Abstract

The Purpose of this research and development was to produce a developing product of basket ball of physical education, sport, and health to developing movement ability and it is not bias of gender and deal with growth and development of students high school and vocational high school. This is a research and development. The developing of the product of basket ball of physical education, sport, and health for high school and vocational high school students, was done through several stages: draft designing of the product, validation of experts, few scale experiment, the first of revision, large scale experiment, the second revision (the last revision). The subject of this research were the student of high school and vocational high school (SMU) Negeri 3 Gorontalo, SMK Negeri 4 Gorontalo. There were 61 students for subject of research. validation of experts was done by an experts and two physical education teachers. The few scale experiment was done to 11 students and the large scale experiment was done to 61 students. The data was collected by using questioner. The data consists of evaluation for product quality, suggestion for product improvement and student response to the model. The correlate Instrument validity shown that totality instrument was valid. Instrument reliability test shown by .720. The correlate shown that totality instrument was reliable. The Conclusion of this research was a nouti basket ball model for physical education, sports and health that can be use to developing movement ability of students, and can be use to raise students understanding of concept of cooperation, fair play, and honesty. Based on result of this research, the suggestion is the physical education elementary school teachers can use the product of basket ball model for physical, sport, and health education of students high school and vocational high school.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di Desa marisa adalah kebiasaan penduduk setempat, khusus aktivitasnya di bidang pertanian atau perkebunan, seringkali mengharuskan orang tua meninggalkan anaknya di rumah. Hal ini seringkali menjadikan anak kurang dalam mendapatkan asupan gizinya, terutama ASI dan MP-ASI. Tujuan program ini adalah sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting serta upaya pembangunan dan penguatan keluarga demi menuju terwujudnya keluarga sejahtera, khususnya di Desa Marisa, Kecamatan Popayato Timur Kab.Pohuwato. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, penguatan kelompok. Hasil dan dampak dilakukannya program ini bahwa melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan oleh KKN yang bekerjasama dengan BKKBN maka  adanya  peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap masalah stunting dan penanggulangannya, tercipta kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung program penguatan 1000 HPK sebagai pencegahan stunting dan tercipta rasa kesatuan yang mampu menguatkan warga dalam pembentukan kampung KB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran juggling sepak bola di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasilnya, uji coba skala kecil menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata yang diperoleh yaitu 80%. Sedangkan uji coba skala besar 93,19%. Kesimpulannya, bahwa melalui variasi latihan juggling dapat diterima sebagai suatu variasi yang dapat diterima dan dijadikan tambahan acuan untuk pembelajaran sepak bola. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Juggling, Sepak Bola

Abstract

Permainan kivol merupakan permainan yang digabungkan dari dua permainan bola besar yang popular di masyarakat Indonesia, yakni sepakbola dan bola voli. Permainan ini didesain untuk memperluas pilihan jenis permainan olahraga rekreasi. Peraturan permainan kivol menyerupai peraturan bola voli. Teknik dasar permainan kivol dikembangkan teknik dasar menendang atau menyepak dari permainan sepakbola.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan wasit tentang peraturan-peraturan tenis meja mengakibatkan banyak terjadinya kesalahan dalam mengambil keputusan pada saat memimpin pertandingan. Hal ini dikarenakan banyak wasit yang belum memiliki lisensi, baik lisensi level daerah maupun lisensi nasional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu PTMSI Provinsi Gorontalo dalam melaksanakan kejuaraan-kejuaraan tenis meja. Kegiatan ini berupaya memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra dalam bentuk sosialisasi buku perwasitan tenis meja sebagai pedoman wasit agar memiliki pemahaman yang sama tentang aturan dan regulasi dalam permainan tenis meja. Melalui penerapan buku saku perwasitan tenis meja berbasis flipbook dapat membantu kinerja wasit dalam mengambil keputusan, sehingga pelaksanaan kejuaraan tenis meja di Gorontalo menjadi lebih baik dan berjalan dengan lancar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan sosialisasi secara langsung dengan wasit, atlet dan pelatih di PTMSI Gorontalo. Buku ini berisi informasi tentang aturan dan regulasi, tata cara pengadilan, dan pengelolaan pertandingan. Buku saku perwasitan tenis meja berisi materi tentang standar peralatan sesuai (ITTF) Internatioal Table Tennis Federation, tugas dan wewenang Reffree, Wasit, Pembantu Wasit dan peraturan permainan tenis meja.

