Abstract

This research is motivated by the not optimal management of ecotourism or eucalyptus nature tourism by the village government in Kawasen Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of eucalyptus ecotourism by the government of Kawasen Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive descriptive research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study amounted to 6 informants. The results showed that the Management of Kayu Putih Ecotourism by the Kawasen Village Government had not been carried out optimally, seen from the aspects of ecotourism management, namely tourist attraction, accessibility, tourist facilities and tourism institutions. This problem is caused by the village government's lack of effort in adding local culture to the Eucalyptus tourist attraction section, the lack of easy access to tourist sites such as the absence of social media promotions to support accessibility and access to tourist sites is still quite difficult, other problems related Incomplete tourist facilities, this is because the government has not attempted to build supporting facilities such as disabled-friendly facilities and places of worship due to limited budgets or funds. And also eucalyptus tourism managers who are still incompetent in terms of service, namely visitor administration because there has been no regular training from the village government or related agencies.

Abstract

The performance of employees at the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat is suboptimal, while the formulation of the problem is how the influence of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat. This research uses Robins' (2012) theory of employability. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which is a research method that intends to describe all activities to solve problems, analyze social events that are being studied by researchers, carried out by direct observation to find information, collect and compile data systematically, then analyzed to solve a problem raised. The data collection techniques used are field studies through observation, interviews, and documentation. And literature study through the results of similar research that has been done, books, and journals related to this research. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat such as not optimizing some employees in completing tasks and functions and frequent errors in administration caused by not being careful in working and miscommunication in delegating work.

Abstract

Pelatihan Branding Kopi Gunung Sawal berbasis website terintegrasi di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cihaurbeuti Kabupaten Ciamis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani kopi dan BUMDes Maju Mandiri dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara daring. Melalui pelatihan ini, mitra akan belajar cara memanfaatkan website sebagai alat branding yang efektif, menciptakan konten menarik, dan membangun identitas merek yang kuat untuk Kopi Gunung Sawal. Dengan pendekatan inovatif ini, mitra dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk mereka secara nasional maupun internasional, yang pada gilirannya akan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan, yakni pelatihan dan Focus Group Discussion yang meliputi: (1) observasi pendahuluan; (2) pelatihan pembuatan konten website; (3) pelatihan strategi pemasaran online; dan (4) evaluasi dan pengembangan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still not optimal implementation of the Micro Business Productive Assistance policy in Pangkalan Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency in 2021. The research method used in this study is qualitative. In this study, primary data are direct and immediate data that can be obtained from the source. The data sources used in this study were 8 informants consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, General Affairs Officer, Community Leaders, Youth Leaders, and Community Representatives. The data collection in this research is data collection with observation methods and in-depth interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion that the implementation of the Micro Business Productive Assistance policy in 2021, namely the lack of coordination between the Office of Cooperatives for Micro, Industry and Trade and the Village Government resulted in a lack of clear information on the program implementation flow, as well as the absence of formal media in conveying information to the public causing the delivery of information to the community. Information only relies on informal activities carried out by the Village Government directly to the community. The steps taken by the Village Government in dealing with these obstacles are that the Village Government maximizes the process of delivering information directly to the target community even though it is not accompanied by formal information media, and the Village Government asks for information on the causes of policies that are not well targeted in the Productive Assistance for Micro Business in 2015. 2021 in anticipation of complaints that will be obtained from people who feel aggrieved.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan petani kopi dan masyarakat desa di wilayah perdesaan menjadi urgensi dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat, dikarenakan masih didominasi oleh masyarakat prasejahtera. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan branding dan promosi produk kopi Gunung Sawal melalui pengembangan website promosi terintegrasi berbasis kelompok masyarakat lokal di Desa Sukamaju. Metode dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi masyarakat. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini, yakni Badan Usaha Milik Desa Maju Mandiri (BUMDes) Maju Mandiri Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cihaurbeuti Kabupaten Ciamis. Adapun hasil dari pemberdayaan berbasis masyarakat ini, yakni meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok masyarakat lokal dalam mengelola website promosi terintegrasi, meningkatnya brand awareness dan popularitas produk kopi Gunung Sawal, serta meningkatnya penjualan produk kopi Gunung Sawal di pasar lokal dan online. Pelibatan kelompok masyarakat lokal juga telah meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan; website promosi; masyarakat lokal; komoditas kopi

