation, communication, and work stress significantly influenced employee job satisfaction at the Solok City BAPPEDA Office, with an R square of 0.682, indicating 68.2%, with the remaining 31.8% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Pelatian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pengembangan Usaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Kota Sawahluto. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 30 orang. Dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan tekik pengambilan sampel menggunkan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner/ angket.Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda dari variabel Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pengembangan Usaha di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Kota Sawahlunto Y = 8.456+ 0,490 X1 + 0,359 X2 + e. Dari uji t yang di lakukan didapatkan variabel X1 Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengembangan usaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan, Kota Sawahlunto dengan t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel 0,000 > 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Variabel X2 Pemberdayaan Masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengembangan usaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan, Kota Sawahlunto 0,001 > 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari uji f yang dilakukan di dapakan bahwa Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat secara simultan dapat mengembangkan usaha masyarakat di Kelurahan Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Kota Sawahlunto dengan f hitung 31,028 > f tabel 4,210 maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Dari uji Determinsi nilai R Square sebesar 0,697, artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen adalah sebesar 69,7%, sedangkan sebesar 30,3% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BumNag), merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat di Nagari melalui usaha-usaha yang dapat memberikan efek pada perekonomian masyarakat dan nagari. Walau tidak semua nagari memiliki BumNag, namun BumNag yang sudah berkembang tidak semuanya berjalan mulus, karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Pengedukasikan peran BumNag diharapkan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih kepada masyarakat agar dapat terlibat dalam pengembangan BumNag dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan perekonomian nagari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Wali Nagari IX Kot Sungai Lasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Kerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi menjadi sampe penelitian. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 responden, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji koefisien regresi linear berganda dapat persamaan Y = 6,724 + 0,765X1 + 0,005X2, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Kecerdasan Emosi dan Stres Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki keterkaitan positif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai 0,483 bahwa kontribusi antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosi dan Stres Kerja sebesar 0,483 atau 48,3% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain (100-0,483) adalah sebesar 51,7%. Hasil thitung Kecerdasan Emosi 5,861 > 2.024 berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil thitung Stres Kerja (X2) < 0,062 < 2.024 tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Karyawan (Y) dan Hasil uji f sebesar 17.299 > ftabel 3.24 dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai fhitung besar dari nilai ftabel dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosi (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This research seeks to assess the impact of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV Nusa Indah 10 located in Solok City, utilizing a sample of 32 respondents and adopting quantitative methods. The sampling technique employed is Total Sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis revealed the equation for the variables Leadership Style and Work Discipline's effect on Employee Performance to be Y = 12.024 + 0.220 X1 + 0.482 X2 + e. The t-test indicated that Leadership Style (X1) significantly affects Employee Performance, as demonstrated by a t-count of 2.201, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.04523, with a significance level of 0.036, which is less than 0.05. Consequently, Ha was accepted while H0 was rejected. Additionally, Work Discipline (X2) significantly influences Employee Performance, with a t-count of 5.409 surpassing the t-table value of 2.04523, and a significance level of 0.000, which is also below 0.05. This led to the acceptance of Ha and rejection of H0. The F test results showed that both Leadership Style and Work Discipline jointly affect Employee Performance, with an f count of 51.591 exceeding the f table value of 3.33, and a significance level of 0.000, which is under 0.05. Furthermore, the R Square value obtained is 0.781, indicating that Leadership Style and Work Discipline collectively account for 78.1% of the variance in Employee Performance at CV Nusa Indah 10 in Solok City, with the remaining variance attributed to other factors not examined in this study.