Abstract

The results of this study were based on or motivated by the technique of underhand passing in the learning of students at SMP Negeri 3 Bolangitang which were still not optimal or the application of good and correct movements, this was based on the results of observations that it turned out that there were still many students who got results below the KKM score. The output of this study is to identify and identify the effect of the Whole Part learning method on the ability to learn to pass under volleyball in students of SMP Negeri 3 Bolangitang. The research method used is classroom action research. Based on the results of the description of the percentage recapitulation of the initial data before being given action, it can be explained that the majority of students have not shown good learning outcomes, with a learning completeness percentage of 0% of students. As for the percentage in the Low category of 73.33% and 26.67% for the Enough category. For classical value acquisition in the initial observation. Based on the data in table 4, the following results were obtained: on the results of the initial observation assessment on the underhand serve in volleyball games, in the range of values 30-49 in the low category obtained an average score of 44.48 with a total of 11 students with a percentage of 73.33 % and in the range of values 50-69 in the Enough category, the average score is 53.57 with 4 students with a percentage of 26.67%. As for the overall value of the initial observation on the under serve in the volleyball game, a score of 46.90 is in the Low category. in the entire cycle I on the under serve in the volleyball game, in the range of 50-69 in the Fair category, the average score was 65.18 with 8 students with a percentage of 53.33% and in the range of 70-84 in the High category, the average value of 73.98 with a total of 7 students with a percentage of 46.67%. As for the overall value of the first cycle in the underhand serve in the volleyball game, a score of 69.29 was in the Enough category. in the entire cycle II on the under serve in the volleyball game, in the range of 70-84 the high category obtained an average score of 77.50 with a total of 10 students with a percentage of 66.67% and in the range of values 85-100 with the Very High category obtained an average score of 85.71 with a total of 5 students with a percentage of 33.33%. Whereas for the overall value of cycle II on the bottom serve in volleyball games, a score of 80.24 is in the High category. Denganl jenisl desainl yangl digunakanl adalahl onel group pretestl and posttestl design.Berdasarkanl hasill pengujianl yang telahl dilakukanl dapatl diketahuil pula seluruhl variabell memilikil populasil yang homogenl dan memilikil populasil yang berdistribusil normal. Hasill pengujianl tes awall dan tes akhirl denganl menggunakanl uji t menunjukanl hasill Thitung sebesar 9,597 sedangkanl nilai Ttabell sebesarl 1,796. Ternyatal nilai Thitungl lebih besarl dari nilai Ttabel, sehinggal Thitungl telahl beradal di luarl daerahl penerimaanl Ho. Jadil dapatl disimpulkan bahwal terdapatl pengaruhl latihan jumpl to box terhadapl kemampuanl lompatan block pada permainan bola voli putra Tim B Desa Harapan.Dalam penerapan latihanl jump to box pada peningkatan kemampuan lompatan block pada permainan bola voli sangat memberikan pengaruh. Sehingga dapatl disimpulkanl bahwal latihanl jump to box memiliki pengaruhl yangl signifikan pada kemampuan lompatan block pada permainan bola voli.Kata Kunci: Jump To Box1, Block2, Permainan Bola Voli3 AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village. The research action hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village. The research design used was a one-group pretest and posttest design.Based on the test results conducted, it can be determined that all variables had a homogeneous population and a normally distributed population. The results of the initial and final tests using the t-test showed a calculated t-value of 9.597, while the t-table was 1.796. It turned out that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table, indicating that the calculated t-value fell outside the region of acceptance of the null hypothesis (Ho). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village.The implementation of jump to box training has a significant impact on improving blocking jump ability in volleyball. Thus, it can be concluded that jump to box training has a significant influence on the blocking jump ability in volleyballKeywords: Jump To Box1, Block2, Volleyball Game3.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional hadang atau dalam bahasa Daerah Gorontalo di sebut (Kalari) merupakan olaharaga tradisional sebagai aset budaya bangsa yang memiliki unsur olah fisik tradisional. Permainan tradisional hadang yang saat ini sudah sangat jarang dimainkan oleh anak-anak memiliki kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Permainan rakyat yang berkembang cukup lama ini perlu dilestarikan, karena selain sebagai olahraga hiburan dan kebutuhan interaksi sosial, olahraga ini juga mempunyai potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau kebugaran jasmani bagi pelakunya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RD dengan menggunakan dua anilisis teknik pengumpulan data yaitu secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil rekapan dari uji hipotesis dari aspek kognitif, aspek  psikomotor, dan aspek afektif dengan syarat Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak Ho ; jika thitung ttabel (2,51;Aspek Kognitif 3,67;Aspek Psikomotor dan 2,22;Aspek Afektif)  lebih besar dari 1,70 pada α = 0,05; n-1, oleh karena itu hipotesis alternatif atau Ha dapat diterima karena harga t hitung telah berada diluar daerah penerimaan Ho (Hipotesis Nol), sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan permainan tradisional kalari di SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo pada aspek kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif dapat diterima dan digunakan pada proses pembelajaran Penjasorkes.The traditional game of Hadang or in the Gorontalo Regional language called (Kalari) is a traditional sport as a national cultural asset that has elements of traditional physical exercise. The traditional game of Hadang which is now very rarely played by children has a positive contribution in improving one's physical fitness. Folk games that have developed for a long time need to be preserved, because apart from being an entertainment sport and the need for social interaction, this sport also has the potential to improve the quality or physical fitness of the players. The method used in this research is RD by using two analysis of data collection techniques, namely qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the recap of the hypothesis test from the cognitive aspect, psychomotor aspect, and affective aspect with the condition Based on the test criteria that reject Ho; if tcount ttable (2.51; Cognitive Aspects 3.67; Psychomotor Aspects and 2.22; Affective Aspects) is greater than 1.70 at = 0.05; n-1, therefore the alternative hypothesis or Ha can be accepted because the value of t-count is outside the area of acceptance of Ho (Hypothesis Zero), so it can be stated that the development of the traditional game of kalari at SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects can accepted and used in the Physical Education learning process