Abstract

Kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang krusial dalam pemerintahan desa.  Kepala desa yang efektif harus mampu menjadi perekat yang menghubungkan antara masyarakat, pemerintah daerah, dan pihak lain untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan desa. Melalui kepemimpinan yang kuat, dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik. Sehingga proses pemilihan kepala desa merupakan salah satu bentuk konkrit pelaksanaan demokrasi pada tingkat lokal dengan melibatkan banyak pihak. Jika terjadi situasi khusus yang memerlukan pemilihan kepala desa pengganti antar waktu, dan perlu adanya proses seleksi tambahan.  Proses seleksi tambahan harus sesuai dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk di dalam prosesnya ada keterlibatan perguruan tinggi. Dengan harapan adanya keterlibatan akademisi dapat menjadi lebih profesional, objektif, dan transparan.  Dilihat dari perspektif ilmu pemerintahan, proses seleksi tambahan dalam pemilihan kepala desa memberikan banyak keunikan yang menarik dan berdampak pada perkembangan ilmu pemerintahan.  Kajian dan pemahaman tentang proses ini dapat memperkaya literatur ilmu pemerintahan dan menjadi pijakan bagi pengembangan pemerintahan desa yang lebih efektif, responsif, dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities and provide broad economic services to the community, and can play a role in the process of equalizing and increasing community income and play a role in realizing national stability, especially economic stability. Strategy is an integrated plan designed to achieve certain goals, taking into account existing resources and the surrounding environment. This research is motivated by the lack of business capital owned by MSME owners, limited human resources, lack of market place for MSME marketing and lack of provision of facilities from the village government. The formulation of the research problem is What is the Village Government's Strategy for Organizing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency? The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing/analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and data validity. This research was carried out in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

Improving the welfare of rural communities in rural areas is an urgency in every community empowerment activity. One of the institutions that can improve the welfare of village communities, namely Village Owned Enterprises (in Indonesian is BUMDes). However, BUMDes have not contributed significantly and are optimally managed. This activity aims to apply the pattern of understanding the management of BUMDes Maju Mandiri in Sukamaju Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. In addition, this activity can make a positive contribution to the economic empowerment of rural communities through a pattern of BUMDes activities based on socio-cultural rural communities to increase the income and welfare of rural communities. The principle of gotong royong and participation is the main vocalist in Community Based Empowerment (in Indonesian is PKM) activities. This activity is carried out through mentoring methods which include: (1) the program initiation stage; (2) implementation stage; and (3) monitoring and evaluation stages. This activity resulted in an increase in the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers by 50% in the management organization, so that the institution is managed quite well. In addition, there is an increase in the understanding of BUMDes managers by 75% in business management and has an impact on increasing innovation, as well as sales of BUMDes superior products.

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency is the government agency responsible for spatial planning and research. The main task of Bappeda is to assist Governors, Regents and Mayors to carry out research in the area of ​​regional government development planning. One important factor in the success of regional development planning is the existence of a competent institution or work unit, as well as a reliable information system to support it. Musrenbang is one way of implementing development in the regions where regional development planning functions as a guideline for development implementation and a benchmark for measuring regional development performance. The success of the development process was greatly helped by the existence of a Musrenbang communication system which included the Musrenbang as one of the media that could absorb people's aspirations. This research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Ciamis Regency, with the object being development in Ciamis Regency where the purpose of this research was to find out the extent of the role of Bappeda of Ciamis Regency in regional development and to find out the inhibiting factors in carrying out coordination planning and implementation of development.
