Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi yang juga berpengaruh atas turnover intention selain itu variabel burnout dan variabel job satisfaction juga diamati dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model dan aplikasi statistik. Pengambilan data dengan survei kuesioner yang disebarluaskan pada seluruh pekerja kontrak sebanyak 376 orang di PT Nisson Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan. Pertama persepsi organizational justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout. Kedua, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif job satisfaction. Ketiga, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif organizational commitment. Keempat, burnout mempengaruhi negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Kelima, job satisfaction mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Keenam, organizational commitment mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Ketujuh, burnout tidak mempengaruhi positif terhadap turnover intention. Kedelapan, organizational justice tidak mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kesembilan, organizational commitment, burnout, dan job satisfaction, memediasi terhadap turnover intention. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bagi organisasi, yaitu meningkatkan organizational justice, organizational commitment dan job satisfaction serta mengurangi burnout akan dapat membuat turnover intention pada karyawan berkurang. Orisinalitas penelitian ini adalah penelitian pertama yang mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel organizational commitment dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention di PT Nisson Indonesia.

Abstract

Pepsodent is a toothpaste where consumers will buy toothpaste repeatedly because it has good quality at an affordable price. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence brand loyalty and customer satisfaction such as perceived quality, perceived value, brand identification, brand trust and brand image. This research was conducted on 145 respondents in West Jakarta who had used Pepsodent by collecting questionnaire data online. Sampling in this research was by using purposive sampling technique. With the circulation of other toothpaste brands, it is recommended that companies maintain consumer satisfaction and trust in companies that produce good quality products. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables perceived quality, perceived value, brand identification, brand trust and brand image on customer satisfaction, as well as the existence of a positive and significant influence between the variables perceived quality, perceived value, brand trust and brand image on customer satisfaction. brand loyalty. Apart from that, there are several results which state that there is no positive and significant influence, namely between brand identification and brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect as a mediation between perceived value and brand loyalty, then, customer satisfaction also does not have a significant effect as a mediation between brand identification of brand loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence job satisfaction in the context of remote work caused by the pandemic, such as work-life balance, work stress and employee relations for workers who are in college. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to Parallel Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Esa Unggul University. The questionnaires collected were 150 respondents and to test the research model, this study used SEM Lisrel. The results obtained indicate that work from home has a positive effect on job satisfaction and work-life balance but has a negative effect on work stress. Further results, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, but job stress and employee relations do not have a positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, this study succeeded in proving that work-life balance can mediate work from home on job satisfaction. However, this study found that job stress was not able to mediate work from home on job satisfaction. Work from home is a new breakthrough in work that can increase job satisfaction as a work atmosphere today and even in the future for workers.

Abstract

Indomaret plays a very important role in the retail industry in Indonesia, especially in West Jakarta, now a days many consumers choose Indomaret as their main shopping place for their daily needs and are very selective in buying a product. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that can affect customer loyalty such as product attributes, customer value, customer satisfaction, and customer trust. This research was conducted on 155 respondents in West Jakarta who are Indomaret customers by collecting online questionnaire data conducted in July 2022. Researchers used the structural equation model (SEM) analysis method with SmartPLS software to test this research. The results obtained indicate that product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer value, product attributes have no significant effect on customer loyalty, customer value has no significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect as a partial mediation between customer trust and customer loyalty, customer value has no significant effect between product attributes and customer loyalty so it cannot mediate between these variables.

Abstract

This research aims to assess how service quality influences customer satisfaction, loyalty and repurchase intentions on the Shopee e-commerce application in Indonesia. Shopee as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the country has millions of users with various experiences regarding its services. The method used in this research is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Shopee users. The data obtained was then analyzed using SEM to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The findings from this research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which then has a positive impact on loyalty and repurchase intentions. This research provides important insights for Shopee management to continue to improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and repurchase intentions. Additionally, companies need to understand how customers assess the benefits and costs associated with using the Shopee application to design effective strategies to increase customer perceived value and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengemasan produk merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dalam rantai distribusi e-commerce. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di CV. Sunter Wallpaper, Tangerang Selatan, guna meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan dalam mengemas produk wallpaper secara aman dan efisien. Metode pelatihan meliputi observasi awal terhadap permasalahan pengemasan, presentasi materi, serta praktik langsung oleh peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknis pengemasan, pengurangan tingkat kerusakan produk saat pengiriman, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Pelatihan ini juga berdampak pada perubahan sikap kerja yang lebih profesional, efisiensi biaya operasional, dan penguatan citra perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan pengemasan tidak hanya berdampak teknis, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dan daya saing bisnis di era digital