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tapa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut, Peningkatan kualitas berupa proses pembelajaran dan juga kemampuan melakukan gerak dasar shooting sepak bola yang dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari sebelum tindakan hingga akhir siklus terakhir, dalam penelitian ini adalah akhir siklus II. Sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan, siswa yang berhasil tuntas menurut kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan nilai 75 untuk hasil belajar shooting sepak bola tidak ada. Setelah diberi perlakuan berupa penerapan metode pembelajaran modeling, maka didapat nilai pada akhir siklus I yaitu siswa yang berhasil tuntas meningkat menjadi 6 siswa atau sebesar 24%. Titik tertinggi peningkatan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola pada penelitian ini adalah pada akhir siklus II, dimana hasil belajar siswa telah melebihi target indikator keberhasilan siswa yang telah ditetapkan. Siswa yang mampu mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal sebanyak 21 siswa atau sebesar 84%. Dengan demikian, penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tapa dalam upaya  meningkatkan meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran modeling telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola. Kata Kunci: Shooting, Permainan Sepak Bola, Metode Pembelajaran Modeling ABSTRACTThis study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The classroom Action Research was conducted on students in grade VIII  at SMP Negeri 1 Tapa. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Improvement in quality, including the learning process and the ability to perform basic soccer shooting movements, can be seen from the improved learning outcomes of students from before the action to the end of the last cycle, in this case, the end of Cycle II. Before the implementation of the action, there were no students who successfully met the minimum completeness criteria with a score of 75 for soccer shooting learning outcomes. After being treated with the application of the modeling learning method, the number of students who successfully met the criteria increased to 6 students or 24% at the end of Cycle I. The highest point of improvement in soccer shooting learning outcomes in this study was at the end of Cycle II, where the students' learning outcomes exceeded the target success indicators set. Students who were able to achieve the minimum completeness criteria were 21 students or 84%. Thus, the classroom action research conducted on eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tapa in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of soccer shooting by applying the modeling learning method has successfully improved the learning outcomes of soccer shooting. Keywords: Shooting, Soccer Game, Modeling Learning Method

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet bulutangkis di PB Asdiba Kecamatan Telaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik analisa yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik distribusi frekuensi (statistik deskriptif) dengan perhitungan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata atlet Bulutangkis di PB Asdiba Kecamatan Telaga pada tes lari 40 meter berada dalam kategori kurang, kemudian pada tes gantung siku tekuk rata-rata pada kategori kurang, pada tes baring duduk 30 detik rata-rata pada kategori sedang, pada tes loncat tegak rata-rata pada kategori sedang, sedangkan rata-rata pada tes lari 600 meter berada pada kategori baik.
