Abstract

In today's digital era, the main challenge for the younger generation is to ensure that Islamic religious education remains relevant and useful in the face of the rapid development of Information Technology and social media. The use of social media has a role as a means to improve PAI learning in the younger generation. The influence of social media on how individuals understand and practice religious teachings is due to the increasing access of the younger generation to Islamic religious content. This includes the ability and creativity in using Learning media, both Learning media based on modern technology equipment and internet-based learning media. The use of social media is proven to help the learning process among the younger generation.This is in line with the purpose of the study. Namely to find the history and use of social media in supporting the learning process of Islamic religious education, it also reveals the Learning media for the younger generation is a technology-based learning media and learning media that is right for these people is social media that is very easily known by the younger generation and social media-based learning of Islamic religious education is also relevant in educating the younger generation today. This study uses qualitative research and library research approach. There are several types of social media that are a means to improve Islamic education learning, namely whatsapp, YouTube, kahoot and zoom meetings.

Abstract

Mathematics with the nuances of ethnomathematics culture at this time its presence makes a major contribution to the learning of mathematics. This research was conducted to find the elements of mathematics in the building of the grand mosque which is located in Tanjung Pauh Hilir, West Lake Kerinci sub-district, Kerinci district, Jambi province. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data used are data obtained from observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the mathematical concepts in this mosque building contained geometrical materials such as ellipses, rhombuses, circles, semicircles, squares and rectangles while geometrical materials contained such as octagonal prisms, beams and pyramids and also transformations such as reflections. With the existence of ethnomathematics in this building it is hoped that it will be able to improve mathematical abilities, instill local wisdom values and also through observing mosque buildings in being able to explain that cultural elements can be used in learning mathematics.Keywords: Ethnomathematics, Building, Tanjung Pauh Grand Mosque.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan prinsip etika bisnis Islami, khususnya keadilan dankejujuran, kepada para pedagang jajanan di Pasar Pedurungan, Semarang. Sosialisasi ini penting untukmeningkatkan pemahaman pedagang tentang nilai-nilai etika dalam berjualan, yang mencakup penetapanharga yang adil, transparansi dalam kualitas produk, dan perlakuan yang sama terhadap semua pembeli.Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei awal, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi.Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pedagang terhadap konsep keadilan dankejujuran, serta perubahan positif dalam praktik bisnis mereka, seperti penggunaan timbangan yangakurat dan penerapan sistem antrian yang lebih adil. Implementasi etika bisnis Islami terbukti relevandalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen, meskipun masih ada tantangan dalampelaksanaannya. Diharapkan penerapan etika bisnis Islami dapat menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yanglebih adil dan berkeadilan di pasar tradisional.  Kata Kunci: etika bisnis Islami, pasar tradisional, keadilan, kejujuran, sosialisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees at BKPSDM. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to see the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance. The organizational culture factor has a dominant influence compared to the other two factors. These findings provide important implications for human resource management, especially in efforts to improve employee performance through strengthening effective leadership styles, providing optimal work motivation, and developing a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

Bahasa adalah sistem komunikasi yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen yang terstruktur dan bermakna, berfungsi sebagai alat interaksi sosial dalam masyarakat. Dalam konteks Bahasa Indonesia, perkembangan kosakata dan tata bahasa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kemunculan kosakata baru dan hilangnya kosakata lama. Media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam dinamika bahasa, di mana pengguna sering kali menggunakan bahasa informal, singkatan, dan istilah baru yang dapat memperkaya kosakata, tetapi juga berpotensi menurunkan kualitas tata bahasa dan menyebabkan kesalahpahaman.Penggunaan media sosial seperti Facebook dan Twitter menciptakan cara baru dalam berkomunikasi, yang berbeda dari interaksi tatap muka. Keterbatasan karakter di platform seperti Twitter mempengaruhi cara orang menyampaikan pesan, sementara Facebook memungkinkan diskusi yang lebih mendalam. Meskipun ada kekhawatiran tentang degradasi kualitas bahasa, perubahan dalam penggunaan bahasa di media sosial juga dapat menjadi sumber inovasi dan kreativitas. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami dan mengelola penggunaan bahasa di media sosial dengan bijak, agar fungsi komunikatif Bahasa Indonesia tetap terjaga di era globalisasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia di ruang publik menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-analitik. Data berupa fonem, kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat yang mengandung kesalahan dikategorikan berdasarkan taksonomi linguistik dan ejaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi kesalahan diksi (pilihan kata, 60%) dan ejaan (terutama penggunaan preposisi dan afiks, 30%) pada berbagai media publik seperti poster, spanduk, dan iklan. Kesalahan struktur kalimat (10%) juga teridentifikasi. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut diperbaiki berdasarkan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia yang Disempurnakan (PUEBI), Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI), dan teori kalimat efektif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia di ruang publik sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2009.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah masalah gizi yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari kekurangan gizi dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama. Menurut WHO Child Grwoth Standart Stunting dasarkan pada indeks panjang badan dibanding umur (PB/U) atau tinggi badan dibanding umur (TB/U) dengan batas (z-score)kurang dari 2-SD. Pola asuh merupakan penyebab tidak langsung dari stunting. Dengan pola asuh yang baik dari seorang ibu, dapat mencegah masalah stunting sejak dini. Pola asuh menjadi modal penting bagi tumbuh kembang seorang anakTujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di Puskesmas Baru Kecamatan Dusun Selatan.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain Case Control. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang tua dan balita. Teknik pengambilan sampel Random Sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan sumber data primer, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil: Dari 30 responden sebagian besar balita mayoritas berusia 25-36 bulan sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), usia orang tua balita ≤30 sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), orang tua memiliki pendidikan SD sebanyak 12 orang (40%), orang tua memiliki pekerjaan sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%), orang tua dengan kategori kurang sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%), kejadian stunting pada balita sebesar 50%. Dan hubungan pola asuh dengan kejadian stunting (p-value=1,000; >0,05)Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Bagi orang tua balita agar selalu memantau berat dan tinggi badan setiap bulan sehingga mengurangi risiko stunting. Kata kunci: bayi/balita, orang tua, pola asuh, stunting

Abstract

Low student motivation in English speaking skills highlights the need for technology-based learning innovations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Duolingo and Hello Talk applications in increasing students’ confidence and motivation. The method used in this study is quantitative. The subjects were 20 students from class A and 20 students from class B in Junior High School, selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test administration after the treatment using Duolingo and Hello Talk applications. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire and a test. Data were analyzed using paired t-test to compare the mean scores before and after the treatment in both groups. The analysis showed that students achieved a higher average score using Duolingo (7533.3) compared to Hello Talk (6966.7), with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.001) and a medium to large effect size (Cohen’s d = 0.789). A moderately strong positive correlation (r = 0.660) between the results of both applications indicates that they complement each other in supporting the learning process. It can be concluded that Duolingo is more effective in consistently increasing student motivation through structured practice, while Hello Talk contributes to building confidence through authentic social interaction. The results of this study imply the importance of integrating both applications into English learning strategies, particularly in developing students’ speaking skills more comprehensively and adaptively in accordance with 21st-century learning needs.
