Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Training From Home (TFH) on vo2max female volleyball athletes at SMP Negeri 13 Gorontalo City. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach that uses a population of all female athletes at SMP Negeri 13 Gorontalo, totaling 16 athletes, who were then divided into an experimental group and a control group of 8 athletes each who were randomly selected. This instrument uses the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) and uses skipping as a treatment. Analysis of research data using paired sample t-test or t-test using SPSS 20. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of TFH exercise on VO2Max

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan jogging terhadap kemampuan (VO2Max) Pada siswa SMP Negeri 13 Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest dan posttest. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa SMP Negeri 13 Kota Gorontalo didapatkan dengan Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan Bleep Test beserta klasifikasinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dengan latihan jogging, maka akan meningkatkan kemampuan VO2Max.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan forehand stroke peserta ekstrakurikuler Tenis Meja Sekolah Dasar 18 Limboto, Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 siswa. Subjek penelitian diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes forehand Stroke dalam Tenis Meja di ukur dengan Backboard Test dari Mott Lockhart. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Penilaian Acuan Norma (PAN) dalam skala lima kategori skor (sangat baik, baik, cukup, kurang, sangat kurang) kemudian mencari besarnya frekuensi relatif presentase tiap kategori. Hasilnya, kategori sangat baik 8.33%, baik 25%, cukup 33.33%, kurang 25%, sangat kurang 8.33%. Kedepannya, pelatih memerlukan tambahan program latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan forehand stroke.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the competence of Physical Education teachers at SD Kota Utara Gorontalo, as well as teachers' understanding of learning concepts. View and test the effectiveness of the products produced in increasing the competency of elementary physical education teachers regarding learning concepts in Kota Utara District, Gorontalo City which lead to the 2013 Curriculum Education learning process. The research method used is the research and development model, namely: Model Development, Procedure Development, Product Testing with 17 Physical Education teachers as subjects in North Gorontalo District. The development of understanding competence in the teaching and learning process for physical education for elementary school teachers in the North City District of Gorontalo City can be developed regarding understanding of learning concepts as evidenced by changes in understanding through tests of initial understanding and final understanding during debriefing, as evidenced by the results of an initial understanding score of 5.88% (No Good), 52.94% (Poor), 41.18% (Enough) and the final understanding score obtained a score of 16.7% (Enough), 33.3% (Good), 50% (Very Good). Thus, the percentage increase in the level of development of subject competencies is very good. 4) The competence and ability of the teacher in implementing the Teaching and Learning Process of physical education is very visible, its development after receiving a briefing on the concept of learning is proven in the first trial (small group) and the second trial the improvement is very good and very high.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan Servis bawah pada permainan bola volli Penelitian ini menggunakan Peneitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) penelitian tindakan adalah penerapan berbagai fakta yang ditemukan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam situasi sosial untuk meningkatkan kualitas tindakan yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan kolaborasi dan kerja sama peneliti dan praktisi. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan servis bawah . Berdasarkan hasil data awal pembelajaran kemampuan Smash ini dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas v sd Pada data awal memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 33,09 . Hasil pengamatan tes kemampuan Smash siswa pada siklus I, diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 60.00. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Smash pada siklus II  sebesar 83,73%.Hasil tersebut tentunya mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran kemampuan Servis bawah pada permaian bola voli

Abstract

Recreational activities can be defined as refreshing, re-energising physically and mentally through activities that are different from the routine. Recreational activities that involve sports are called recreational sports, while recreational sports carried out at tourist sites are called sports tourism. This service activity aims to monitor recreational rafting sports activities in research students, and assist students in collecting data on poduwoma rafting tourism. The activity stages consist of: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the evaluation at the end of the activity, participants only went through 1 rapids from the usual route of 5 rapids.

Abstract

In the Society 5.0 era, digital technology has changed the way humans interact and work, including in the education sector. This article discusses the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City by utilizing websites as a tool to increase students' learning readiness. The aim of this service is to empower teachers through training and providing digital resources that support the implementation of PBL. The methods used in this service include teacher training and implementing a website as a learning platform. This service was carried out for one month and involved 51 teachers from various backgrounds. The evaluation results show that the use of websites in PBL not only increases student motivation and involvement in the learning process, but also makes it easier for teachers to deliver material and manage the class. The website provides an interactive and collaborative platform that enriches students' learning experience and prepares them to face the challenges of the digital era. In conclusion, the implementation of website-based PBL has succeeded in increasing students' learning readiness and changing teachers' teaching methods positively. Measuring tools used to determine the success of this activity include teacher satisfaction surveys, classroom observations, and assessing student engagement and motivation through questionnaires and interviews.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berkut: Berdasarkan latar belakang dan identifikasi masalah, maka rumusan masalah ini adalah, bagaimana upaya meningkatkan servis bawah bola voli melalui metode latihan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepantai? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki teknik servis bawah bola voli melalui metode latihan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepantai. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh pada penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan penerapan metode latihan sebagai metode pembelajaran dalam tahap permainan bola voli di mata pelajaran penjaskes yang dilaksanakan dengan siklus I ternyata keberanian siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifik. Digambarkan pada tahap observasi awal ketuntasan hasil teknik dasar servis bawah pada permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepanai dari 48,5% pada observasi awal menjadi 70,88% pada akhir siklus I kemudian di lanjutkan ke siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,61% pada akhir siklus II. Dengan demikian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode latihan dalam pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar servis bawah pada materi bola voli.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli dengan Memodifikasi Media Bola. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah jika memakai modifikasi bola pada passing bawah permainan bolavoli, maka hasil belajar passing bawah dalam permainan bolavoli pada siswa akan Meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui modifikasi media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah dalam permainan bola voli. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan dalam pembelajaran passing bawah permainan bola voli. Perolehan nilai rata-rata pada observasi awal sebesar 50,10 dan sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase 42,86% dan sebanyak 12 orang dengan persentase 42,86%, setelah dilakukan tindakan melalui modifikasi media pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 66,57 dan pada siklus II sebesar 80,06. Setelah menggunakan modifikasi media pembelajaran sebanyak 3 siswa (14,29%) dalam kategori tuntas dan 19 siswa (85,71%) dalam kategori belum tuntas pada siklus I sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 19 siswa (90,48%) dalam kategori tuntas dan 2 siswa (9,52%) dalam kategori belum tuntas. Nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan dalam penelitian ini telah sesuai dengan kriteria keberhasilan tindakan yakni untuk pelajaran penjasorkes sebesar ≥75 atau 80%.

Abstract

The socialization of sports massage among students aims to improve their understanding and skills in maintaining body health, especially in physical activities and sports. This activity involves delivering theory, demonstrating techniques, and direct practice with the guidance of professional practitioners. This community service activity is important considering the high need for students for insight into fitness and physical recovery techniques, as well as the potential of sports massage as a business opportunity. Through this activity, students not only gain health benefits, but also the opportunity to develop skills that can be applied practically in everyday life or to support economic independence. The method of implementing the activity includes delivering theory about the basic concepts of sports massage, demonstrating techniques by professional practitioners, and direct practice that actively involves participants. Evaluation is carried out using pre-tests and post-tests to measure increased understanding, as well as direct observation during practice to assess mastery of techniques. The evaluation results show an increase in participants' understanding of the benefits and techniques of sports massage, as well as enthusiasm to practice it independently. However, there are suggestions to extend the duration of practice to deepen skills. With a comprehensive approach, this socialization is expected to have a positive impact on students, both individually and on the campus community.