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behaviour is a form of employee contribution that can improve teamwork and smooth activities in the workplace, this behavior is often not noticed or not appreciated, so it is important to understand what makes someone willing to do these actions voluntarily. The aims to show the perception of employees regarding the influence of these factors on organizational citizenship. The study analyzed the influence of participative leadership, motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, using survey methods and sampling of 120 respondents by purposive sampling of staff and non-managerial employees in the Tangerang City Manufacturing Industry, as well as the analysis method. The study used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4. Results show that participative leadership, motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior. The combination of these four factors can provide a significant positive understanding of the increase in organizational citizenship behavior, and helps leaders to support employee initiative and volunteerism in their workplace.

Abstract

Mitra program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah UMKM yang melakukan produksi kuliner rendang siap saji dalam kemasan dalam skala industri rumah tangga di tempat tinggal Mitra di Ibukota DKI Jakarta. Produksi rendang dalam kemasan ini, dikelola oleh Mitra bersama sekelompok pengusaha kuliner yang tinggal di daerah tersebut. Program pengabdian dengan metode Service-Learning ini dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat kepada mitra dalam usahanya memproduksi dan memasarkan produk rendang siap saji dalam kemasan dengan meningkatkan kapabilitas dinamis yang memiliki ketahanan produk lebih lama, serta lebih berkualitas dan praktis baik saat didistribusikan maupun saat dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian berupa transfer knowledge dan pendampingan mulai dari tahap produksi hingga pendaftaran sertifikasi BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal serta Paten Merek kepada mitra, program PkM ini juga menghasilkan Buku Diklat Manajemen produksi kuliner siap ekspor bagi mitra. Program pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat nyata bagi peningkatan mutu produk Mitra, dari sisi inovasi varian rasa, peningkatan ketahanan, dan berpeluang besar meningkatkan omset dan produktivitas mitra. Program pengabdian berencana akan dilanjutkan berupa pameran produk serta pengendalian- penjaminan mutu (quality control-quality assurance) bagi tenaga produksi untuk dapat terus menerus memproduksi produk yang berkualitas di tempat usaha mitra agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan ekspor.

Abstract

Konsistensi kinerja karyawan adalah suatu hal sangat berpengaruh bagi kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan dan yang menentukan keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan erat kaitannya dengan gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang yang dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin dapat memotivasi karyawannya untuk bekerja secara maksimal, sehingga kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih optimal Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kembali pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh psychological capital. Sampel pada penelitian ini melibatkan 245 pekerja perusahaan Food and Beverage yang berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang kemudian digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner melalui google form. Data dianalisa dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM. Penelitian ini dapat mengkonfirmasi tiga hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu kepemimpinan transaksional dapat memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Psychological Capital memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan tiga hipotesis lain menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan laissez faire tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Psychological Capital tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Psychological Capital tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan laissez faire terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu menggunakan responden yang berasal dari berbagai wilayah seperti karyawan FnB se-Jabodetabek serta penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah variabel lain untuk mengukur variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Workforce diversity such as differences in ethnicity, gender, education, language and so on in an organization needs to be managed properly in order to be able to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Due to good Diversity Management, Organizational Trust  will emerge thereby creating Employees Engagement, which can prevent Job Insecurity from occurring. The purpose of this study is to explore Diversity Management and Organizational Trust  to achieve Employees Engagement in service companies in Jakarta that specialize in the banking, telecommunications, and building construction sectors. This research was conducted on 125 respondents and was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online in July 2023. In this quantitative study, researchers used primary data and the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) research method with data processing and analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this study confirm that Diversity Management has no effect on Employees Engagement, Organizational Trust  has a positive effect on Employees Engagement, Diversity Management has a negative effect on Job Insecurity, while the moderating effect of Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employees Engagement. This research is limited to service companies in Jakarta, further researchers can explore manufacturing or trading companies. Suggestions that can be submitted for future researchers are to be able to replace the Leadership Style variable with transactional and transformational Leadership Styles.
