Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan kegiatan rutin tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing sekolah atau madrasah, dimana saat ini masih cukup banyak sekolah atau madrasah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses pendaftaran siswa baru yang meliputi pengolahan data, penyimpanan data hingga pelaporan data. Dengan adanya sistem baru ini maka calon siswa baru dapat melakukan proses pendaftaran secara online, mengakses informasi penting yang disediakan dan juga mempermudah  panitia PPDB dalam mengelola data pendaftaran siswa baru. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dengan pendekatan OOP (Object Oriented Programming) yang terdiri dari fase perencanaan, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Perancangan sistem informasi PPDB ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan semua pihak khususnya panitia penerimaan siswa baru dan calon siswa baru sehingga dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The challenge of diagnosing cat diseases quickly and accurately, caused by the tendency of cats to hide pain and often non-specific clinical symptoms, forms the primary background of this research. This study aims to design and build an intelligent system based on machine learning that can provide initial diagnostic recommendations for common cat diseases based on symptom data. The research method used adopts the Agile Scrum framework , with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm as the classification core. System testing was conducted on 200 test data points covering five main diseases: Cat Flu, Worms, Fungal Infection, Rabies, and Diarrhea. The test results showed excellent performance with an average accuracy rate of 92.50%. Specifically, the system successfully classified 185 data points correctly and 15 incorrectly , with Rabies recording the highest accuracy (96.67%). Although there is still an error rate of 7.5% , this system is proven feasible for use as an initial diagnostic aid; however, its use must still be supported by direct confirmation from a professional veterinarian.

Abstract

This study develops a tourism destination recommendation system based on Content-Based Filtering integrated with geospatial feature analysis to enhance the relevance and contextual accuracy of recommendations for users. The system addresses the limitations of existing tourism recommendation platforms that primarily focus on popularity and ratings without considering users’ location proximity and personal preferences. The dataset used in this research originates from Tourism in Indonesia (Kaggle), focusing on the Jakarta and Bandung regions. Text features are extracted using the Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method, while the similarity between destinations is measured using Cosine Similarity. Additionally, geographic distances are analyzed through the Haversine formula to strengthen the spatial context of the recommendations. The system was developed using the Agile (Scrum) methodology to ensure an iterative and adaptive development process aligned with user needs. Evaluation results indicate strong system performance, achieving a Precision of 0.63, Recall of 0.90, and an F1-Score of 0.73. These findings demonstrate that integrating content-based and spatial analysis approaches effectively improves the accuracy and personalization of tourism recommendations based on users’ preferences and location context.

Abstract

This research aims to design User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for website-based student registration at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Qurrotul 'Uyun using design thinking method. In the face of educational development and the need for technological innovation, the use of technology in school administration activities is crucial to improve efficiency. This research highlights the problems faced by Raudhatul Athfal Qurrotul 'Uyun, namely the use of manual forms and Google Forms in Registration, which have the potential to result in filling errors and difficult data management. The design thinking method is applied through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Interviews were conducted with prospective student guardians, solution ideas were collected, and a UI design was created to illustrate user flow. The prototype was tested through usability testing with the system usability scale, involving 12 respondents. The results showed that the UI and UX design of web-based student registration using figma tools with the design thinking method can be done at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Qurrotul 'Uyun.

Abstract

Industri otomotif Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. PT ASCO Megapart Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi komponen otomotif, khususnya velg baja berstandar SNI dan JIS. Meskipun telah menerapkan sistem informasi internal untuk pengelolaan dokumen seperti PO, SO, dan LBM, sebagian besar proses distribusi masih bergantung pada pencatatan manual dan penggunaan dokumen fisik. Hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman, ketidaksesuaian data stok, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi proses distribusi saat ini dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), cloud computing, dan Business Intelligence dapat meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup penerapan ERP untuk integrasi fungsi bisnis, pemanfaatan cloud untuk akses data yang fleksibel, serta penggunaan BI untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perusahaan distribusi otomotif dalam merancang transformasi digital yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap dinamika industri.
